I called in need of a refill because my family clinic was closed and they were the closest to me. The person on the phone genuinely did not care to speak to me and the call didn’t even last one minute. I’m sure the doctors are kind but the receptionist shouldn’t be working in this field if she doesn’t care about customers health. She didn’t even listen to me speak she asked if this was my clinic and basically told me to get lost.

I didn’t went to place. I heard a lot about Dr. Hanoosh and I really wanted to go for my check up. I had sore throat, I called the receptionist she didn’t even booked the appointment because I am new and said you can go to your family doctor. When I asked her for walk-in she said doctor is nit accepting walk-ins even it was just 10am in the morning.

Having been regulars at Upper Middle Clinic for nearly two years, I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Alawsi, Hanoosh, and the receptionist for consistently providing exceptional care and service. Thank you for being a reliable healthcare team.

Dr Hanoosh is amazing doctor. He really listens good and kind to his patients and is very thorough when diagnosing them. And concerned about his patients, but his receptionist (i think suna, which was with him at old clinic) very rude un respectful to other without any customer services behaviour, he need to change her

Doctor office only wants profit I have an expired Health card which I had no idea it was expired also it was virtually impossible to get my health cared renewed because of the pandemic and all the delays. I am really sick and just needed my prescription and the rude front desk lady did not except my health card because she said that they will not get paid for it if it is expired how is that my problem as a Canadian citizen we have free healthcare and if you’re really sick they should allow you to go inside and get checked up at least because I’m going to get my health card renewed either way. I even asked her if you can find it in your heart to let me in and she totally disregarded me and was very rude I highly do not recommend this place looks like they’re just seeking profit and don’t care about their clients

I love this clinic. Wonderful doctors. Dr. Hanoosh and Dr. Alawsi, both are professional and kind. People who work in this clinic make you feel safe and with family. Even the pharmacy is inside the clinic, easy to have your medication, wonderful lady and pharmacist. Thank you for this wonderful team for their service and kindness.

Dr. M Alawsi is the best professional doctor in Oakville. She is kind, beautiful, compassionate, very thorough and very professional. At every visit, she would spend her valuable time to check that i am uptodate with every vaccinations and check up; and follow up immédiately with requisitions. I would turn to her for even my small pains and she takes them seriously. She cares for her patients like her own. The doctors at the clinic are great, but sadly the receptionist (Suna) is so terrible and uncooperative that it makes coming here a headache and unpleasant experience overall. If I could skip this receptionist entirely then this would be a 5 Star clinic for sure.

I would give them 0 starts if I could!! The receptionist booked an appointment for my 5 week old baby on the phone and when we arrived she said the doctor can’t see us because he’s fully booked!!! We were already there yet they refused to see the baby!

Dr. Alawsi is one of the best doctors I have ever met in my life. Respectable, professional, and knowledgeable. If you got the chance to make her your doctor, do not hesitate.

Zero stars for both Drs. Dr. S. & Dr. H. who was the worst. Saw him at another clinic. Gave innappropriate medication which I took only once. In discussion I told him I couldn't tolerate them, he told he it was MY fault he then blamed me & initiated an argument, with my med conditions, got me crying while he blatantly laughed at me. He told me it was my fault the meds didn't work. I only saw him as I was desperate for a GP then. I called months after for another GP, they told me both above GP's were let go.

Dr Hanoosh is a wonderful doctor. He really listens to his patients and is very thorough when diagnosing them. He is truly concerned for his patients and shows a lot of empathy. We are very happy with him.

I needed a walk in for a friend visiting canada he was quite sick the Doctor asked for 100$ With a condition for it to be a 15 minute visit . Very materialistic … when my friends told me this is a crazy amount of money for a visit I checked with other clinics the price was 50 $ I never thought Doctors can rip you off…

The clinic is awesome. Me, my kids and family are always well looked after. Doctor Hanoush always accommodates my kids whenever they are sick. I am glad to have found this doctor, in fact all my family are very happy with him too. Doctor takes proper time making sure all the questions and concerns are answered. We picked this clinic for our family practice after we moved to the area. Dr Osamah Hanoosh was absolutely terrific! He is patient and listens to everything you have to say and advices accordingly, he isn’t hesitant to send you to a specialist if required. He isnt like other doctors who rushes the appointment to the see the next patient. The front office staff is also clear and they try to be patient. Glad we picked this clinic

Would give zero stars if possible. Rude useless receptionist. No other patient was wearing masks inside. I coughed once while waiting. “you need to wear a mask” The doctor said to expect a call on a swap test result on Friday, if no call,please call us. I called, “the doctor didn’t leave a note to call you and he is not here, call again later”

Dr. Hanoosh is the best family doctor our family has ever had. He is very caring and accommodating. Unlike other doctors, he is not rushing and gives us the best care, advice and options. We are lucky to have him.
