#1 Place $130 order most of the items were decent until I got old salad mixed in with new salad absolutely disgusting 🤢🤮 automatically starting throwing up so disappointed. #2 order the salmon only to get this little skinny piece of salmon wondering where the rest of it is not only that the rice had hard chunks which is unacceptable 🤔 I will not be revisiting this establishment again.

I ordered Hunters Chicken for main, it was just a bunch I things put in a bowl.. nothing like what the menu describes. The presentation was poor too... dessert was Turtle Pie, which was sooooo sweet that my teeth fell off... it was a good combination of mousse and walnut but overall dint work for me!

Went here with the team. Service is good, food..not so much. Ordered the hunters chicken- not good at all. Wouldn't recommend 2 stars because dessert was good, tried the turtle pie

I was here recently for dinner with a client. We both got the top sirloin, it was actually pretty bad. It was not cooked right and the steak itself was very hard. Not impressed

Great location, great service and amazing food!! First time at this location and we had a really good time. We were a large group and we were well taken care of. I didn't see anyone send any food back, and I didn't hear any complaints. Server was on her game, as was everyone supporting her with managing our table. Food was on point, hot and tasty!!

First thing first we loved the cosy ambience and wonderful service at Turtle Jack. The steak dish was perfect with amazing sauce and side of shrimp, this was from their limited time menu. Though the wings that we ordered were quite average. Neither the flavour nor the texture worked. The drinks were good but nothing extraordinary. I was hoping for a much better experience with the kind of price range but they definitely need to up their game..

Great Restaurant! I loved the ambiance inside and it felt like a high-end restaurant and bar. Also, the food was great. I got the blackened bass with Yukon gold lobster mashed potatoes and vegetables. The presentation of the food when it came out was excellent and the taste was even better. The price of the food is descent as well as it matches the quality of food. I will certainly be back again!

Decent food, a bit pricey for what it is . Found the service at this location friendly but very slow. Drinks even took a long time . Overall the food was alright, just a tad bland with everything.

Absolutely horrible food, the wings were ridiculously dry, overcooked. It was if the cooked them well done a few hrs before I ordered. And the re fry them well done when a customer ordered. 10 of the smallest wings go for almost $19. The waitresses and service was ok. Over priced food, and quality of food is some of the worst i have every experience. Not worth your time or money. Avoid at all costs. Will not be going back, which is unfortunate considering that I reside across the street.

I first went to the ladies' room, and had to fight to get the toilet paper (after finding a third stall, one without a broken lock). That almost had me walking out but I am hungry. Had a Garden (Beyond Meat) burger with a side salad. The salad was generous and good, the burger was ok...guacamole and arugula are healthy, but I prefer other, less bland, toppings. Service is wonderful. Waiting to see if the Sticky Toffee Pudding is as wonderful as it sounds! [Edit: it was warm and delicious)

It's a great place for friends and family gatherings!! Good kids menu offerings and a broad selection of upgraded pub style mainfare, making everyone feel welcomed. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, and the servers are pleasant and very accommodating. Turtle Jack's is the complete package for a fun time!!

Already took a bite before the picture because I was looking forward to this! I was impressed with their cocktails, the three cheese dip and the blackened basa fish. Fish was fresh and HOT, seasoning was on point, veggies were perfectly cooked. These days, quantity is everything and I was very satisfied with their portions! Definitely would come back and recommend to others.

Amazing staff!! I had the best experience at this location, the staff were super friendly with my dog as shown in the photo. They brought her some water and whip cream and continued to top up her water throughout our lunch. Food was very good thought I do wish they had some vegan options on the menu.

Highlight of this visit was my server - Diego. He was friendly with a great smile, and very authentic. I asked Diego about the fish and chips and he explained the batter to me so well, that I went for the dish, and he was right. Thin batter but crisp. Lots of fish and light batter. The chips were ok too. Great meal and Diego made it better!

Food service was slow, ordered burger without items, they just sent the burger as described on the menu. Appetizers were cool when they arrived. Waitress was super quick with the drinks!

Worth every penny. We have a picky eater with us. They were willing to replace her meal with something different. She opted not too. But just having that option made it worth it.

I have been ordering food from this location for years now and I have always enjoyed it but lately the quality has been going downhill! Today the food was delivered damaged, cold, way smaller portions and no taste at all! Shrimp was saggy and overcooked. I don’t think this is restaurant is going to be on my favorite list anymore.

i had the bison meatloaf and it was pretty good but the vegetables were barely cooked my wife had the chicken parm and it was ok. she would have preferred more sauce and the chicken coating had no crunch to it

staff is always very friendly and the food is delicious. plus you can earn loyalty points. We've been to this location twice and will definitely go back

My partner and I had a lovely meal out at Turtle Jack's during our visit to Oakville - we both had a burger each, and they were tasty. The onion rings on the same came as a huge portion, which was nice, but the way the waitress had described them made it seem as though they would be a much smaller portion! It was a nice surprise, nevertheless. The service was fast, but it wasn't always easy to get someone's attention to ask a question as all the waiters and waitresses were over the other side of the restaurant and only really rushed past us. The main reason we have given 4 stars rather than 5 is because a customer had fallen whilst coming into the restaurant, and the front of house attendant wasn't at the desk - it ended up being two customers that went from their tables to help them up, and the staff didn't seem to be aware of what had happened. All the customers seemed fine afterwards, but it was worth noting that, at that particular time, the welcome desk was unattended.

It was quite on Tuesday night. Food was awesome, service was great. Yummy!

Ordered honey garlic breaded wings for the Argentina Netherlands match, they weren't cooked very well and they had next to no honey garlic sauce, won't be coming here again very disappointed never had wings like this

Delicious food! The burgers were amazing, very tasty! You can choose your side, and there are many options to choose from! The staff was really nice to us, nothing better than a good customer service!

I usually love ordering takeout from this location and have done so several times, however I haven’t been happy with my last two orders. The portion sizes appear smaller, food isn’t as tasty, the lettuce is dry and on the verge of spoiling. It’s not worth the price anymore. Edit: I would like to say thank you to Henry from Guest Services for reaching out and taking the time to make things better, it’s very appreciated.

Everytime I feel like having a night out, turtle jacks is always my first pick. Sarah is my all time favourite and is one of my main reasons for always attending this location. She is always thorough with my order and always takes care of me. She is attentive, very friendly and always makes sure I’m happy with my order. I rate this restaurant 5 stars but wish I could rate it 10 stars because of her. Will always recommend my family and friends to visit this location!

I come here quite often, and I recently had a wonderful experience with a bartender/server named Sarah. She was super sweet and went above and beyond to make sure our table was fully satisfied. I have never seen her before I think she is new here but I will definitely ask for her when I visit this restaurant again!! Thank you Sarah!!! I hope to see you again soon 😊

I’ve been there a lot, never disappoints! Food is great. But most importantly Sarah is always amazing, fun helpful and just makes out time there perfect. Always come back for Sarah ! Also Henry is great always makes sure we are enjoying our time and having a great service. He also give a lot of good recommendations.

Excellent service and food. They had sufficient staff to serve and attend to you. The food came out quickly and the drinks were delicious.
