The order was processed promptly and the customer service was good. Overall the place looked neat and had good vibes to eat in. Only wish the regular burrito quantity is a bit bigger or more filling with rice. Will visit again and try the bowl and tacos next time.

I ordered a burrito for the first time and when I arrived to pick it up, they informed me that I had included some sauces in my order that were not vegan. Although they prepared the order, they prepared burritos again after realising I would not eat it and my money would be wasted because the ingredients were not vegan. I know they lost money, but they did everything they could to make the customer experience pleasant. It was a fantastic experience, and kudos to the team for taking customer service to new heights. Thank you very much.

The food quality as well as the quantity is also not up to the franchise standard. The staff was also a bit rude; I do under that it was the rush hour at Saturday evening but still they could be polite. I hope they improve soon. But I would never visit here again.

Have been customers for years and always ask for slightly more cheese for my kid- not trying to take advantage but just have a small trick to entertain my kid. The reps have been always kind to accommodate this ask- put many scoop with less cheese each time and we have been a loyal customer too. Today the rep refused to accommodate and says there is an additional charge 1.37 for each scoop of cheese. Sure, we respect your rules. And we will stop being your customers too.

Super friendly service. Location was very clean and following all safety procedures for Covid. Got a large burrito bowl with beef and pork. Plenty of meat and veggies, guy making it was great and name each item as he was adding them. In and out in a few minutes. Definitely going back.

Went to Quesada in Oakville a few weeks ago for the first time as it’s conveniently located near my work and can get a half hour lunch in there easily, have been back around 6 or 7 times since as the burritos are delicious and the staff is very friendly and make a great meal every time. Have definitely found my new go to burrito joint.

The food here is great! We loved the quesadilla with chicken and the beef birria tacos are delicious! Highly recommended checking this spot out! Staff is also very nice at this location! Also recommend downloading the app for takeout and delivery orders

I have eaten in so many Mexican restaurants in the US. I was traveling to Canada and my friend suggested I try this restaurant. This restaurant has really good taste in food. We ordered a burrito and bawl Both of these taste was amazing. The staff was polite and I asked to add more sauce to my burrito they were happy to add more and gave me suggestions on what should i try. Really great experience!!!

This location is always clean and bright. Food is always fresh. Most importantly, the staff are all great, always smiling and welcoming which is why I always drive the extra mins to come to this location.

I ordered through Uber eats. I ordered at 11:40 AM on a Friday, so I thought I'd be skipping the lunch rush. It was supposed to take between 25 to 35min. It took 1h. The burrito arrived cold, the cheese was not even melted. Fillings were not well distributed, most chicken was in the middle and bottom, and the first bites were basically lettuce and Sour cream. Pricing is also misleading, the price shown at the main page is for a veggie burrito, so any protein will increase the price. Didn't like the food nor the experience. Won't be ordering again.

I must say I am quite a big fan of the Quesada chain, and I appreciate the franchise's prompt order processing and quality food preparation. Keep up the great work, team! Two thumbs up! Great service and awesome churros and fish tacos. My wife and I were on our way home when we decided to stop by for some tacos at this location. The man (bearded guy) who helped us was so helpful and friendly that the whole experience made me want to leave a review for the first time in my life on Google. I'm so impressed and appreciative of his professionalism—give this guy a promotion or a raise please. The service was a great way to end my family's night. Fish tacos and churros were made fresh as well. I actually messed up my order but the man was kind enough to fix it quickly and with a positive vibe. Highly recommended! We'll be back in this location for sure.

Ordered spicy chicken regular size - special of the day for around $8 including tax . Food was evenly balanced, taste was good and consistent. Customer service - server was very friendly and professional. I’d come here again.

Ordered food (two large grilled chicken burritos) via Uber. We were eating our burritos and noticed the chicken felt very squishy and almost watery. Upon further inspection we saw the chicken and based from our experience it looked to be frozen chicken - so they bought chicken from frozen (which is cheaper than fresh chicken breast) and cooked this poor quality meat. We used to be big fans of Quesada but not anymore if they are willing to cut corners and provide low quality meats to cut costs and expect customers to pay full price.

Had an extremely pleasant experience at Quesada just a few minutes ago. A lovely man with a beard greeted me with a smile, and he gave me a great recommendation. I enjoyed my burrito so much, and his customer service was top tier. Great guy, great burrito, great service. 5 stars no doubt.

Got veggie bowl .. but unfortunately the rice and beans are kinda hard seems like not properly cooked.. very hard to chew.. spent $13 but seems i waste my money.. as i just eat few vegetables.

Not sure what is happening, $11 for a ‘large’ chicken burrito that your 5 year old could finish easily. What is up with the portions? Love the taste!

It’s look small from outside but vary spacious from inside. Very neat and clean. A lot of space for parking. Foods are so delicious and super fast service. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The food is quite promising in terms of quality and freshness. Especially I loved the burrito. The owner and team are humble and friendly. Had a nice experience and surely will visit again.

Almost a foodie divine experience. 10/10 for food 10/10 for quick and quiet service 10/10 for a lovely experience. The servings were huge. At other places the accompaniments get finished halfway through. Not here. The chutneys were ample and delicious. Thanks so much.
