    My family's visit to this restaurant on my little sister's birthday turned into a nightmarish experience. We encountered harassment from a random man inside and outside the restaurant, which the management failed to promptly address, even though this was not their first encounter with such incidents. After we called the police ourselves, the management remained passive observers. Despite a $100+ bill, we received no apology or acknowledgment from the management. Their apparent disregard for customer safety, lack of empathy, and unfulfilled promises to address the issue when contacted further compounded our disappointment. I strongly advise others to consider their safety and well-being before dining here… After my sister posted a review , a management representative reached out, expressing a willingness to discuss the matter. However, this initial contact was marred by their failure to return my call as promised, leaving me disheartened and frustrated. The disappointing lack of follow-through, despite their claims of concern, only compounded my dissatisfaction with the situation. It's disheartening when a company PRETENDS to care but falls short in delivering on their commitments, adding to the overall disappointment of this entire experience.

    I’ve been here a couple times and have always been satisfied. The service is friendly and efficient. The pizza is delicious and they offer halal chicken as an option if you request it. The nachos are amazing. It can get busy and quiet loud during peak times, so keep that in mind.

    What a dissapointing experience for Father's day dinner. We were told by the waitress that they were short staffed tonight and to expect slower than normal servic however kitchen was well staffed so we were relieved that we can expect our food better than the service. When our food started to come out, I couldn't help but notice how small the Chicken parm was with luke warm spaghetti. Rib that my husband got was at room temperature with coleslaw that had no taste at all. It was waste of money and i don't think I will ever return to this location again.

    Is this chicken and mushroom fettuccine worth 20 bucks? Where is the chicken?? Where is the sauce? The only reason for the 2 stars is the bandera bread. Probably won’t come back to Boston pizza. Save your money and get the ingredients from Walmart.

    Terrible dinning experience. If I could give zero stars I would. I am convinced that there was a total of three staff members working the entirety of the restaurant this evening, one cook, one hostess, and one waitress, all of whom were delivering food to tables because of how understaffed it was. Two tables of 4+ people were seated and checked out before we had even gotten our food. One person at our table had to track down the waitress at least twice because no one was even checking in with us. (It was not a busy night, there were two other full tables in our section). I had considered filling my water glass from the washroom sink just to get a refill. But the worst part, not even an acknowledgement from our server as to how long we waited, but rather a, ‘bet you’re happy to be getting your food,’ with a chuckle, after we had waited an hour and a half. I will not be dinning here again, and I recommend you think twice on it.

    The food didn't dissapoint as always. Even though we were in close to closing we were seated and served right away. Ample parking always. Do try the oven baked wings, pretty awesome!

    We come to Boston pizza because our kid loves it. Not sure what happened today but it wasn't great, the truffle pizza had no truffle flavor, just tasted like mayo, and we didn't even get the chocolate that comes with it. The unicorn lemonade tasted like dirty warm water, she replaced it and it still didn't taste like lemonade but the tea part was alright, even though I expressed my concern, I was still charged for it, and the root beer lacked carbonation. The server was nice, but unfortunately it was slow, and it was empty in the restaurant. We attempted to buy the gift card promotion but there were some technical difficulties, so we didn't get it. I hate to leave a bad review for a local place but, even with kids eat free it's not value for money. I hope this place steps up their game or we will have to find a different location. After coming home both my husband and I had an uneasy feeling in our stomach. Hopefully it's nothing.

    It is nice location. Almost like a sport bar. TVs are everywhere. I am sure certain people like it, but too many for me. Menu is great, especially sharebales.

    I can't thank enough to our waitress Alex, and the restaurant supervisor who handled our reservation. We hosted a hockey team dinner party at Boston Pizza (Dundas & Neyagawa) last night. When we made the reservation, the supervisor provided us with a large, heated indoor patio for our private event. Our waitress Alex was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She worked with us to plan the timing for ordering and food servicing, making sure everyone had an enjoyable experience. The entire team had a fantastic night. This Boston Pizza location will be at the top of my restaurant list for future team parties!

