19:10頃 初訪問。
〈バカボンドZ〉¥980
待つこと22分で着丼。
お客さんもそこそこ入っていたのか、中々時間が掛かった。
口が狭くて深さがある丼。
ラードが表面にかなり多く浮かんでいて脂が凄そうなビジュアル。
メニュー表には「にんにく・太麺」と書かれていたので、二郎系かな…?と思って頼んでみたが、全くそんな事はないので、二郎系食べたい方はご注意。
まずはスープから。
油がスープの上に浮かんでいるので、超こってりかな?と思ったが意外とそこまでコッテリではなかった。豚骨で取られた超濃厚スープが美味しい。スープには大量のホクホクニンニクが居て、スープにも味を出してる。
とにかくニンニクの存在感がすごい!
麺は穂刈製麺に特注しているそうで、香りがブワッと来る美味しい麺。
ちょっと柔らかすぎるかなという印象。
この麺はつけ麺でも美味しいと思う。
麺量は100gとかそれくらいなのかなー?
結構少なく感じた。。。
極太麺と記載だが、"極"ではないくらいの太麺。極太麺という表記だと二郎系くらい太いのかな?と想像してしまった。
チャーシューは豚バラでトロトロになるくらい煮込まれた柔らかくて、かなり美味しかった。
これでチャーシュー丼とかかなり美味しいんじゃないかと。
メンマやネギ、海苔も入っていた。
総じて美味しかったので、次訪問できれば違うメニューも試してみたい。
二郎まぜそば なるものもあったので、気になる。
paypayやaupayなど決済も整備されていてgood!
ポテンシャルがすごいあると感じたので今後にも期待。
