while
looking
for
an
in-home
trainer
and
we
have
been
working
together
for
four
months
now.
Having
worked
with
different
trainers
on
and
off
since
2007,
I
am
very
familiar
with
what
to
expect.
I
am
also
familiar
enough
to
know
that
Alejandro
is
not
your
typical
trainer.
He
truly
goes
the
‘extra
mile’
and
genuinely
cares
about
my
journey
and
my
personal
success.
For
me,
Alejandro
adds
value
for
multiple
reasons:
Firstly,
his
style
is
a
little
different
than
most.
He
has
found
a
way
to
pack
in
everything
you
need
into
a
half
hour
workout.
And
it
WORKS!
For
me
to
spend
an
hour
a
day
working
out,
I
found
myself
dreading
it
and
not
committing
myself
100%.
A
half
hour
works
for
me
and
my
busy
schedule.
And
it’s
easy
to
commit
to
working
out
5
days
a
week.
Secondly,
Alejendro
is
committed
to
my
journey
just
as
much
as
I
am.
He
is
a
trained
nutritionist
and
helps
work
through
my
meal
plans
and
my
diet.
He
offers
encouragement
and
accountability
every
step
of
the
way.
Thirdly
-
he
pays
attention
to
detail
and
continuously
corrects
my
form
when
it’s
starts
to
break
down
which
is
worth
it’s
weight
in
gold.
Too
many
trainers
don’t
spend
the
time
or
pay
attention
to
the
little
things
and
it
has
caused
knee
and
back
pain
for
me.
When
I
began
with
Alejandro
I
was
very
limited
in
what
I
could
do
because
of
my
severe
knee
problems.
Alejendro
actually
devised
a
plan
to
rehabilitate
my
knees
and
it’s
working!
I
am
very
happy
with
my
results
to
date
(in
one
week
I
managed
to
lose
10lbs
while
focused
on
Alejandro’s
plan)
but
my
journey
is
not
over.
I
am
confident
we
will
maintain
a
long
and
rewarding
relationship
in
my
journey
towards
fitness,
health
and
weight
loss.
My
husband
has
also
recently
made
the
decision
to
get
on
board
with
Allatus
Fitness
after
seeing
my
results
both
physically
and
mentally
and
he
has
begun
training
with
Alejendro
as
well.
I
highly
recommend
Allatus
Fitness!
