The location is awesome and you can have your dog with you on the outside but the service is terrible, we've received some awful drinks and noticed that they don't really care about it. Maybe just trying to get some tourists to spend their money there? I don't know but I'll never go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Quite a really small indoor sitting which surprised me. Staff who served me was polite and helpful and displayed a real interest to be of service to customers. The other staff didn't care though. Great location in Oriente and easy to find

The worst starbucks I ever have :( couldn’t even finish my mocha. It was just milk and coffee with some cream. Notinhg like the mocha I drink in the usa or any other place. The milk was cold, the staff was not nice, the music was too loud and the internet was not available...

I would have given them 5 stars but they decided to make my coffee in a cup they pushed on the floor, simply picked up and reused - what a disappointment! The breakfast was nice, though. Have in mind that there are are breakfast combos which are only visible once you paid - the company should maybe rethink their display. There are both outside and inside seating areas. There is WIFI.

Starbucks in Lisbon is really not doing good fir the brand. The service, the care is just not there. They don’t get it and it reflects in everything they do. Today was a new high - they’ve just opened 2 weeks ago for sitting outside (following covid restrictions) and fir some reason decided it OK for you to buy at Starbucks and sit outside but not use the restrooms. To be clear there’s not such legal restriction. But obviously much easier the staff to keep the toilets just for themselves. If you really need to go - why would they care? There are many other weird examples: the ham and cheese croissant: no one asked or offered to heat it up. It was also in a sugar coated croissant which I’d be surprised if that was the chef’s intention. Anyway - as a big Starbucks fan who lives in Lisbon, I think either they close them down or they bring someone from global to teach the Starbucks way.

Great experience, not so good for work

This Starbucks inside airport in Lisbon, Portugal is a worst and poor customer service, I ordered a peach fruit juice was on their menu and the lady keep telling me they don’t have . Turn out I ordered other juices that really terrible tasted. They treat me really looks stupid. Not recommended.

In a sea of coffee shops that don't offer oat milk or tall lattes, Starbucks becomes a breath of fresh air rather than the corporate beast putting all those lovely small local coffee shops out of business. I visited here more than once on my travels for pure respite and from USB sockets built in next to super comfy seats to free WiFi and decent air-conditioning, it was just a great place to escape the heat and rest my feet on a busy day out. Oh and the coffee was decent too!

As a resident of the neighborhood, I find myself visiting the Starbucks at Oriente almost every day, and I can't say enough good things about this place. It has truly become my coffee oasis in Lisbon. The staff at this Starbucks are exceptional. Each and every one of them seems genuinely happy to serve you and craft your favorite drink. Speaking of favorites, mine happens to be the Freddo Espresso, a Greek coffee delight, and they have mastered it to perfection! They took the time to learn the process and make it just the way I like it, every single time. It's a taste of Greece right here in Lisbon, and it never disappoints. For my fellow Greeks in the area, if you're in need of your daily coffee fix, this Starbucks is the place to go. Not only do they offer the amazing Freddo Espresso, but they also have a delicious Freddo Cappuccino. If you're in Oriente and in need of your daily caffeine fix or a taste of Greece, don't hesitate to visit this Starbucks. They've truly made it feel like my second home. Thank you, guys, for the exceptional experience!

Nice Starbucks near Oriente Station and Vasco da Gama mall. I camr to Oriente very early in the day and needed a breakfast urgently, and it was the closest place so i gave it a try and liked it. Their coffe cups are very big, and nice coffee as always. But the taste of croissants were a bit strange to me, in Spain it was better.

Excellent location. Nice employees. Usually lots of seating. Food is typically fresh and not stale like some Starbucks. Their service can be painfully slow, though, so don't go here if you're in a rush.

Its a good coffee shop, it’s a standard Starbucks so you know what you will get even before going there, I wouldn’t recommend this specific one if your goal is to sit down and either work or study because it’s not as big as some others in terms or space, you do have a couple of tables but they aren’t too big in size and outlets are limited, on the other hand if you are looking for a place to stay outside during summer and enjoy a refreshing drink with friends this is perfect as the outside tables are many in number.

