This is a 4 star property in Frankfurt. The hotel is superb in every aspect. From the amenities to the breakfast buffet which is quite good. I stayed here for a night. The staff is helpful and gentle. The rooms are quite spacious. When I arrived they were transitioning from the winter months to spring so the air conditioning was not yet set up. However on opening my room window the room cooled naturally.

Especially for those who are coming from India on Group tours, take a note of the facilities here. Well maintained and spacious hotel. We had a twin bed room and it was good size with all usual amenities in hotels like dryer, fridge, kettle, TV, many charging points, better space communication system etc. Breakfast was Continental, with eggs, bread, butter jam and fruits, croissants and tea/coffee/milk etc The air is very clean and hence feel fresh around this area, as the hotel is in countryside. Not many shops around for you to do any shopping.

A great hotel with excellent service,the staff (such as Kristina at the lobby) are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has nice and cosy clean rooms.

Pur experience was bad. We were underinformared. Receptionist set us up to pay 22€/ person for rhe breakfest as it was for 15 from the start and then also we needed to pay extra for our friend from German who visited us. Very bad customer service

The hotel and facilities are ok. I spent one night there (29th Nov 2023) because my flight was canceled and the airline book this hotel for me. Unfortunately, I left 33 euros on the table inside the room and I am in shock they don't want to transfer MY MONEY to me by a simple back transfer to my account in The Netherlands. The answer of the Manager (Farina) is far from helpful. I do not understand why it is soooo complicated to help me out on this matter? The way they behave is not something I would expect from a Hotel of this level. This was the last message "In Germany, companies cannot simply transfer money to another account - that's not possible!" ... What's wrong with this service? I am in shock with their poor solution-oriented mindset ... Couldn't you send me the money by a simple transfer from anyone in your team who has a bank account and they keep the cash? So what are you going to do with that money I left?

Very nice hotel, polite staff, excellent breakfast, I can only recommend.

The hotel is clean and breakfast is good. I stayed there several times - sometimes the fridge is broken, or AC didnt work properly, i reported but they always said that they have no technicians atm and will check the next days..but ofcourse no one is checking or fixing! They dont refill the mineral water, or soap ,etc. The service of some employees really bad especially Carolin in receptionist - so unprofessional , unmotivated and rude whenever people ask questions. Alex from the restaurant - shouting to his teams and unfriendly. Also the cleaning service team in my check out day - just enter my room several times between 10:30-11:30 and asked me to leave asap as am the only room left that they havent cleaned - WELL IT IS NOT EVEN checkout time yetttt!!!! Its not my problem…and I even have the Do Not disturb sign hanging in my door!!!

We used to visit 3 years ago and the rooms were in better condition back then. The rooms are not bad, but the bathroom had a funny smell and the toilet had a dark water stain around the water level. Considering the prices have gone up considerably, it is a shame that the quality has taken a dip. However, the staff is super friendly and we got a free room upgrade by arrival. The breakfast is also good with a lot of choice.

Room was average, breakfast was good, the staff seemed a bit rude and made faces when we were having breakfast. As a brown Asian who has traveled vastly seeing people make faces at you was a huge disappointment. I understand if they had to interact with me by talking in English it would have made sense, but making faces and, talking and laughing with my mere presence was so off putting. Very disappointing and saddening to see this

The hotel has a last minute offer on its website, where you can find a room very cheaply. Clean, quiet, good food.

Room was clean and decent. Dinner was not good and staff (bar manager?) seemed to prefer to have us gone. Breakfast was ok. There was a wedding with loud music till 2am, we were also not informered that due to the wedding it was not possible to have dinner in the restaurant. Not enjoyed our stay here!

Wonderful place for stay, nice food & good ambience.

I stayed overnight at The Rilano Hotel Frankfurt and the place is lovely and I loved it. The breakfast was good. Only drawback is that Indian customers are not treated on par with other Europeans or Americans.

Nice modern and good looking Hotel. Bed and rooms are comfy. Good WiFi. Breakfast is delicious with crispy bacon and a good variety of bread and buns. Hotel crew is nice and helpful.

Nice specious rooms and good breakfast

Even though hotel was listed as 4 star quality it felt more like a 2 or 3 star hotel. The lobby was very nice an modern but in the room the a.c. was defective made it hotter in the room instead of cooler. Toilet was broken . Was then moved to a second room where atleast the a.c. worked but toilet was still sorta broken and also dirty. There was also a big stain on one of the blankets. The people where at least friendly. The breakfast was decent. Was confusing with the booking arrangment as tjey went sire what to do with out reservations an no one though to look. Missed dinner reservation by hour an a half becaise no one told us when the reservation was automatically made. All in all it say the room cleaning crew was more suited for a 2 or 3 star hotel. Instead of a 4. But first and 2nd impressions of the rooms left alot to be desired from a 4 star hotel. Lobby an location was great. Beautiful view great area and a lot of nice things close by.

No one checks the equipment which is given to you. Iron I've got, was so dirty in an ironing surface, so it destroyed my shirt, leaving some unremovable stains on my shirt. When I reported it, there was no reaction. It does not match for me with the 4-star hotel. Situation from 12.05.2022.

Nice and extremely friendly staff in start up position. Especially bar manager is an asset to come back. Will do. Today went for brunch again. Great selection of dishes! Alone the desert area is huge. Stuff as always so attentive and helpful. Love this well educated people! 💕