    Did a pick up for pizza, nachos, and spaghetti. Flavour is very kids friendly, meaning ... Bland Alfredo sauce that tasted like it was watered down. It reminded me of the school cafeteria lunch when I was little. Pizza dough tasted like something from the grocery store. 3 dollar grocery store frozen pizza tastes better. Nachos are hard to mess up so that was the only thing edible, since they don't really make the chips and cheese. But, even the sour cream tasted watered down. I don't know if it's just this location but i don't remember food from BP being this bad. All that below mediocre food for $70. If you want food for kids under 6, sure, get it from here. But if you enjoy food as an adult, go elsewhere.

    A group of work colleges and myself went there right before Christmas. There was approximately 14 of us who went there for lunch. Our server Emma was great. She was patient with all us. Some people had way to many questions, she was very accommodating. All 14 orders came out correct. The food was good. All fresh and tasty. I always enjoy the Cajun wings. Apparently the burgers are very good as well. We are planning a trip back in the near future.

    Celebrate my birthday there with my friends. We were 10 ppl. Their service was amazing. Pizzas and Nachos were so good. Alex was our host. She checked in us every 15 min to make sure everything is perfect. Such a wso nice, professional and polite person. I really recommend this place and specially their coverd patio for your parties.

    This is my favourite place to hang out with family. The service staff is super friendly. You get to enjoy your favourite sports as they put all kinds on different screens. Kids enjoy the place as they keep them busy with painting work. Foods is amazing, I usually order thai bites with shrimp that tastes awesome. Must visit place if you’re looking for a good hang out with family, friends or even alone.

    I suggest you dine elsewhere if you value your time. Seated at 6:50pm for a party of ten with a reservation, with the party members arriving until about 7:15pm. The wait time to have the table’s drinks ordered was at minimum 20 minutes, with a further wait time on top to order food of another 20 minutes. Food arrival time was nearly an hour, with one guest receiving their food significantly later than the others - the table had already put a significant dent in their dinner by this time. The wait staff was not apologetic about the delay, but rather chose to attempt humour at what was becoming a significant annoyance and waste of our collective time. It should be noted that from the time our party was fully seated to when we received our food, two other tables had fully arrived, ordered, paid and left. The restaurant was not busy this night, but I suspect they were woefully understaffed. Regardless of the service, the standard group gratuity was applied to our bills. We were thankfully able to have this removed, but not without some contention. Do better.

    It's good and I like coming here but there's room to improve. Service is good but sometimes it seems like the waiters/waitress has forgotten about our table, even when the restaurant is not busy. Good food and prices are fine

    Tonight Nov 19/22 we ordered from this Boston Pizza. They called us right after we ordered for delivery. They offered us a huge discount if we came and picked it up. We couldn't so the store manager delivered it himself. It was brought to us 35min after we ordered it! It was hot and very good. Thank you very much to Rishi the manager! Excellent work

    I have had a wonderful evening today and with my family and friend, thanks to Nathalie! She really transformed our dinner into a lovely warm one not just a pizza night. Despite the business of the place, she was paying attention to each table as if she only has them. Food was so delicious and they offer halal option which is a plus! We sure will return and hope to see Nathalie again 💓

    So I went to Boston Pizza with 2 of my friends and as soon as we reached we were greeted kindly and our eyes caught the attention of a nice corner in the restaurant which is usually where birthdays or parties are hosted but we asked about it and the guy who greeted us told us that it was fine for us to sit in that area, after we ordered some food and drinks our server and the owner of the place kept bothering us making us hurry as there was a party happening later that evening, my point is if they knew they had a party organized there they could have just let us know about it, they kept interrupting us more than 5 to 6 times during our precious time and then we moved out to a regular table as we were feeling kinda uncomfortable sitting in there. So not a great experience but the drinks and food were amazing that's all I could say.

    The Worse dining experience ever. This place requires a true management team. Drinks came after 40 minutes. Kids meals were cold, pasta no sauce and cold. Server did her best but requires more training and support Manager on site was attending the bar, the kitchen, the tables, acknowledged about all the critical mess but forgot the fair part at the time to bring the bills. We had to return a few plates but no matter what, they ended charging them all. Used to come here a lot with my family, but I guess this was the last one ! Very frustrating

    I am so pleasantly pleased with the service I received from Tammy today, the other participants working with her were not as friendly. Tammy understand customer needs. I would come back to this establishment just because of her. First in class service with a smile!

