They took our orders well, but when I asked that they attend to us wearing their face masks. They replied in unison, ‘we don’t wear masks again.’ I wonder why this is so, seeing that they are food workers, and one of their safety call must be to protect their customers from any airborne infections by wearing a face mask when they want to serve their customers. It may not be the employees’ fault, which is why I think food managers need to educate/ re-educate themselves and their staff on why they must protect themselves and their customers in this age where airborne infections keep multiplying as they go.

I will say a combination of malted cream and raspberry cream with waffle is an absolute divine combination. I will recommend you try it.

A wide variety of cakes and ice cream to pick from which makes it interesting to go there. Can get really busy at times but the time is worth it. Serene environment. Good customer service too. Affordable rates.

Visiting Nigeria so I decide to meet my friends at the over hyped resturant, I was really impressed by the neatness, the environment was very relaxing, the ice cream was lovely, although it was over priced. The customer service needs improvement, it was almost like buying something on the street and the seller insulting you because you don't want to buy additional item, the attendant was almost bullying me to add topins and flakes, because I asked for plain ice cream , when I was leaving, the attendant shouted with a loud voice " next time you must add toppings o, don't just buy plain ice cream" ....., trying to embarrass me in front of everyone like I can't afford toppings. Some Nigerians can be very rude

I love the fact that it has an outdoor area where you can sit in addition to the internal spot. It usually get filled up if you go on a weekend, public holidays or peak periods. If you are confused on which flavor to pick, just go for the founders favorite, with some toppings like caramel

This place is the absolute worst. Rude staff make it impossible to keep coming here. If they’re not getting the order wrong they’re letting people skip you, or mumbling amongst themselves about you. Nigerian cold stone locations in general give the franchise a bad name but this particular location is the worst.

Costumer service was horrible!!.. the people doing my ice-cream where so rude and the ice-cream tasted so bad and sour, it tasted spoilt and security man was holding my car door for no reason.. this is absolutely terrible and horrible!.. I would never recommend this place to anyone because you guys have really dropped your ice-cream standards!!.. I’m not exaggerating the ice-cream tasted like raw egg.. Coldstone work harder on your ice-cream and customer service, they are both really horrible.