The service is terrible, the staff doesn’t care about the customers, the girl on the register is chewing a gum while talking to us and when asked to put fresh brewed coffee for us, she just pressed brew and added some hot water to the already stale coffee which tasted like water. Then, when we said that it tastes like water they just added some shots inside. Also, another girl is working without an apron. This is scandalous for Starbucks!! And we got flat white in Christmas cups in APRIL Wouldn’t recommend

Good Location and helpful staff !

Internet never works here, the restrooms are disgusting (no toilet paper, horrible smell). Hot drinks are never hot. Last time I came here the waitress told me they couldn’t put lids on the cups because they had orders to reduce plastic...of course it goes without saying that the drink imediately spilled because it was full to the brim. The location is nice but that’s not on them. I’m a big fan of the Starbucks brand, but the service in this particular shop is always disappointing.

I just wanted a simple coffee, but apparently you shouldn't go to Starbucks for that. Also, the woman ease more busy that my mask didn't stay on my nose when I'm talking, then paying attention to what I was saying. I'm sure some people find this a good place where they can have drinks that have nothing to do with a real coffee... but I am not one of them. Definitely do not recommended!

Regular Starbucks - the place is not very spacious and it was very crowded, but nothing they could do about that, right?

The safe place to go if you like your fancy fix of coffee that certain way. Large outdoor area, very close to Vasco da Gama shopping mall, Altice Arena, FIL Actually, a great spot in Parque das Nações for people-watch. And you can take home a souvenir.

most Portuguese don't eat breakfast, certainly not at 7am. if you Google, all restaurants open at 9:00 sm, lol. i have to take my morning medications with 350 calories. i had a 9:30 bus to Sintra and went to Starbucks for breakfast. breakfast sandwich, carrot cake and venti datk roast and quad espresso. has bathroom. great boardwalk at worlds fair grounds from several years ago. excellent architecture. gondola cool, you take elevator up to a tall building to take pictures, aquarium, great night restaurants on the boardwalk. on the other side of shopping mall. enter shopping mall and walk straight to end, entrance to restaurant boardwalk.

Pity that the outside tables need a better cleaning as they attract more flies which are already part of the area

I order ONE espresso only and the crew serve my coffee after the other customer buy after me me , the crew serve there breakfast as soon as possible while me the FIRST still waiting........ I FEEL VERY DISCRIMINATION ,they pick only the customer with nice suites than ordinary one.

There is an employee (Virginia) that is very nice and produces great Frappuccinos, making my family and me very happy right at the beginning of the day. Unfortunately, someone or something always makes business less good in qualitative terms. On Aug. 1st, 2022, I went in the afternoon when there were more people inside and a less experienced trainee that gave us some ice to chew inside the frappuccinos. This was a deep low quality frappuccino that Starbucks should try to prevent. Still talking about creating a bad reputation; we also requested to take out the frappuccinos which infer to use bag and cup holder, which we told the cashier in advance. It seems such a message was lost out of the cashier's concentration and was lost during the preparation of the frappuccinos. This afternoon team may need a little more training. I understand that many adolescents take these type of jobs during their summer vacations to make some cash, but please do not do it at the expense of bad service and cheating on their customers. Because customers from Starbucks expect excellence, not cheap Mcdonald's.

Standard Starbucks fare. The taste of late is different from other countries that I attribute to the taste of local milk. Service was very good with nice seating area outside.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and tea through Uber eats and was the worst choice ever. The sandwiches came all scattered in the paper bag and straw was missing. How am I supposed to drink without a straw??? The chicken in the sandwiches were so dry, seems like it's very old. Will raise a complaint on the starbucks main website as well. This branch is the worst ever experiences in many different countries.

The best service ever! Creepy guy took pictures of me and employees noticed that, and kicked him out! This is super brave and thanks for your care! Also food is delicious!
