My
cable
box
haven't
been
working
for
the
past
2
months
and
I
have
been
texting
which
no
one
answers
after
they
realize
your
not
on
line
30
minutes
to
1
hour.
I
went
into
the
office
to
get
a
remote
after
they
sent
someone
to
change
the
box
and
was
told
that
I
needed
to
purchase
a
remote
but
there
is
none
in
stock.
They
did
not
change
remote.
So
it's
been
an
extra
month
not
able
to
even
turn
on
the
tv.
I
went
back
to
the
office
on
Friday
October
21
2022
and
was
told
that
they
can't
assist
me
because
I
am
not
the
one
on
the
account
and
the
account
holder
can
either
send
a
letter
with
credentials
signed
by
a
Justice
of
the
peace
or
do
all
the
process
via
what's
app.
I
asked
account
holder
to
do
all
the
process
and
he
tried
to
do
it
via
WhatsApp
but
no
one
answered
to
him.
took
in
the
box
today
October
24th
and
wanted
to
change
the
internet
plan
I
have
at
home.
But
was
not
able
to
do
so.
they
told
me
I
cannot
take
in
the
box
nor
can
I
change
the
plan
because
it's
not
in
my
name..
I
had
the
account
holder
on
speaker
on
a
call
to
speak
with
the
representative
however
she
stated
"we
don't
speak
to
customers
over
the
phone"
and
they
not
doing
any
business
with
me.
However
I
am
the
one
that
pays
the
internet
bill,
which
they
gladly
accept
my
money.
I
asked
if
I
could
open
an
additional
package
which
I
can
pay
for
what
I
need
and
was
told
that
once
there
is
an
active
line
at
the
premise
there
can't
be
another.
So
I
asked
if
I
don't
pay
the
bill
how
long
before
it
is
disconnected.
So
I
was
told
that
3
months
it
would
be
disconnected
with
an
additional
3
months
charge
even
without
using.
So
in
my
opinion
this
is
abuse
to
customers.
-I
am
been
billed
monthly
for
a
defective
cable
box
and
remote
-
A
telephone
line
that
we
do
not
use
because
the
company
did
not
offer
a
telephone
so
we
don't
use
it
.
But
been
charged
even
though
we
ask
for
the
telephone
line
to
be
removed.
-
A
internet
service
that
is
not
constant
maybe
out
of
a
24
hour
day
we
receive
11
hours
of
operating
internet.
-
And
lastly
the
black
coaxial
cable
that
connects
the
Cable
box
.
All
I
wanted
to
do
was
change
the
package
to
something
more
fesiable
more
in
line
with
what
I
need
and
not
what
the
company
thinks
I
want.
But
because
of
greed
and
want
for
the
customer
to
pay
more
they
fail
to
serve
the
customer
and
forcing
the
customer
to
accept
and
to
pay
for
something
that
is
not
working.
Overall
very
poor
customer
service.
All
need
a
course
in
customer
service
to
better
the
company.
