This is probably one of my favourite Starbucks, love relaxing in here with a good nitro cold brew while waiting for the traffic to die down! 👍 There's a nice big parking lot and seating indoors and out. Feels very roomy within! Staff are always friendly and they make the drinks well. I highly recommend it! Pictured is the pumpkin cream nitro cold brew! So yum! 😋

Ridiculously slow service. Baristas fiddling around with the cash register instead of taking the next order. Left and won’t come back.

Go here a handful of times, friendly team, I simply go for a coffee, reading or sketching... Good place!

Just wanna say thanks for the amazing service!!! Claudia took the time to fix my breakfast fiasco today! I ordered the bf croissant, and realized halfway through eating that the dye on the bag stuck to the sandwich (my fault completely!) She was so understanding and replaced my turned-green sandwich with a fresh one. It totally saved my breakfast before work! Big shout out to the staff here, honestly the best!!!

Always super friendly and helpful at this location! I am super lucky it’s a few minutes away from me at most. It’s my go to Starbucks definitely! Everyone is amazing!

Easily my all-time favourite Starbucks location! I love the outdoor seating area and it's always clean. The employees are super friendly and say good morning to the regulars. They make stellar drink recommendations when I'm in the mood to try something new. They do cute things like write little notes on your cup and bring drinks and snacks for the barber shop when we've had a really crazy day. There's a lot of effort that goes into keeping all of the boards updated and engaging with current events and overall positivity. You can really tell they all enjoy working there which just makes the experience as a customer better, I never feel like I'm burdening them with my patronage even when there's a lineup. They bring a refreshing sense of community to the plaza!

Barista was super rude and mad because they were out of stock of everything and we didn’t know what to eat since there were no options…..

They didnt have the Caramel Brulee Latte which is the only drink I like for 2 weeks..Esp right before Christmas extremely unacceptable.I am very disappointed.

Always buzzing full of people but lovely staff. The couple of times there was a mistake, staff didn't even skip a beat to make me my correct order.

This location is horrible the work more on mobile orders then the people who are actually there it’s red cup day I understand they are busy but don’t send someone on break when your super busy I had to leave with out my drink today that I paid for!

I didn't really go to Starbucks very often until somewhat recently. The staff at this location are outstanding and very accommodating. This past week I had a rough day and thought to treat myself to something. I was greeted by Emma who was incredibly friendly and very informative. Because I'm somewhat new to the very diverse menu, I asked for a suggestion. Emma was able to quickly narrow down and suggest something that I ended up loving. It sounds cliche or exaggerated but that small experience made me feel a lot better. I think it may be in part due to the lack of positive in-person experiences since covid, but every experience I've had at this location has been so genuine and welcoming. I will gladly pass several other Starbucks locations to specifically go to this one. Well done. Thanks Emma, and the rest of the staff.

This mornings cashier was the kindest most cheerful person I have ever interacted with in my life. Was so cheery and made every single customer smile at 8am! Way to go.

Manager on shift was incredibly friendly & welcoming. Even though their Point of Sale system was offline, she handled herself extremely well & I made sure to tip $50! I didn't get her name, but she is a perfect example of a manager & a true asset to Starbucks. As the owner of a business myself, I could only dream for a manager like her!

This Starbucks use to be my favourite location but unfortunately it has gone extremely downhill. They must have completely changed staff/management. No point in placing a mobile order, you can order 20 minutes ahead of time and you'll still be waiting 10+ minutes when you arrive. Drinks don't taste the same, food won't be heated up. The high level of service they use to provide is non-existent now.

Every time I go the staff is nice, the order is correct, and the latte is perfect!
