    Radix is one of the best gyms I’ve had the opportunity to train! The level of coaching and the individual attention they give to each of their members is fantastic. They truly care about your athletic growth and want to bring the best version of you. The gym itself is awesome! It has tons of equipment that all works great, an awesome recovery room, and they offer a variety of programs to suit your needs. Whatever you have in mind, they can help you achieve your goals!

    Clean and effective use of space in terms of the facility. Everything you could want or need for an effective workout in a nice open space. Coach Dan & the rest of the team (I've also met John & Tyler so far) are great. Originally came to radix to continue my boxing training and have since started to dip my toes in the world of cross-fit. Having legitimately no cross-fit experience; the Radix team and fellow gym members have made me feel unbelievably welcome, and safe ensuring I stay motivated and executing proper form. Everyone seems to know one another and it kind of seems like a big gym family. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to commit to a lifestyle change and to find a 'home' that will both support and encourage it.

    I have been working out with coach Daniel and Rachael for the past 3 years, Daniel has helped me to overcome numerous injuries that I have developed over years of martial arts training. Daniel and Rachael have created an environment that it’s great for all people, no matter what your level and limitations. The coaches and members make the gym feel like a big family. highly recommended.

    As someone who had never held a barbell before joining Radix, I can't believe how far I have come in 6 months. Coach Tyler is an awesome person and a great coach. He knows every single person by name and last initial (and there is a lot of us!) and somehow manages to give each one incredible attention with a big encouraging smile on his face. The place must also be a collection of the sweetest people in Oakville, no matter how strong they are or how long they have been training. I feel very supported and genuinely enjoy training there and getting stronger by the day! Thanks Dan and Rach for running such a wonderful gym

    A great family owned gym where the owners and coaches actually care for you and motivate you to get better daily. Going there for over 3 years. Coaches are really great and make sure the classes are fun at the same time pushing you to perform. During pandemic this gym though online was one thing that got me through. Come check Radix out and be partnof this great community.

    Have been working out with Dan for multiple years now, love everything about Radix, the location, trainers/staff, the cleanliness of the gym and most importantly the community feel! If you want the best of pushing yourself to be better and the support, Radix is the place!

    Been going to this place for years and it's been an amazing experience. Radix was my first introduction to CrossFit and the progression of my abilities is largely due to the extremely knowledgeable and energetic coaches!

    Radix gym has the best family setting culture of any establishment I’ve ever had the joy of working at. They care deeply about the members and treat their staff with amazing respect. Highly recommend this gym for a beginner to advanced individual in gym experience.

    Truly a gym that embodies community. The atmosphere here is full of joy and motivation, that it’s impossible not to leave feeling better than when you arrived. Coach Dan and Rachael not only deliver results with their programming, but do it with compassion and knowledge in their craft. There’s a spot for everyone whether you’re into CrossFit, weightlifting, or you’re a postpartum mum like myself trying to get back into things. Highly recommend joining the Radix community.

    The best gym, the best community, such a great place! I was never a person that was drawn to working out naturally- Dan, Rachel, the coaches and the entire community is amazing. I love coming there- sets me up for a good day every time! The facility is clean, welcoming, spacious and they help you with your fitness no matter what level you're at!

    Just wrapped up the 8 Week Challenge at Radix GYM, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer! Rachael and Dan have cooked up a unique 'fight camp' experience that's as challenging as it is rewarding. 🥊 The program helped me kick my post-COVID weight to the curb and reach my fitness goals. 🎯 I'm now buzzing with energy throughout the day and sleeping like a log. 🛌 Dan's "stay hydrated" mantra has me chugging over 2.3 liters of fluids daily, and I'm feeling fantastic. 💦 One of the highlights was smashing my personal best for a 10k run by a whole 4 minutes. 🏃‍♂️💨 The program was as easy to follow as a map to a treasure chest. The meal prepping, the workout schedules, everything was on point. 🗺️ The recipes were a culinary rollercoaster, with the Mango shake 🥭 and the Breakfast Taco mince 🌮 being the star attractions. They were so tasty, I had to remind myself they were healthy! I've also been hitting the pavement more, clocking over 15k steps a day with my dog. 🐕 Working from home has never been healthier or more fun. 🏡 In a nutshell, the past 8 weeks have been a whirlwind of transformation. I work better, sleep better, and have more energy than a caffeinated kangaroo. 🦘 I'm deeply grateful for Rachael and Dan's guidance and support throughout this journey. If you're looking to transform your fitness and health, Radix GYM is the place to be. 🌟

