    One of the worst experience i don’t recommend this hotel at all, i stayed there for 5 nights and allowed the house keeper to clean the room once, i made sure everything was secured in my bag except for my perfume which i left in the vanity table, i came back to the room only to realize my 500 dollar worth of dior perfumes set were stolen, when i reported the incident they were not cooperative and they told me that there is no way it was stolen when i am sure it was. Never booking again with them not worth the money and i have no idea how they got the 5 star hotel. Very bad experience.

    No privacy at all! They enter the room while we’re sleeping many times we didnt even put the sign for cleaning , also during day time they enter the room without asking! While check out no help at all, they ignored us many times. Location is good, privacy is zero

    Highly recommend very good staff and very friendly But one of the things I don't like the room service They enter the room without knocking I hope they can teach there staff to tell them to knock the doors before the Enter the room The rooms are good, but the bathroom doesn't come with Bidets (شطاف) In general, I liked my stay

    air conditioning could use some cleaning and servicing, air in our room was extremely dry and we couldn't regulate the temperature. Overall hotel was nice but not the same standard as intercontinental in Hyde Park London or New York. A bit tried and old fashioned.

    Hotel is just 10 min. away by walk from the red square. Breakfast good enough. Rooms are very comfortable and all details provided for clients. SPA wellness amazing i try sauna and fitness center they were very well designed and clean. P.S. Body lotions with jasmin smell is fantastic 💕

    This was my second stay in this hotel and just like the 1st time in 2014, the experience was superb. Very helpful staff at the front desk and at the restaurant. I had to checkout at 2:30AM and they happily arranged a breakfast for me at that hour.The room was very well equipped and everything was in working order. Inclusion of a power adapter was very thoughtful. The room had my preferred down pillows, even though I did not ask for them. Welcome cookies were a lovely touch. The hotel is new, so everything is fresh. Oh and the silence was almost deafening, so quiet the room was. The in-room service was very elegant and super tasty. Best in class hotel, hands down.     Dear Intercontinental Management I am writing this to comfort my conscience to the beyond extra mile of the distinguished service I received from the unknown soldier to you but to me I know him during my stay. And I am still here for another 3 days. The concierge respective gentleman “Alexander” Thank you from my bottom of my heart for your caring to the details not only inside the hotel and outside. Thank you for making the impossible, possible I know it took you soo much to handle my requests and advice me to enjoy the beautiful Moscow you have made the city to me an important destination and the hotel by its service more than its name. You are one of the reasons the people will always love to come back to the hotel. I hope from the management to set an example of Alexander he masters the customers service he is an embassedor of worshiping his job to the details. I wish him all the luck and I wish to hear a happy news to him from the management he deserves Regards Suhail

    The rooms are very cold, the ac is blowing cold and the maximum temperature you can raise is 26 but still blows cold. I have asked multiple times the reception to provide the heater, but they don't have any available left. Rooms are old, some furniture needs serious repairs, the shower is teared apart. Breakfast is average, when you ask staff to bring you cappuccino with lactose free milk they bring you cappuccino with normal milk and on a side a lactose free milk LOL. You pay the price for a five star hotel but you only get a three star hotel service and facility.

    مافي شطاف . Very good stuff and helpful specially Adelia. The location is far 15 minutes from red square. Room is normal. I thought I am going to have free breakfast beside room upgrade from delox to superior as I am member of IHG . Because the deluxe and superior room are same . Toilet inside the room covered with fog glass ( you don’t have privacy) be careful. No toilet curtain. Coffee machine hidden inside cabin .

    The best thing about the hotel is the location, its in downtown with walking distance to the main attractions. The down side is that its old, rooms got ugly views and toilets are small. The whole property need to be maintained. If you are looking for a cheap accommodation than its fine but if you look for luxury its not the place. One last thing, the staff are not professional and need to be trained to be nice :)

    Everything was perfect but on top of it, Anastasia at the reception was a sweetheart in assisting me all the time and Alexander was the best in advising and booking all the needed tours!

    Great hotel with wonderful staff and a nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are well appointed and reasonably priced. Only a 10 minute walk to the Kremlin.

    The five star i will give it specially to the reception lady Dinara, she was very helpful and supportive, she has an excellent communication skills and know exactly how to treat the guests very well, some how she convinced us as a family to extend our stay in the same hotel. The hotel location was perfect and very convenient and walking distance to all attractions in moscow

    The location was perfect (very close to the Red Square and with very nice restaurants around). Very quiet, clean and the room was great. Fantastic staff! very attentive. I´ll definitely come again.

    The hotels location is very great, close to metro stations, and opposite hotels on the other street, many restaurants and cafes. Check-in was very fast and the staff were helpful. I thank Mrs. Dinara for everything , She made us love the hotel)

    ‏The receptionists have no respect for the guests and are not tactful. We had a misunderstanding about smoking in the room. We did not know that it was forbidden. The day before, a person came to the room and he smell incense in the corridor. He informed us that it was forbidden and said, “I want to inspect the room.” We accepted that and he watched. Incense in the bathroom and he told us that it was forbidden, and after that we did not light the incense and did not smoke in the room. Yes, we accepted that, because we were smoking in the room. We were wrong and we accepted that, but the employee was talking about the law and that this is the law of Russia in a brutal way. I want to know how a person talks about the law with nervousness. The law is the correct path and you must follow it in a correct manner, but the receptionists did not follow this method and said that we must pay $250. We informed them that we would be traveling in a few hours and they did not reach an understanding with us until we put an amount in dirhams in order to enter the room according to In my opinion, no matter how classy the hotel is and how good and clean the room is, the bad behavior of one of the employees reflects everything

    Very bad experience and the staff is unfriendly and They do not have a respectful style of speaking and dealing, especially the one called (Alina and her friend at the same shift). Her style is very rude, and the hotel fined us an imaginary fine for something we had no knowledge of, Guests must have respect, and you must teach your employees must respect People, especially tourists 👍🏻👍🏻
