    This company is by far the worst company ever I have been calling chatting and visiting the office from Thurs just to get a new modem and the only thing I get is run around 24-48 hrs 3-5 days and no resolution. They do not care about their customers. The only thing that they care about is money. Quick to disconnect your service when your bill is not paid but it takes forever to get a technical issue sorted out. I wish it gave the option to leave no star.

    The OUR should launch an immediate investigation into this company. The service the company provides has left me to wonder how it still has a licence too operate in my country. Those robots they call Customer Service Agents are only paid to apologize for the poor service their employer provides to their thousands of customers."I apologize on behalf of flow and I will try to solve your problem, Miss Brenda". I have been hearing that refrain for four years now. ONLY IN JAMAICA.

    My cable box haven't been working for the past 2 months and I have been texting which no one answers after they realize your not on line 30 minutes to 1 hour. I went into the office to get a remote after they sent someone to change the box and was told that I needed to purchase a remote but there is none in stock. They did not change remote. So it's been an extra month not able to even turn on the tv. I went back to the office on Friday October 21 2022 and was told that they can't assist me because I am not the one on the account and the account holder can either send a letter with credentials signed by a Justice of the peace or do all the process via what's app. I asked account holder to do all the process and he tried to do it via WhatsApp but no one answered to him. took in the box today October 24th and wanted to change the internet plan I have at home. But was not able to do so. they told me I cannot take in the box nor can I change the plan because it's not in my name.. I had the account holder on speaker on a call to speak with the representative however she stated "we don't speak to customers over the phone" and they not doing any business with me. However I am the one that pays the internet bill, which they gladly accept my money. I asked if I could open an additional package which I can pay for what I need and was told that once there is an active line at the premise there can't be another. So I asked if I don't pay the bill how long before it is disconnected. So I was told that 3 months it would be disconnected with an additional 3 months charge even without using. So in my opinion this is abuse to customers. -I am been billed monthly for a defective cable box and remote - A telephone line that we do not use because the company did not offer a telephone so we don't use it . But been charged even though we ask for the telephone line to be removed. - A internet service that is not constant maybe out of a 24 hour day we receive 11 hours of operating internet. - And lastly the black coaxial cable that connects the Cable box . All I wanted to do was change the package to something more fesiable more in line with what I need and not what the company thinks I want. But because of greed and want for the customer to pay more they fail to serve the customer and forcing the customer to accept and to pay for something that is not working. Overall very poor customer service. All need a course in customer service to better the company.

    Just leaving the store was in need of a supervisor none on duty most of the staff av an I don’t care attitude . I waited 4 hours to hear that d supervisor is not back yet an they can’t assist me

    Not served because the worker at 10am was tired already. The boss has to step in to serve us. RACIST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT SERVED BECAUSE IM WHITE. THE WOMAN WAS LOOKING AT US WITH DISGUST SAYING SHE DONT UNDERSTAND MY PERFECT ENGLISH. MAYBE SHE SHOULD LEARN TO TALK WITH NORMAL PEOPLE INSTEAD OF THE ANIMALS SHE IS USED TO TALK AT HOME. DISGUSTING!! I have 5 accounts with 2 villa from FLOW. AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS THE WORSE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. NOT EVEN IN AFGHANISTAN

    Due to the Covid protocols, the waiting time was really long on the outside in the hot sun... about 3 hrs! Once inside, it went smoothly and the rep was pleasant. Please note that before joining the long line, it's best to speak with the security at the door...he will say whether to join the line or not

    Checking in is done with a kiosk and allows one to leave to do other things. The availability of information is a bit tedious. Otherwise ok service.
