Great location. We had an appointment and we were let in immediately! Waiting room crowded with walk-ins, so I highly recommend an appointment. My child loved our tech, I guess Ageba (sorry if I spelled your name wrong), who was very polite and fun. Also, we were having a hard time with the self serve totem, but a nice lady helped us. Much better than expected! Much better, on time, and cleaner than the Maguire location.

This was my first time visiting this particular Quest location, and my experience was very positive. Self check-in was easy and quick at the kiosk. I was called back a few minutes before my appointment time and was done with the blood work in about 10 minutes. My results came back within 2 days.

Given what I see as far as other reviews my experience seems to be atypical. Maybe it was the technician, Ageba, who was very nice and very professional. Maybe it was the fact that I had scheduled an appointment and arrived slightly early. Whatever it was, the process was smooth, the people were very nice, and I'd certainly go back. I think having the appointment is critical - along with bringing your documentation and identification and having them available at the check-in. The appointment was easy to make online with minimal information.

Abby was fantastic. I was in for blood work which was a quick in and out process with my appointment. I maybe spent a total of 10 minutes there from the time of arrival, checkin, verified basic information, drawing of blood and back out the door. Great work 👏

I've gone for labs twice this year, and both women I've dealt with were very polite, professional, and quick. I've had appointments both times and was called within minutes of my appointment time. Waiting room a little small but overall. Nice place.

I had an 11am appointment. I got there exactly at 11am- checked in on the kiosk. The kiosks were easy to use, I input my license and insurance and was done. A few minutes later I was called in and the staff was nice and efficient. I was completely done and back in my car by 11:28. It was quick, easy and the location was clean. Very very satisfied and will return here for any future labs I need!

My doctor ordered labs for me today. I left work to get them completed. I pulled up to Quest Diagnostics at about 2:50 with two other guest. As we were arriving, a representative from the inside locked the door and closed the windows. We stood outside until about 2:57pm when we then saw an employee open the back door. When asked what time they closed she answered “We’re closed”. I then asked AGAIN… what time do you close? She replied again.. “We’re closed” which in my opinion is very rude because my question was a direct question. I replied to her stating my question was.. “What time do you close”. She replied we close at 3:00pm but lock our doors at 2:50pm. This is VERY VERY unprofessional which I guess explains the 2.5 stars they’re rated on Google. Perhaps when patients call, they should let them know they close at 2:50 and not 3:00pm.

They are the absolute worst place to go for lab work. They simply don't care. I walked out after 3 hours. I found a doctor that has an in-house lab. I will never go back again. Also called my insurance company to let them know how horrible this lab is.
