Rooms are neat and clean with proper lightning love the breakfast buffet they have bar also provide laundry service, most of the shopping places are nearby especially primark you can take metro which is near to the hotel or if you love walking there is Riverside walk a nice walk which you cannot miss, many restaurant are nearby quick pickup from McDonald and grocery store, rooms with all the amenities the staff is also helpful the gym is not that big with limited selection and they don't have pool, but you will enjoy the stay nice quiet place to stay with such a lovely breakfast. A safer place options for vegetarian is available.

I visit this hotel for years as a tour manager with groups, when we are in Frankfurt. Rooms are good, food is good... Staff is very nice... Their manager Mr. Sherif offered a great service during my last visit there in September. Looking forward to stay again!

Place of hotel is great, very beautiful nature so quiet nice people and so good, but very far from central city and you have to use bus to get central and bus sometime does not come.

Good facilities, very modern, efficient staff. Decent breakfast for the price. Location is main issue, bus stop outside door but infrequent service to U-Bahn, takes 30min to get to town. Couldnt find any nearby convenience store or cafes, very few restaurants

Had such a lovely stay at this hotel ! The beds are really comfy, the furniture in the hotel is super new and clean and the breakfast was really good! Noticed people complaining about single beds, but like, all euro double beds are two single beds pushed together usually…. Even at 5 star hotels… it’s a euro thing. And maybe call the hotel to clarify beforehand? Just sayin’ Would totally stay here again :)

Rooms were really nice and cosy, air conditioning was working!! Ample parking space and the reception was very welcoming especially the night receptionist Said. The Breakfast was delicious and lots of variation. We will definitely come back!

We booked a deluxe four-bed room as a family of four. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. We were very satisfied and the price-performance ratio was good.

No complaints at all. Would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are extremely nice, modern and clean. The location is good. There is a train station around 7 minutes walk away and numerous bus stops 1-3 minutes walk away. Service was absolutely fine during my stay. It was a bit dissappointing however that the drinks area of the restaurant appears to only be open during breakfast. We were hoping to get some hot drinks on Saturday afternoon but were advised the bar/drinks area is not open on the weekends.

I spent six nights in this wonderful hotel with amazing staff and facilities from the breakfast, dinner, room and gym facilities was the perfect balance for me. In addition staff in front desk, Vincent (black hair wears glasses), Mo, in charge of house keeping and Jaqueline, in hospitality all contributed to make may stay pleasant with good humour Credit all round. I have stayed in many Hilton Hotels from Heathrow to Melbourne but his hotel is up there very comfortable beds and pillows which makes such a difference towards a good nights sleep on a new bed. Hotel was good. Only one star because we chose this hotel for charging our electric vehicle overnight on a trip to Austria. There are 4 chargers. One was broken other spots were blocked by non charging cars. Luckily we managed to reach it from a other spot. Next day found out that I was charged 89 euros for 34kWh. Outrageously expensive. And there is an additional charge of 18 euros for parking. I do not recommend this hotel of you come here to charge your car.

The staff is great, especially Jacqueline "Jackie" the bartender who became a sister to us. Mixed great drinks, especially my tequila sunrises, and was very friendly and helpful. You made my stay even more enjoyable! Rooms are nice and clean and the beds werw comfortable. They have good air-conditioning as well!!

Everything was good - clean rooms, delicious breakfast, nice decoration, location is little bit worst, but everything is perfect. We will return again.

Staff was amazing. Our room was very spacious, clean, comfortable. The restaurant/bar downstairs was really good and a nice place to hang out. Out back is a canal with a decent view (for the Frankfurt area) and a trail for walking/running. There is a small town center about a mile away with other restaurants and a little Italian ice cream place that's worth the trip. Next time I'm in Frankfurt, I'll be staying there again.

Booked double bed and end up getting Two single beds together ( two single duvet too). Not ideal for couples or family. Receptionist was too rude and not welcoming at all. Parking can be found free around the property for free, why 18 euro?.. It's a rip off. Overall don't recommend, find better options nearby

Very nice hotel. Very good yet expensive food. The staff is very nice to everyone and the rooms are bigger than most hotels of similar price. The shower is the higlight of the room (2 adults 2 children). Everything including the rooms is tidy and clean, aswell as being nicely decorated. The location is nothing special but handy especially if you're on the road and need somewhere to sleep.

Room size is good , breakfast is ok. They do not give ironboard and iron in rooms , which is a basic thing found in all star hotel . They do not offer water on daily basis . Only one bottle on arrival , which is quite silly . This hotel is not even close to a four star , there is no concierge that can help with luggage , and the people on front desk are arrogant. Location is very dull . Not a single supermarket close by and parking is 18 euros a day . The phone was not working when we arrived , had to go Down to the reception to speak to them …..What a rip off. Will not be coming back next time.

Leonardo is a good value for the money. I liked the rooms, quiet some space and ok bed. We waited quite a while on check-in.

