Cervejaria familiar com bom ambiente com grandes petiscos variados, com o mariscos em destaque ao fim de semana, bem como outros petiscos de grande qualidade e não esquecer a feijoada e/ou chanfana de javali (top), para finalizar uma imperial do melhor e um boa mini sempre fresquinha. um abraço ao amigo Ricardo

We live a few minutes from this quaint, unpretentious cervejeria and must have driven by it a hundred times before we decided just to stop by and take a peek. And what a surprise. The owner spoke great English and proceeded to tell us that if we wanted a nice seafood dinner on the weekend to stop by before Thursday and place our order. So, since we have eaten seafood in restaurants all up and down the coast of Portugal, why not. It turns out that the owner’s mom goes to Setubal and buys everything off the dock, fresh as it comes. This is the fourth time we’ve eaten there and it just keeps getting better and better. This time, for the four us, we had a lobster, shrimp, clams, a sole and lingarão (sp) a finger length type clam and baskets of bread. Wine comes by the jug and went perfectly with dinner. The bill was extremely reasonable and as we we were walking out the door, we were already planning our return to try wild boar. Yes. Wild boar. But you need to place a reservation. An incredible place. Small cafe and the owner’s mom is the chef. Worth the trek in from Lisbon or Cascais.