    What a mess, Restaurant today was very very understaffed. The server looked like she was going to to have a mental colapse. She was clearly overworked. We were a large group, and spent 2 and a half hours from begging to end. We asked for a non spicy calamari, it was spicy. We asked for a medium rare stake, it was well done. Missed orders, tons of corrections. We asked for drinks, and came 30 min late. Food was cold, drinks were warm and late. Feel extremely bad for the server as she was doing her best and had to face us, keep a smile and take the blunt of our complains. Manager came out to try to save the night. No luck at all. This is a management miss. Terrible terrible management. I was a frequent customer as I live very close. But tonight may be the last one.

    First time trying Boston Pizza and our experience has been lovely thanks to our server, Chris. He was very helpful when it came to our questions on menu items, he was very sweet to our three year old, and overall very charismatic. Thank you for the great experience, we’re definitely coming back soon :)

    Very efficient, friendly waiter. I had the french onion soup, had a rich flavour and utterly delightful. The salad was so so, he said after I could have changed. My dining partner had rack of ribs, very juciy. I would say that service is excellent, food sometimes hits the marks. Sometimes not. I've been before. Should have gotten the steak and cheese. Overall, we dine regularly.

From the very moment we walked in, it was clear that safety and customer service were not priorities for this establishment. As we entered the restaurant, an unsettling incident occurred. A random man followed us inside and began to harass us immediately. He invaded our personal space, making us feel uncomfortable and threatened. The distressing situation prompted us to seek assistance from the staff. To our dismay, this was not the first time they had encountered such an incident, yet they failed to address it promptly. The server, realizing the urgency of the situation, quickly went to call the manager, and two managers, one male and one female, came out to confront the man. Unfortunately, their response left much to be desired. Despite the man's aggressive behavior and harassment, they seemed reluctant to take immediate action to protect the customers. Things escalated further, with the man continuing to harass us both inside and outside the restaurant. He shouted, touched us, and even attempted to enter our car. This ordeal continued without any effective intervention from the restaurant management. When I implored the manager to call the police for help, they inexplicably claimed they couldn't involve law enforcement inside the restaurant, a statement that left me bewildered. Frustrated and concerned for our safety, we made the difficult decision to leave the premises and called the police ourselves. The managers remained passive observers to the situation. The police arrived within 5 minutes. After the police left, we were convinced to give the restaurant another chance due to the manager insisting for us to come back inside, however, the disappointment persisted. The food was served cold, and, shockingly, no manager approached us to apologize for the experience we endured earlier. The fact that they could witness such a distressing incident and remain silent was nothing short of astonishing. Our disappointment was compounded by the fact that it was my little sister's birthday celebration, an event that should have been filled with joy and cherished memories. Instead, it was overshadowed by fear and frustration. In retrospect, it's evident that this restaurant does not prioritize the safety and well-being of its patrons. The fact that they had encountered similar incidents before, yet failed to act proactively, speaks volumes about their disregard for customer safety. Moreover, the complete absence of an apology or acknowledgment from the management following the incident is inexcusable. It demonstrates a lack of empathy and professionalism that is unforgivable in the service industry. In conclusion, if it weren't for our own initiative in calling the police, it's clear the restaurant would NOT have taken any action at all. Given the emotional distress and inadequate service we experienced, it's difficult to comprehend how the bill, which exceeded $100, was justified. This restaurant's behavior is nothing short of appalling, and I strongly advise others to consider their safety and well-being before dining here. Update: I was contacted by a representative from the management team who suggested that they would be available to discuss the matter. Regrettably, when I made the call, I was told that it wasn't a convenient time for them to address my concerns, and they promised to call me back. Despite their assurances, I NEVER received that callback. This lack of follow-through has left me disheartened and frustrated. It's disappointing when a company CLAIMS to care but then fails to deliver on their promises. The apparent disregard for my concerns and the lack of communication has only added to my dissatisfaction with the situation.
