Did take out and looked very healthy and was done with my traditional places I eat. I could start with any choices and protein and lastly saices / toppings . Got myself custom veggie bowl with brown rice , mid spicy sauce . Being vegetarian i hoped they could let us get all 5-6 options of veggies to add rather then only 2 . Rest all was good and worth a try . But surely they should Consider extra topping as part of price . As it is decent priced

Loved their Tofu curry as I am a veggie lover. Highly recommended. The place was clean and was well maintained.

Overall I had a great experience ordering there. The way to order food is to choose ingredients, or they have their signature meal to call. All of the elements look fresh and smell good. I chose rice noodles as the base; the taste was okay, just a little bit dry at the end. My colleague ordered brown rice, and she said it was very delicious! I will try it next time. I love their chicken, which is well-seasoned and tender. The service was significant, and the staff was very patient. I'll see you guys next time!

Went here for lunch with my coworker, we were both impressed by the concept and delicious food. It’s set up like a Subway style build your own box, except with quality ingredients and tasty food. The restaurant itself is kept incredibly clean, and the decor is very modern. Will repeat whenever given the opportunity. DEPINGA.

I would give 5 stars because I like the food e service, BUT I just wish they add LESS black pepper! Don’t get me wrong, I like black pepper but the way that it’s added to the food is not enjoyable, my mouth burn and I can’t have the real taste of the food! :( Pleeeease, less black pepper!!!!!

One of the best boxes I've had really nailed the flavours here and they put alot of protein which a lot of places chip on that usually. The steak is a sure hit would highly suggest for a healthy hearty meal on the go over fast food any day and the price just 13.99!

Their food is very fresh and quite tasty. You build your own dish here with some preset meats, veg, sauces, and toppings to choose from, or you can get a pre-built dish like Pad Thai. I've had a few of their different combinations and haven't had a bad meal yet. Additionally, they have a bubble tea stand inside their location, which is awesome. Parking is very tight here, and the spaces are narrow as well, so prepare for that if you visit during peak hours.

I order the reg box with rice and meat everytime so my experience is based on this meal only. I love it, they will cook fresh steak for me if it's low. Once or twice the steak tasted a bit off or the rice was too hard. Considering how many times Ive gone and had a great meal, this isn't anything to deter me from going but I do prefer super fresh steak/ingredients only. Service is always friendly and accommodating, portions are pretty consistent although scoops vary from different employees on different days. Not by too much though. I highly recommend this location overall. I would like to give 4.5 stars because there's room for improvement with food quality but staff is really excellent.

Really expensive for the quality and service. I went tonight and paid 20$ for a rice bowl but the staff were much more interested in preparing takeaway boxes than helping customers in person. They made me wait over 5 minutes to start serving me and then were out of a bunch of ingredients and said they didn't have "anymore for the night"... despite closing in several hours. The bowl I ended up with was also ice cold as clearly the ingredients had been sitting out for a long time. Huge disappointment compared to other locations

Quite possibly the worst box of Pad Thai I’ve ever had. I’m not expecting it to be 100% authentic however at least have the basic ingredients to make the dish. My noodles were water logged and so overcooked that they stuck together like a clump of dough for $3 more I could have gone downtown and got it from an authentic Thai restaurant. Also, why would you not have fresh limes with the dish - instead they use lemon juice as per the person behind the counter. $40 wasted.

Loved the food, every item can be combined with anything. If you are undecided just go for one of the signature options. They even have a Keto option. Totally would take any of my vegetarian friends anytime. I also tried the Thai iced tea! What can I say I was simply blown away by the deliciousness over all.

The lemongrass bao bun we tried was good. The tapsilog was not tasty at all. I had high hopes for the latter as it was rice, egg, and meat - it should be hard to mess up. I took one bite and didn't take more. The girl who took my order looked absolutely miserable on a Saturday morning. Hope she's alright.

I got the steak with vegetables and it was pretty good Good portions and they sent me two different spicy sauces as I asked for a bit of spicy which is very nice of them a bit pricy but worth it It was a really good lunch Will definitely order again

Chris went above and beyond in making my Basil box experience wonderful today. He made steak, chicken and tamarind sauce even though they were closing in 20 minutes. His customer service skills are also impeccable, thank you Chris!

The food I ordered stir fry chicken has a lot of flavours but it could have been better if I tasted more meat in there than green bell peppers. My son thinks the garlic rice is little sour for his taste. Though everyone liked the fried chicken with all the dipping sauces on the sides. Overall, it could still improve it’s quality given there’s a lot of competition around the area that will give you more for less.

The service I received today (Thursday, November 11th) was fantastic, the lady was super helpful, I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, but since the moment we got in she greeted us and asked if we needed any help, when we said it was our first time she was so patient and explained everything very well. She had such a great energy and was so helpful that I am so looking forward to go back, my husband and I were both so tired after a long day of running errands and once we left the restaurant we both left with smiles and said: this is the best service we've had. The food was good, the regular box is well enough for 2 people, I definitely have leftovers. We both created our own boxes, the beef was made to order (not sure if it was because they had just run out or if it's always the case) but it was nice, she said it might take 5-7 mins but took less than that. We will be back soon to try more.

Service and workers are friendly and polite although. Food is very random when it comes to quality. I’ve been to this location many of times. Although at this point in time more so than not it is unacceptable. Ie. hair in food, expired cheese curds in poutine, extremely under cooked rice, over cooked chicken hard as a rock. PS - no response from owner asking me to email them.

Was about to rate this place a 5.. can't even contact the store, number says it's not setup yet... Purchased a pad Thai with chicken and tofu (paid extra). I just got home, no tofu in the meal.. I also ordered a side of spring rolls, no issues. I'd try calling, though again number not setup. 20min drive from my place so not worth driving back for this.. the wait is always long though the food was always good. Staff are friendly otherwise. The cashier and even the gentleman who gave me my order asked if I wanted a receipt (yes), then asked if it was okay I'm the bag (yes). no receipt in the bag -- just disappointed... -- Edit: The owner got back to me on this and was happy to provide a meal replacement free of charge, and of course correct this time. Happy with the service and would highly recommend visiting, let alone reaching out if your order goes wrong. Thanks Peter (Basil Box).

Taste was pretty good but I have to give it 3 stars simply because of portions. I went to pick up dinner for me and my partner. We ordered a chicken bowl and beef bowl. It’s healthy, ingredients tasted fresh for the most part - rice was on the dry-end though. For the price you don’t get a good portion size for dinner. Seemed like something we would be maybe satisfied with for lunch definitely not for dinner. For that we are disappointed. We ordered a pizza shortly after.
