Ordered SAJ family meal with mixed meat. It came with 4 wraps, large fries, pickles and 4 can of pops. Portion is great. This platter last us 2 meals. Very fresh and delicious.

We visited here for a Friday dinner. And this is one of the best place. We ordered chefs mixed grill and it came with delicious pita (chef mohammad made the pita, unbelievable yum), skewer and potatos, salad, hummus. The quantity is very good. And the food was freshly made and served. Such a positive experience!!!

We go to Chefs Door regularly for the chicken shawarma sandwich combo (fries + drink) as well as the chicken shawarma dinner plate. Both are excellent. We also order individual falafels for parties. The falafels are excellent also. The staff is friendly and takeout service is fast. Sometimes they're a little too fast and we've gotten the wrong order but in 8 years of going there and getting consistently good food, the occasional extra pickles in my shawarma isn't a big deal. Highly recommend.

Inconsistent food quality and taste and garbage service. Ordering the saj shawarma they always make me feel like they’re doing me a favor and give me a face like they don’t want to do it. They should change their staff.

Chef's Door is a shawarma franchise with several locations, but I tried the one at 3rd line and Dundas. There was ample parking, I was greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival, the food was very fresh and it was prepared very quickly, which was appreciated because I was in a rush. I ordered the chicken shawarma on fries, which is my go-to meal at shawarma joints. The fries were crinkle-cut, which was a pleasant surprise compared to competitors who typically offer straight-cut fries. The fries were golden brown and deep fried to perfection, but were akin to generic McCain's frozen fries. The chicken shawarma meat was juicy, sliced well and had a bit more black pepper than I'm used to for shawarma meat. It still was very delicious! I love garlic and hot sauce, so I ordered both on top of the delicious shawarma meat. Although the food was substantial and tasty, the garlic sauce was a bit too watery for my liking and tasted more like sour cream than an authentic garlic sauce that has garlic as the primary ingredient. The hot sauce had a nice heat level but there was more burn than flavour. For some people, this might be the best shawarma on fries that they've ever had. However, I've tried several different variations to this dish and I personally prefer a garlic sauce with more kick and a hot sauce with more flavour. Again, this is my personal preference for a stronger garlic taste and a more full-bodied hot sauce to excite my tastebuds. All that being said, Chef's Door at this location was great and the food in my books is a solid 4-stars. The falafel on the counter looked incredibly appetizing and I will likely go back to try that next time.

Bought two chicken shawarmas, they wrapped the shawarma in packaging then grill them, the problem is the foil and plastic were burnt to the shawarma leaving them inedible. Firstly a chocking hazard, secondly, not food safe material.

I really loved the food. I had a chicken shawarma with side of falafel and hummus, everything was delicious. In addition the service was great. Amazing price, incredible meals, tons of options, huge portions, quick & easy.

I went almost as they were closing. The 2 Brothers took real good care of me and made sure the food was right especially because I was grabbing a late night snack for me and my kids! I have been going there since they have opened Noone make a better Shawarma! Highly recommended!

Food is mostly good, but they get your order wrong sometimes. (toppings, sauces etc). Service can be hit or miss depending on the day and who's working. Could be great if they were more consistent.

Ordered chicken on rice/fries and a chicken wrap. Their chicken managed to somehow taste reheated even though it’s cooked right in front of you. The only flavour in the chicken was salt and it looked like it was salted twice because it was excessively salty. It also had a weird stench/taste to it similar to what reheated dark meat gets. The fries were pretty much completely bland and so was the rice. Really wanted to like it because of the location but Zesty shawarma in Oakville is a better alternative, and Alzaeem or Yaseen shawarma in Mississauga are leaps ahead for flavour. The wrap on the other hand was not as bad but just a little soggy but that was just because of the toppings. If someone has to go here, opt for the wrap instead of the plate imo

Went in and ordered 3 shwarma dinners which normally come with potatoes/fries. We didn’t want the fries and still paid the same price which is fine as we didn’t say we didn’t want the fries until after we paid. Then my daughter asked for a sauce on the side and the man had the nerve to say it’s a dollar extra. Then he saw my face and said but this time it’s ok. I left the dollar on the counter but you would think since we didn’t take the potatoes on all 3 orders that he would give her a tiny container of sauce without asking for a dollar. But guess customer service really has gone down the toilet. And honestly they really should clean the place. Pretty positive it wouldn’t pass any inspection. If I could leave no stars I would.

Went for shawerma got beef and chicken shawerma, very mediocre chicken was eatable but beef shawerma was really bad beef was very dry totally unbeatable. Place is also very poor, not recommended.

I went to this restaurant today and ordered shawarma on fries and I ask for garlic sauce and not hot sauce. After I said that he ignored what I said and put it on anyways. When I said that I didn’t want hot sauce he again ignored what I said and just put more garlic sauce on. The food here is good but the employees are disappointing
