Was a good day trip with my girls. My daughter love the freedom of just running free. This park is fully fenced and right on the main road. Patrons of the park have access to benches and gazebo. You can bring you food and have a picnic that's what I did.

Turtle park is an amazingly beautiful and quiet place. Good for picnic and school excursions. Love the beautiful fishes and the shrubs. Garden and the ground is very well kept. ❤❤❤❤❤

Calm place in the middle of Ocho Rios. Fun park for kids. Where are the bathrooms? I suspect they are there, but we couldn't find them. It would be nice if there were more trash cans. Despite those challenges, the park is a calming respite in the middle of the busy town.

This is a beautiful nature park where you can take your family to relax and have a picnic and take some beautiful photos. My son was a bit disappointed because there was no pool or falls as we saw in the photos, basically nowhere to swim. There is no restaurant or gift shops. Just a little snack shop. We only saw one turtle in the pond and there is no bird sanctuary. My son was not too happy about that either. There is nothing exciting here. It's really just a nature park with mainly beautiful fishes swimming around in the ponds. If you are looking for somewhere fun to take your kids, go elsewhere.

I've been here quite a few times. There was always something entertaining going on. The park lit up beautifully in the night. The kids were in awe.

A great place to just hang out with your kids. Clean lawn! I also say a birthday party while I was there so I guess they offer rental of the park for special events. Great place too to take photos. Alot of space for the kids to play and have fun. Walk with a blanket thou if you plan on laying on the lawn.

The ambiance is nice and peaceful. Free park. However, if you are parking inside, there is a fee of 100 per hour, which is very reasonable. The park is safe and relaxing with bathroom facilities. These bathroom facilities are a bit limited, but quite fine. Perfect place for a picnic or just a nice stroll. Ice cream is sold on compound and other refreshments. It is a very lovely park.

I loved it there, from the scenery when driving in, the pool, the different falls, the nature trail, the aviary (we got to feed the birds) it was beautiful. The changing rooms need to be renovated as some doors couldn't close and there were no lights in some. Other that that issue the place was pretty cool.

It's a nice spacious place for family activities or just to take a stroll through. There's some Marine life in the center for a calming experience just to watch and appreciate. This time of year the park is lit up for the holidays and its quite lovely. Celebrating 15 years of these festivities the Saint Ann higher ups came out to express their gratitude for the ones who helped these festivities and the Ocho Rios community at large.

I loved the park as it's a little calm getaway in the middle of a busy town and it's very serene and lush. My only dismay is that the water fountain in the middle doesn't work. Otherwise lovely venue. The fish and turtle ponds are the main staple of this par and I loved seeing the turtles surface for air and I tried to snap a few. The water is a bit murky so you have took really good to see them. I enjoyed it.

🐢 Going to Turtle River Park was a good break from the hustle and bustle around us. We loved watching the fish🐠splash around in the different ponds and seeing their beautiful colors. We of course saw the turtles relaxing, floating around mingling with the fish also. Very enjoyable experience. The trees and flowers were well groomed but if they would only power-wash the sidewalks the area would look more pristine. However, perhaps 🤔 they intentionally left them untouched for a purpose. All in all, it was a breath of fresh air and I’m grateful that I didn’t miss this adventure.

Took a nice stroll through the park as the beach was closed due to the high seas and stumbled upon Markie Mark. A true gem of a person

For a park that's open to the public some of the rules makes no sense. You are not allowed to be on the grass but school children can loiter in the park for hours in their uniform? Who owns a recreational park then have security walking around like programmed robots tell people "you can't be on the grass". Its always "you can't do this, you can't do that"

It was amazing, friendly staff, entertainment was good also. There is a small fee for admission but you will definitely enjoy. You can visit with friends or your family. There is space for you to play games example dominoes or cards or even ball games. You can bring your own food or purchase. If you want to link up and have a good time this is the place to be.

Very picturesque. Nice for a photo shoot or just a stroll. I see persons sitting and eating. Children in swings. Good spot for a picnic or just to relax. Oasis in the middle of a bustling town!

Cute little public park with turtle pond and snack kiosk. Entire budget seems to have been spent on the flashy entrance, gates and security with ticket lady seeming to discourage us from bothering to enter!?!? Strangest welcome ever but lovely relaxing oasis.

The natural look and feel of the place allows you to enjoy nature at its fullest. There is somewhat of a stream that flows through the park that you can hear when you sit under certain gazebos. This helps one to relax and just be one with nature. The flowers are beautiful. Rides and views are good too.

I only went here once and that was enough for me. The roads at the time were very bad, I had no service in my phone for a good 1/2hr. If the residence like it there good for them. A lot of the area had overgrown bushes. And I was afraid going there alone until I found the house that I was going and the people there was nice.

The perfect spot for any occasion! You will be right in the middle of Ocho Rios without being disturbed too much by passing traffic. The grounds are well-kept and there are ample seating spots. The security guard who I met on the day of my visit was very courteous.

Although the swing and other equipment's were out of use as per the Covie-19 pandemic restrictions. the place was quiet clean and relaxing for the kids to watch the fish and the water animals they then get some ice-cream, park was clean not crowded but needs some more activities but was adequate for the evening's walk with the kids.

The grounds were well kept as they usually are and the atmosphere was great however I tried to use the bathroom and was informed that the park was closed and the bathrooms were being cleaned for tomorrow. I couldn't understand this. If the park was closed why were so many of us there. She allowed me to use the bathroom after much debate and explanation. This was quite unpleasant for me.

Nice green lush vegetation cool and serene. However seats are lacking and too much hot spot (not enough shade to cover from rain)... Security officer was nice at the entrance.

I used to go there often about 3 to 4 years ago. I was shocked to see that all the playground has been taken away , and especially that the turtles are gone! It is a shame, there is barely any decent play area in Ocho Rios and this was in the past a favorite of my 1st child.

Visited June 2022 because there was supposed to be a child’s playground. Once there, discovered those items had been removed due to Covid, which was very disappointing to my son and to us frankly because that was the only reason we trekked there in the hot sun. Otherwise, a cute free park if you are walking in. If you park a vehicle, there is a fee which is listed on the the entrance sign.

It is a nice quiet place to stop and take a breather whether to take your food to sit and have a picnic, listen to some music while you people watch or to sit and talk.... My only thing is that the Koi pond is in dire need of some love, it was always exciting for me as a kid and even as an adult to see the fishes and turtles.... Lastly, they removed the play area for the kids so that's a bummer but otherwise, it is a good chill spot....