    This place is awesome. I didn't know gyms like this existed before. As a previous member of the typical "big box" gym, I was used to going to do a workout and having to plan everything myself. Radix has a team of Coaches that take all the guesswork out of working-out and program the workouts for you. The equipment is great, the coaches are very knowledgeable and they made a Rookie like me feel safe, comfortable and welcome. The best thing about the Radix community is just that- a community. It is a group of people that are friendly, inviting and helpful to new-comers. I just finished an 8-week challenge where Coach Dan laid out a fitness plan and a meal plan for me, week by week. He checked in on me on a weekly basis and made adjustments to the plan as we went along. The transformation we achieved in 8 weeks was far beyond what I expected. Aside from burning a load of fat pounds and gaining muscle pounds, I found myself with more energy through the day, more strength, better sleep, improved flexibility and more confidence in the gym. I attempted workouts i never thought possible just 8 weeks ago. This is truly a transformational program and I can't speak more highly about Dan, Tyler, Rachael and the entire Radix community. You guys are the real deal. Thank you for everything!

    I am 50 years old and in the best shape of my life!!!!! I started Radixgym's 8 week challenge at 204.5 lbs. 35.1% body fat or 72.1 lbs of body fat. I now weigh 159.3 lbs, 10.7% body fat, or 17.1 lbs of body fat. A 55 lb drop in body fat! I also have seen muscle gains of over 3lbs, Nutrition and fitness coaching on Coach Dan’s plan is the real deal.     I have been going to this Crossfit gym for 2 months now. Overall the experience has been great. I am coming out of a knee injury from last summer and i was not pressured to sign in whatsoever so dont be afraid of calling or email since they are very polite and wont be chasing you to pay for a memberships. Trainers are fun and the workouts are great. Overall a great gym and would recommend to everybody to try it.

    I've been going to Radix for quite a few years now. But I usually just went through the motions and never really committed myself to improving. I just completed an 8 week challenge with Dan and it really changed the trajectory of my health and fitness. I lost 20 lbs of fat and put on 1.5 lbs of muscle in that time. Dan & Rach create a comfortable environment for all skill levels, but won't hesitate to push you if you're not challenging yourself. I needed that! I have full confidence in their knowledge when it comes to all facets of training and nutrition. The gym has all of the equipment you could ever need and they really know what they're doing when it comes to programming. Can't recommend Radix enough! Be prepared for coach Tyler to enthusiastically yell your name at the top of his lungs EVERY time you walk through the front door.

    I joined this gym just over 3 months ago and am so happy and impressed. The owners and coaches are all so welcoming helpful and fun, not to mention inspiring. I was a bit nervous starting as I was out of shape and had tried a few things with poor results. I have been working with Nicholas Lourenco who is amazing. He's helped me focus on building strength and cardio as well as eating properly. In 12 weeks I lost almost 7 pounds and more important gained over 3.5 pound of lean muscle mass. I am eating more and feeling better than I have in a long time. I highly recommend Radix whether you want to work with a trainer work on your own or try Crossfit.

    Absolutely amazing. Everyone from the owners to the coaches are so kind and welcoming & they genuinely care about your progress. When I arrived @ my first class I was greeted by name, bright and early @ 6:00 am & was quickly adjusted in the first ten minutes. People from all fitness levels attend & everything can be modified/scaled to accommodate you. The coaches will NOT leave you hanging. Coach Tyler is so encouraging & seems as though he makes it a point to check on the new people in the class, ensuring you have form & fundamentals down. CrossFit is not as intimidating as it’s been made out to be. Hands down, Radix is the best gym/facility I’ve had the pleasure of attending.
