I would give a negative star review if I could. I went into the store around noon to order a slice of pizza and the owner of the store was helping us. She asked me what I wanted to order and I stated I wanted a slice of cheese pizza. She asked me to repeat my order multiple times and I repeated the same statement " 1 slice of cheese pizza". Instead of asking me to repeat in a well mannered way, she began to yell at me and my group of friends for taking time to order even though she was the one who couldn't hear me. After my friend asked her to stop yelling at us for no reason, she started commenting on her looks saying "change your lipstick then come talk to me". My elder sister contacted her to get an explanation on this disgusting behaviour, after which the owner replied it was her store and she's free to behave the way she feels. She started rambling about how she spoke and not "shouted" to bring confidence in kids speaking up, which is inappropriate. I will never step foot into this pizza place and neither will any of my contacts. It's a shame that the owner of the place is ill mannered as its location was convenient. I hope the owner takes this advice well by going to anger management classes, learning how to provide better service, and to stop yelling at other people's children. EDIT Post Owner’s Reply: Thanks for lying in the reply. I will respond to your lie one by one. Point 1: My friends and I are not obviously Muslim looking people (not wearing the hijab) and we were not ordering pork either. Instead of asking us to repeat our order since the owner couldn’t hear well, she began to yell at minors. Point 2: Once we noticed you could not hear our order, we tried talking to the other server, you replied “Hey hey, if you don’t want to order with me then leave the store”. Instead of lying saying you referred us to a different server, you told us to leave the store unless we order with you. Maybe the review will give you some perspective to not yell and comment on children since you are a grown woman. What a shame.

The team at this location couldn't be better. I just moved into the town and decided to get their pizza at noon. As soon as you walk in, it was so nice to see everyone working together and seeing everyone smiling. I would give them more than 5 stars especially after witnessing their obvious love and how they interacted with school kids. The vibe was uplifting. I would def go again. This will be my go-to go place.

We had a terrible experience at the sixth line, Oakville location. Usually we love the pizza from Double Double from the Mississauga location. At the Oakville location, the pizza was so bad that it tasted like they heated up a frozen pizza from a grocery store. The dough hasn’t risen at all and and the inside was uncooked. There was no flavour in the pizza at all. We placed the order over the phone picked up the pizza after 15 minutes. The pizza was simply awful. We haven’t had such a bad pizza in any of the restaurants, ever. We ordered the pizza at 9 pm. I wonder if the sole worker at the Oakville location doesn’t like taking late night pizza orders, if you consider 9 pm late night. If he is too lazy to make pizza after 9 pm, then maybe they shouldn’t have their place open until 11 pm. Simply terrible. My kids were disappointed and stayed hungry even after we spent the money and time on this pizza. This location is going to ruin the name for the entire Double Double chain.

I recently tried the pizza and wings from this store and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The pizza had a perfect balance of flavors with a deliciously crispy crust. The wings were flavorful, and the sauce choices added an extra kick. Both the pizza and wings were of high quality, and the overall service was excellent. I highly recommend trying their pizza and wings for a satisfying and tasty meal!

Just recently bought a large Pizza from this location, overall was not happy with it. It costed more compared to other Pizza places hence was expecting the quality to be better but the quality was terrible, topping's were rationed along with cheese. Will not be coming back..

Three times I have been overcharged by this location. Last time I was asked to pay $14 + for items that were worth $7 online. When questioned , I was given a rude response that online prices are different from location. Double the online prices doesn’t make sense. Very poor customer service and poor food quality

Staff truly excelled in their service. From the moment I placed my order and hot pizzas Delivery on-time. The flavors were rich and harmonious, the crust perfectly baked, and the toppings fresh and generous. Fresh Fries & chicken wings are amazing and Fresh . Overall experience - Double Double Pizza is MUST VISIT !!!.

Did you know the website lets you pick the 'Halal Option' but will allow you to create a meatless pizza anyway? And there's no warning about it! Plus, they've hidden the Halal options - brilliant user experience, right? (sarcasm) They even wanted me to take home my 'Halal Pineapple' pizza and pay for it, claiming it was 'my fault.' As if their app isn't to blame. I pointed out the app's flaw, but instead of acknowledging it, I got a public lecture. Not the best in handling situations. Their business skills? Not impressive. The app? Pretty terrible. Time to grab your developers and fix this mess before it happens again.

I ordered pizza when I was coming back from work. Nada who is kind person helped me to choose my order. It was more than wonderful, crunchy, and the ingredients were fresh, and the chicken tasted great with dried tomatoes, which I can't forget . I encourage you to try it and it became the first and last pizza shop for me

Very poor packing first thing first, no sauce on side that we ordered. Second thing a lady with her kids entered who I believe was the owner of the restaurant, with zero respect for her own customers who are spending in their place, didn’t hold the door and entered with a. Negative attitude, the man in the kitchen and The cash counter didn’t paid attention to the packing of the order, he forgot tissue paper and forgets to add on the Pop Can, food however is 3.5/5 they don’t give respect to their customers at all. Sorry but not sorry. Not visiting again.

Best pizza ever tasted,once I ate one from them it felt really delicious,plus it's near my house. So I whould prefer getting pizza from Double Double Pizza And Chicken because it has the tastiest pizza's and it's near my house

Price of chicken and wedges on their screen is 15.99 but somehow total becomes 20.50. With tax that should only be 18.07. I still tipped 15% on top since I'm in the service industry and I know how tough it can be now. Maybe just charge the right price going forward. Edit: I read a review where someone thought they refried old chicken. I came in there and told me it would take 20 mins to cook. Definitely did not taste like it was fresh. Kinda disappointing.

Tasteless, horrible customer service, some frozen pizzas have tasted better, not what double double use to be at all haven't had it on more then a decade when they use to be a walkers and upper middle Burlington Freshco plaza, the pizza and wedges were really good back then not now, not at all.

My favourite place to go. Great pizzas, amazing deals to combine different cravings and the friendliest staff there is! Would recommend to anyone looking to get pizza, wings, fries and even found their shawarma platters very appealing so there’s a great variety for everyone.

I ordered from skip the dish. I had checked the reviews and had to check them out. Originally I had ordered a combo and they cancelled my order and took the combo off. Which was annoying as now I had to wait longer and find something else. But I still had faith and just found something else. I ended up ordering a Greek salad and unfortunately they had put ranch or Cesar dressing all over ( if they put it on the side I would have been able to use my own) the freshness was there super crispy veggies, but the dressing was terrible. Now let’s get to the chicken. Not overly breaded or greasy. But super crunchy. The pop corn chicken was amazing too with lots of flavour. And those home made wedges are to die for. The gravy was nothing special but went good with the wedges. 8/10 based in my salad and cancellation experience. We will be coming back to try more!

I'm downgrading my original review (From a few years ago) from a five-star to a three-star. Even since the original owner sold, the pizza has still been pretty good (Not the same, but still good). This is more about the wedges in very recent times (Even for a while after the original owner left, the wedges were still consistently top-notch). It seems like some times when I eat their wedges, they're perfectly good like how I remember them as a kid. However, other times, the wedges are too dry/not fresh and the potatoes are super hard (Really have to chew them), and they don't taste quite as good. They were never like that back in the day, and Double Double has been my go to pizza place for 20 years. Staff is almost always friendly, which is one of the main reasons why I have continued to come here, but I just want the food to be consistent.

Very cheap with the ingredients, barely had any chicken in the pizza. Chicken wings were the smallest wings I have ever seen and were precooked.
