I cannot say enough good about the staff here. The hotel itself was clean and in great shape. But the staff were amazing. I escaped here after being assaulted in my home. I arrived early morning before normal check-in/check-out hours. The overnight desk manager let me check in early and was so friendly and accommodating allowing me to have my name protected and not allow anyone to contact me without going through them first. They went above and beyond getting me anything I needed. Even when I needed a pick-me-up ice cream snack after spending hours in the emergency room. I felt so safe and protected there even before the police were guarding the property. My dad came without them knowing and they wouldn't let him past the desk or give my info out at all until they spoke to me even though he told them he was my dad. They called and checked on me throughout the day and asked if I needed anything to eat or anything at all. I honestly turned down the assault victim facility the OPD offered because I felt safer and more comfortable here. Needless to say, they all deserve praise and thanks for taking such great care of me. Not that I hope anyone else needs to escape as a victim, but they just treated me like family. I couldn't have asked for a better place. I wasn't sure what to expect as I was just trying to find a place that would allow my dog to be with me.

It was a very delightful stay from the moment we walked in all staff was amazing. They definitely provided a caring and clean atmosphere! It was comforting in our time of grief. Our family will definitely be booking again!!

Ok place to stay. Rooms have kitchen for long stays or if you prefer to cook. It has a small gym which is a plus, but some gym machines are not working and the laundry is in the same gym space so its a little anoying while you exercise.

During my stay I was very comfortable and clean. Miss Gema, the front desk agent, made sure we were well taken care of for all suite necessaties. Our many thanks to your kind business, we look forward to all future stays! 🙂

If you’ve had a bad experience it’s on you sorry not sorry, this place is pretty good in all honesty.The tall white night shift employee just needs better people skills.

Roomy, comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. Love having a stove and actual refrigerator plus a separate bedroom.
