Awesome food & great service by Ms.Gagandeep who had customized our spicy needs and gave an awesome chicken fries & sandwiches. Overall great customer experience.

First time trying this place. Went in on March 26th and I was greeted with warm smiles and amazing service. The mgr and staff were super friendly. The food was super fresh as it was made and prepped on order (even their wedges were battered on order), it tasted so much better than the other fast food fried chicken places. Their meatless options look great as well, I will definitely be coming back!

Was excited to try Mary Browns for first time. Just ordered off Ubereats. Spicy Chicken 2 piece combo was dry but flavor okay. Got a wing instead of a drumstick. Maybe will try inhouse next time. edit: Tried the food again via delivery. But food is probably better when eaten fresh at the location. Taters were still crispy when delivered. Flavor is good and chicken was juicy. Miles better then popeyes.

We have both dined in and taken food for take out from this location. Every single time the food has been consistently crispy, fresh and delicious! The restaurant is impeccably clean and the staff is so kind. I’ve gone to other locations and the chicken is never as good as this one. Thankful that it’s Halal too! If you’re in Oakville and you want Fried Chicken, this is THE place to go!

I went here during lunch time with my 2 toddler boys and my wife, we ordered our food then after us came like 5-6 people who also ordered after we did, they served them all and 2 more people before serving me, when I got the food it was extremely greesy and the chi key looked like it was dropped on the floor we did find a hair in one of our pieces, the chicken was disgusting I tried to bring it up to the managers attention but she didn't pay much mind to it so I just left the food we were not about to eat that!! That was a horrible experience on the food on the customer service on health n safety ethics, after this we didn't go back nor do we plan to do so not this location atleast There was this other time I ordered via the mary brown app (horrible app btw) after I placed my order it charged my credit card 2x I called them they told me to go by the store with my card to get a refund even thou this was not my error, any ways when I went to the store the manager the tall lady looked like she was from Pakistan or India but wow she needs to switch career not helpful at all on the contrary she was extremely in helpful and rude.... Umm so ya I didn't get nothing from them till this day they still owe me. And I know u gonna say some rubbish like thanks for sharing but that don't aligned with our values lol bla blah blah email us.... Don't bother Thanks

Really helpful people there, they def make you feel welcome. The sandwich was def juicy n I loved the pickle but the big thing here for me was my girlfriend who normally can handle heat very well found the spicy chicken too spicy 🤣. So ya. I never had anything that resembled spicy when ordering spicy at a "fast food" place so I was very pleasantly surprised when it actually was here. Next time she won't be caught off guard n will love it like I did tho.

You can always judge a business in times when things don’t go as planned. A salad was missing from my order and it wasn’t noticed until I had gotten home. I called and “Ella” was apologetic and offered me to get the forgotten salad right away or next time I was in. Which was a fair solution, but just as I’m about to hang up and plan to go back in another day ella explains the manager would like to speak with me. The manager ( sorry I didn’t grab his name) so kind, apologizes for the mistake and offers to drive the salad to my house, which he did and quite quickly. I didn’t wanted to impose but he assured me no issue and would be on his way home. Well, so quickly he came to drop it off and he really took care of our patronage. Our order mattered and making sure all was well was his sincere intention. Thanks so much for going above and beyond and for treating each customer as if it’s there first and only experience. This type of care makes a lasting impression. You have this families forever loyalty, thank you again!!! You definitely stand out from the crowd!!!! True class!

Bought 3 sandwiches…1 pink, 1 had 75% of the breading missing and the exposed chicken was hard and brown, 1 had a big black thumb print on the bun! This restaurant has gone down hill…used to be the best. Now, the staff obviously don’t care about the quality of the food they serve. Never going back!

I’ve had Mary Brown for so long, I think I can give a good review. For the entire time I’ve eaten at Mary Brown’s, I’ve only had the chicken sandwich’s. Nothing else. The chicken is crispy, and a bit dry, but is good. The bun is soft, and the mayonnaise is good. The pickle is a nice touch too. The only reason why it’s not a higher review is the sizes. They are not big, so expect to eat more after if you’re eating here.

First time I have tried this place. There was only a person on the front taking orders, packing them and bringing them to the tables or people waiting for their food. The waiting time was far away more than normal. There was many people waiting for their orders. The food was average. Nothing making me come back again.

One of larger dining areas you’ll find in Peel/Halton for Mary Brown’s locations. Had the Frosty Feast promotion which is enough food to feed 4-5 people. Great service. The restaurant is very clean

Great fried chicken! I went for the Mary Brown's spicy chicken sandwich. It was one of the best I had. Good portion and taste. I did not like the fried potato wedges. I prefer regular fries.

As best as you can expect from fast food. Food is ok, I like it. The service from this location is great, and friendly. It's my favorite location.

i think this place has the best food quality and service for any fast food place i’ve been to in a long time. they had food quality checks before handoff and was nice to see the owner help out at any positions where they had to fill a void. it was great to see. food was delicious , but i think the gravy was too salty for my palate.

Really clean location. The batter here is lighter and less heavy than other Mary brown’s location, which made the food taste that much better. The staff member brought my food to my seat as I was talking to a group of friends, which was very considerate.

The gentleman on the counter is all smiles and humility. Came for the chicken, but will return for the service (Fhinnne, and chicken too ;) #halal

I recently visited this establishment, and had previously. My previous experiences were great. Food was dry and overcooked. Service recently has taken a significant nose dive in the way of neglectful. Walking in, the teens were on their phones and didn’t acknowledge me as a person until they were ready. Then a friend walked in, took my order and walked back out into the dining area only to stare at my family in an odd and very uncomfortable manner. When I spoke with The owner, he couldn’t care less about my experience. I will not be returning

The staff is super friendly and they greet you when you walk in, the lady who works the cashier is so friendly and always strikes up a conversation while you wait. Honestly way better fried chicken than KFC or Popeye's, this is my go-to place now if I'm in the mood for chicken. I cut one of the employee's hair and he's said working there is a good experience and he appreciates how much effort goes into freshness and cleanliness, which is a big factor in why I'll continue to come here. I feel a lot more motivated to choose a place when I know they treat their employees well and I appreciate knowing they take food quality seriously.

The customer service is astonishingly nice. I haven’t seen many places as nice and well managed as them. The food always comes out fresh and delicious even if it’s not eaten immediately the taste still remains. The interior of the place is nice and clean and a great place to dine. Overall my experience with them has been amazing and I am grateful that there are such nice people who make delicious food.
