    An amazing experience and I am so thankful I decided to do it. As I age I realise my posture is changing also my balance but I was reluctant to do anything about it. Also I needed upper body training as I was losing muscle etc. Scott and Dante went over the pro's and con's with me in a very friendly, professional and unhurried fashion and I decided to give it a whirl. Dante was my trainer, he is amazing, friendly and totally puts you at your ease, very caring and very good at what he does. I would recommend this experience with Sandbox to anyone young or old, my only wish is that I had done it much sooner! I now feel confident to keep up the excellent work that Dante has instilled into me and I totally know I wouldn't have achieved this on my own.

    I started with Sandbox several years ago mainly for Physiotherapy for back pain and more recently have been doing weekly workouts with Heather to build strength. I adore my time there, and have felt so safe during covid, I feel relieved to have a smaller more boutique gym with tailored workouts to fit my needs. Love the facility, the energy is amazing and I keep getting stronger!

    As I entered my 30’s I quickly realized that my body was not moving the same as I was when I was younger. Working in a physically demanding environment often left me with sprains and strains. After receiving my first treatment I left feeling relief from repetitive movements, and my mobility had improved. For homework, Justin provided me with a series of videos and had followed up ensuring that the relief I had felt post-treatment continued to maintain by completing the homework. Justin’s holistic approach to care, paired with evidence-based resources and an inclusive personality has made my experience at Sandbox Fitness & Therapy amazing and has me coming back!     I couldn’t be happy with the service at this gym. I have never been to a gym that takes the time that they do to make sure you understand what healthy means. Not only do I get a great workout, I get knowledge and direction that has helped me immensely over the years. Sandbox has played a huge part of my well being. Would highly recommend.

    I had foot surgery in December and went to see Scott in February to start some physical therapy to bring my strength back. Scott did a full assessment and recommended I have Dante as my trainer. I had just started noticing results when Covid hit. During the downtime I was offered all kinds of options, Dante reached out every few weeks and gave me some exercises to focus on at home. I’m really happy with my progress and Dante, the sessions go by fast and I’m feeling so much better and stronger. The holistic method that Sandbox uses really covers all aspects of care. I can’t recommend them enough.

    I was just getting started with personal training classes with Scott before all the shutdowns happened and was disappointed because I felt like we had some real momentum. In what felt like no time at all, Scott reached out and we started our workouts virtually. I had no idea what to expect but have been very impressed with how organized and client centered Scott has been. We do workouts using only what’s available to me at home so I didn’t have to spend extra money, he has short helpful videos of each exercise assigned to me that I can easily and quickly refer to while working out on my own and my work out plans are laid out in an easy to follow shared document that we can both follow to track progress, ask questions and give feedback. I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better arrangement especially during a time where so little is available and its hard to be motivated to be active. Highly recommend Scott and his team at Sandbox Fitness. Support a great local business!

    Best gym I've ever been to! I was lucky enough to have Heather as my personal trainer. She was fantastic, positive, motivated and didn't let me slack. I saw more results with her in one year than ever before. The gym itself is small and very comfortable. You're never judged and always leave in a great mood. Highly highly recommend to anyone even thinking about getting in shape. Scott the owners a gem.

    If you need someone to help you with your health and actively work with you towards your fitness goals this is the right place. The owner, Scott, is a wonderful guy, the training and fitness philosophies put into practice at his gym here are the real deal with no bullshit. The trainer I was set up with, Noel, has been above excellent in helping me recover from a back injury and totally changing my approach to both healthy eating and weightlifting. The emphasis on correct technique and addressing acute problems whether that was underutilizing my gluten, or flexibility has helped me immensely in getting into the gym on my own and on track towards my personal goals. Noel is the best personal trainer I have ever had by far, and an excellent reflection of the trainers at work here. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are worried about the cost, Scott is amazing at helping you find a cost schedule that fits your budget where I wouldn't have been able to afford the cost otherwise.

    When looking for a personal trainer I considered many options, but I am so glad I decided to work with Sandbox Fitness. They have a unique approach, combining therapy and physical fitness, and even training on how to maintain sustainable healthy eating habits. But what really sets them apart is that they care. Each trainer has a genuine passion for what they do and they actually care about helping you achieve your fitness goals. I’ve been on my current program for about 3 months now and I’ve already seen better results than I saw in a year on my own! My trainer is very attentive, motivating, and he works WITH me to ensure I make continuous progress. I’d highly recommend Sandbox Fitness!

    This is THE place to be if you are looking to improve your physical health. The owner, Scott, and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and extraordinary human beings. They take the time to tailor their training/treatment programs to their clients which makes hitting your individualized goals much more efficient. The environment is inclusive and positive which makes the experience pleasurable. I recommend everyone here with great confidence.

    I can't say enough good things about Sandbox Fitness and Therapy. I have been training with Taylor for about 8 months. For reference I am early 50's female and was interested in losing my pandemic pounds and increasing my mobility. Initially I intended on sessions for a few months just to get started but I plan to continue as long as she will have me! She is an athletic therapist and has made such an impact on my physical (and mental!) health. She has tailored a workout that is appropriate for me. I find that for my age and concerns (back problems) she is such great fit - my sessions end with her working on any areas of concern. She has helped me to lose almost 30 pounds. There are several different trainers and I believe they are assigned to best fit the clients' needs. I have had sessions with others while Taylor is on vacation and the other trainers are excellent too. The atmosphere is fun, familiar and welcoming. You can tell they are an outstanding facility by the number of long term clients they have. I highly recommend them.

    I have been a client at Sandbox for over a year. Taylor is an amazing personal trainer and Athletic Therapist. The entire team is so personable. They have helped me work on deliberate, progressive weight loss and improving my fitness. It has been such an empowering experience!

    I’ve been working with Sandbox for many years. What attracted me to the studio was a unique approach that focuses on client goals and long term improvements instead of superficial results. Many of their trainers are also versed in athletic therapy and have the skills and knowledge to help you work through injuries and become stronger. Most recently, I’ve been working with Zoran, who pushes you to test your limits. But that’s a good thing, because every session feels productive and fun. Keep up the good work!

    I can't say enough about Sandbox Fitness and I would highly recommend. The owner Scott is great and very responsive. I work with two of the trainers - Carlo and Zo - who are both amazing. They are exactly what I needed to get back on track with my fitness - they motivate and encourage me to be better and push myself!
