I’ve
been
training
at
Primal
for
a
year
and
primarily
train
powerlifting.
The
coaches
here
helped
me
reach
strength
and
physique
goals
I
have
never
been
able
to
achieve
alone
or
with
other
trainers
-
and
I’ve
had
5
trainers
since
2015
before
coming
to
Primal!
With
the
help
of
primarily
Reuben,
my
coach
for
powerlifting
as
well
as
nutrition,
I’ve
added
120lbs
to
my
deadlift
in
6
months
and
can
now
deadlift
approximately
2x
my
body
weight.
I’ve
also
gained
over
5lbs
of
lean
mass
and
lost
a
modest
percentage
of
body
fat
over
the
year.
This
is
with
training
4-6x
a
week
(mix
of
PT,
powerlifting
classes,
and
solo
training
sessions)
as
well
as
cleaning
up
my
diet.
On
top
of
helping
me
reach
some
strength
and
physique
goals,
Reuben
has
helped
me
bench
with
no
neck
strain
by
focusing
on
injury
prevention.
I
used
to
get
neck
sprains
benching
where
my
range
of
motion
would
be
reduced
and
turning
my
head
hurt
a
lot.
Overall,
Anna
and
Reuben
have
built
a
very
personable
gym
culture
that
a)
they
lead
by
example,
b)
is
built
on
a
core
of
premium
education
and
proactivity,
and
c)
is
very
tailored
to
the
individual
even
in
group
settings.
I
highly
recommend
Primal
if
you’re
committed
to
investing
in
a
lifestyle,
not
shortcuts
and
gimmicks.
And
if
gym
culture
is
important
to
you,
this
place
is
largely
non-judgemental,
safe,
and
welcoming
-
with
a
demographic
skewing
middle
age
with
kids.
If
you’re
not
a
fan
of
typical
co-ed
commercial
gyms
like
I
am
(I
often
prefer
womens’
gyms
or
private
gyms
with
limited
membership),
Primal
could
be
a
fit
for
you.
This
place
will
show
you
can
reach
heights
you
haven’t
reached
before
and
you
will
be
more
disciplined
than
ever.