Ms Bajralija and Ms Hoppe are simply the best, kind and hospitable. Their interaction with the guests are warm and welcoming. Makes my stay simply pleasant

Staff very courteous and polite. Rooms are good. Would have given four stars had it been on a better location. Grocery stores or DM'S are at least 20-30 min walk. Not a single convenience store nearby. Although its by riverside so one can have a nice walk.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Close to the fast road, very nice to walk around the hotel. The river of Maine is closing by. Rome are very clean and the stuff very profesional and friendly. The price of daily parking ticket is ok, cheaper then the other places we vidite in Germany. Breakfast was good. Some Room for improvement exist with Variety but in a total was very good. Highly recommendation.

Great new hotel with friendly and competent staff, spacious rooms and a very affordable and delicious breakfast. A highlight was the great view over the river Main and the skyline from my room. The hotel is easily accessible via public transportation. Highly recommended for business travellers, since the desk and chair in the room are comfortable for working at.

Amazing hotel the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Bajralija she is the best. I have stayed at this hotel couple times and i loved the place and also the staff the remember us and they do everything they can to make our experience is the best every time. This Leonardo hotel is extremely neat and a cool designed hotel. It has been one of my favourite, if not the most favourite hotel, in terms of furnishing and cleanliness so far. The breakfast was bloody delicious.

Pros: Location - Riverside walking gives us immense pleasure. Cons: Worst Receptionist. Never pick up the call. Very rude. Always denied for any sort of help or stuff u r looking for.

Came for a business trip and got the best cooperation I can ever ask . You can have business meetings in the conference zone with small and medium rooms and the team was so polite and help with all assistance that was needed . I will come here again both to stay and to have more business meetings .

Stayed for 2 nights. No breakfast, no parking for my reservation. Everything was really good with this hotel. New, comfortable, stylish, in the room you can find everything you need. Also, no problem with staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. But I didn’t like the shower room “half door”. A lot of hotels now have the same style for shower room. After you take a shower all room floor is wet. Also, location is not very convenient if you don’t have a car. And one more minus - Just don’t like pets staying at the same place.

Stayed here after flying from the US to Frankfurt and recovering from the jetlag. The hotel was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and of good quality and high finish. Our room was huge! With two large suitcases (and more) we were easily able to open everything and still move around. Beds and pillows were comfy. Shower was good. The hotel is situated a little outside Frankfurt, but it’s only a short walk to the metro station. Only one thing: we could have asked but we forgot, but I didn’t see any information in the room about breakfast menu or price - that would have been useful.

Good hotel. Rooms are good but receptionist in black dress never wearing a name tag is the rudest receptionist any hotel can have. Not at all welcoming no smile not at all pleasant. Her behaviour can be a good reason not to stay in same property again.

This is the first time in a hotel where communication is so difficult. I waited more than 15 minutes at the empty reception to check in, I tried to call the reception several times, but they didn't answer, I couldn't use the coffee machine because of something wrong, and there were no slippers or basic amenities at all. Is this really a 4 star hotel? I sent an email because of lost property, but I didn't get a reply.

Its a pleasant hotel at a decent location. It’s recently built so the vibe is that of a newer higher quality place. However one major downer was the quality of the internet. The internet is advertised as high-speed and it can be - but only if you can connect long enough to hold conversation or a run a full session. It keeps dropping / disconnecting intermittently. While talking with other guests, I learnt that this was a problem faced by all guests. When I first reported this to the front desk, the woman just shrugged and didn’t seem to care. But the woman the next day was more sympathetic and tried to help while acknowledging that the problem will be difficult to solve. She also offered me a wired connection in the business center. She apologized profusely was not being able to fix the problem. Which I appreciated. When I came by to take them on the offer to use the business center, there was another person at the front desk. He refused to let me use the business center. I grew frustrated and just bought a mobile plan. The breakfast buffet is good and the rooms are good.

A decent hotel in the suburbs of Frankfurt. Located along river main which flows in its back side. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Staff if nice but understaffed. Buffet Breakfast was good. They don’t have in room dining facilities, a limited menu & only 2 varieties of beer was available in the bar but food is also not available on weekends. Restaurants are available around 100-200 meters away.

A good and clean hotel in the Offenbach district of Frankfurt, which is 10 minutes away from the metro station.The rooms are large and newly built, the daily cleaning is done well. It has a good and varied hot and cold breakfast. Only due to the lack of staff, the hotel restaurant was closed except for breakfast when we were there.

Good location for walk to centre of Frankfurt alongside the river. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was buffet-style where everyone can choose something. Only thing is pricey parking because you can save 18e per day and park at nearby parking place or streets but then you have to walk ..

Rooms and breakfast were very good. The showers have a very weird design that makes the entire bathroom wet. Location is decent enough and is a 10 minute walk from the subway station.

Very nice and clean place. And the booking manager violetta is an amazing person. She's Very helpful and cooperative. They have rooms for disabled persons that are very convenient and comfortable. I strongly advise!

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Offenbach on a business trip. It’s a great hotel. The room was large and really comfortable with great views of the river. The reception staff were also super helpful. Lots of nice things to eat at breakfast. All in all, a great stay and good value.

Location is a bit far from the center of frankfurt. but the room is a little small but clean. I was welcomed very well. Especially the breakfast here is very delicious. I started my day very happily with the very good service of Ms. Lee
