DO
NOT
attend
Saturday
9.30am
hot
yoga
with
Vicki
Fiddler!
In
my
8
years
of
yoga
practice
it’s
been
the
worst
class
I
ever
attended.
The
class
lacked
synchronicity
between
breath
and
movement,
an
essential
element
in
yoga
that
provides
a
meditative
state
and
physical
safety.
The
instructor
did
not
provide
necessary
and
most
importantly
proper
cues
for
alignment
or
proper
transitions
between
asanas,
leaving
a
disjointed
and
unsafe
practice.
The
pace
of
the
class
was
not
attuned
to
a
breath
at
any
point,
rushing
through
sequences
such
as
transitioning
from
high
plank
-
chaturanga
-
up
dog
-
down
dog
-
warrior
one
-
warrior
two
-
triangle
in
a
single
breath,
which
detracted
from
the
whole
point
of
yoga
and
can
lead
to
injury.
It
is
not
a
fast
pace,
it
is
chaos.
Moreover,
the
instructor
attempted
advanced
binds
without
proper
alignment
cues,
putting
students
at
risk.
It's
crucial
for
instructors
to
guide
students
through
stages
that
match
their
readiness
and
ensure
a
safe
practice
environment.
She
told
to
do
at
least
3
wheel
poses
back
to
back
at
that
chaotic
pace
without
even
doing
any
prep
for
shoulders
and
opening
up
the
chest
area
for
a
safe
practice.
The
instructor
lacks
depth,
authenticity
and
proper
understanding
of
yoga
and
mindfulness.
She
was
reading
basic
affirmations
from
a
book.
Please
be
aware
that
this
class
does
not
provide
the
supportive,
progressive,
and
mindful
yoga
environment
you
seek.
