Update: I cannot believe how quickly I went from loving this pizza to now being extremely upset and disappointed with their customer service. I ordered a pizza tonight and the toppings were on one side of the box. Absolutely unacceptable. Who do you have working for you? Not caring how food is being delivered. This is the second issue I have had with this store. A couple weeks back they forgot part of my order and were so non caring and nonchalant that it it completely angered me how they handled the situation. First time experience not to be confused with how they continually handle their customers: I absolutely enjoyed this pizza. I was told I needed to try it and then I finally made the jump and they won me over with that garlic spread on the crust. It adds such flavour to the pizza.

Toppers Pizza exceeded my expectations! The medium spicy sauce added a perfect kick, and the crust was just right—crispy yet satisfying. Fresh toppings made a noticeable difference, and what impressed me most was that the sauce didn't induce heartburn. In a quest for good pizza in Canada, Toppers truly stands out.

Before I went here I just liked pizza, but this place made me fall in LOVE with pizza.When I say this is the best pizza I have had, believe me it is. Topper's pizza is not just a pizza place but an entire delightful experience from start to finish! The pizza 10/10, the ambience 10/10, value for money 10/10, the quality of food 10/10, the staff 15/10, 5 brownie points for all their humbleness and service. If you want to truly know what a slice of heaven feels like, this topper's pizza is the ultimate place for that. I don't think this photo will do the justice to what an astonishing pizza it was but it is enticing enough. A must-visit!

Last week I ordered from Toppers pizza Oakville location. The taste was delicious. Salad was so healthy . Very good experience at Toppers pizza. I have been ordering food from Toppers pizza since last two years but now a days getting good customer service and delicious food. Good job Toppers keep it up.👍

The food here was amazing. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Once I got food from here, I can never go back to any other store. Would surely recommend going here if you want good food and the best experience.

Tried first time at toppers pizza. vegetarian Pizza with garlic butter sauce and Tabasco sweet and a spicy sauce.its really good. Looking forward to trying more. Customer service is nice and quick.

Ordered a few pizzas for dinner (there were ten of us). The pizzas arrived in good time, were hot and had no issues with the delivery. However, I was not impressed with the pizza at all. While the toppings tasted good, I thought the sauce was disgusting. I wasn't impressed with the pizza crust, way too thick and doughy (if that makes sense). I can't tell you not to try the pizza because even though a couple of us didn't like the pizza at all, the rest really enjoyed it which is why I give Toppers three stars. Hey, to each his/her own.

This will be my last time ordering from Toppers Oakville. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for the last couple of orders. But this last order will be the last. After waiting 1/1/4 hours for my pizza I finally called. Instead of getting the store my call was sent to a central cs line who told me my pizza had been delivered. Not true. Driver said he phoned me re: delivery and texted me. Obviously not true. Found my pizza on my driveway. Cold. Was told manager would call me. No call. I waited several days to give them a chance respond. I guess they don’t care about good customer service. So bye bye

ordered a pizza off skip the dishes, never came. Skip keeps saying it will be here in 15 minutes it's been over 3 hours. I will never order from here again. They will steal from you. Oh btw they use their own delivery drivers so it's not like a skip driver stole the food.

I'll give it to them, their panzerotti is delicious when it's made right. That's the main issue I've had with this location. They mess up orders like no tomorrow, especially large orders. I work for a local business that is quite large. We have ordered from them several times over the years but one thing has remained consistent and that's them messing up our lunch/dinner order. Today's order on Nov 4th 2021 is the final straw for me. I kept the order small and only ordered 8 panzerotti's and gave them 2 hrs to get the order ready. When I got the order to work, 3 out the 8 were marked wrong and and those 3 people had to eat what they didn't order for lunch.. I have brought the issue up with the store every time an order was incorrect or wrong and never once has there been a resolution to the wrong made lunches. And never once have they offered free food to replace the wrong food. Think twice before ordering from this local.

The guys working today were pretty awesome. I am not from the Oakville area or even the city, so when I came down today I had a craving for some good toppers pizza. I went into the store which was well kept and clean, I ordered my pizza. When I came back to pick my pizza up, the gentlemen both explained there was a mistake made and they didn't even question it... they just fixed the mistake and I ended up with a free personal pizza. That is great customer service, they would have thrown the mistake out so why not just see if the customer wants it aswell. Made me super happy, and my craving has been more than satisfied 😌 😊

One of the best pizza I have ever tried in my life. I would say better than pizza pizza. Yes, u heard right. When I ordered, that guy helped me to create my own pizza as per my taste. Best taste, price and quality. Would love to visit again very soon.

Just had a dinner with family, waitress are lovely, food came on time. I had a calamari for appetizer which was good, kids had margarita, a little over cooked but OK, and a seafood pizza for us which was the best part. Overall, we like the food, staff and atmosphere, I definitely suggest this place.

Awful service to say the least. We placed an order for a Medium Mediterranean chicken with no olives (I’m allergic to olives). Pizza was done in a timely manner, and asked the cashier to reconfirm no olives which she did. We get home, open the box, and there’s olives on pizza.. how disappointing. We call customer service and they offer to send another free of charge and deliver it.. The lady mentioned she would priority deliver the pizza and we requested a call be made when the driver arrives as we like in a condo building. It has now been 48 minutes and we were told 20-25 tops. We called customer service again to confirm if we’ll be getting a call and they said it hasn’t been noted to call on delivery and that there was no way for them to contact the driver. This was the second chance opportunity that we gave this place which was clearly a mistake...

For certain recipe pizzas and toppings, the pizza is actually very good. We usually order the "Montreal Steak Spice" or "Veggie" recipe when on sale Tuesdays and they're both very good. However, others are just OK even for toppings we really like. Orders are usually ready quickly too. The staff are friendly and mean well but overall operations seem somewhat disorganized - door broken for a long time, orders slightly wrong sometimes, topping coverage inconsistent from order to order, facility looking pretty bad, and not managing COVID related tasks too well (like keeping masks on, staying completely away from customers and keeping customers from grouping together).

I have only been ordering Pizza from Toppers for the last few months but each and every time they exceed expectations. What I'm most impressed with is the delivery gentlemen who came to our business this afternoon ,what a asset for your company, he is the most courteous, caring , polite delivery gentlemen I ever had. Great job Toppers for hiring great people.

I’ve ordered through Uber, but pizza was so good that I had to do review here too. Pizza was perfect, creamy tomato & garlic sauce is one of the best I’ve ever ate on pizza. It was just unbelievably good.

Toppers takes the cake for the best pizza place out of them all. The garlic butter crust has no competition and their garlic sauce, but the large bottle with your order it’s only like $6.99. Impeccable pizza but it’s does take a little long for me delivery, but that’s because it’s the best pie you can buy!

Finally a pizza place that got my delivery order 110% correct! Thank you so much, it's delicious.
