Terrible place. I've bought a ticket for the Spider-Man English version because I don't understand German. I took the covid test as is required to go to Kino nowadays. Them when I finally got to the theatre the movie was in German. NOBODY came to explain anything. I had to leave and ask for information, to learn that they wouldn't change the movie just gave us a voucher, which I don't think is an apology. And when I asked for my money back they didn't give me the online tax back, also unfair. People spend extra time going to the movies to have a nice experience and this place made a mistake and don't care about the customers. Such a disappointment. How they don't pay attention to the version of the movie that they are exhibiting? And also the management approach to the situation was awful.

Worst experience. Impolite and unprofessional staff. The movie was played in German instead of the original English version without any prior email notification. The error was not even mentioned while entering the theater and they neglected their technical fault. They gave us free coupons when we enquired but these free coupons are not useful as you have to first purchase the tickets online and 15 minutes before the start of the movie you will receive the refund. There was no clear indication on how to use these coupons. SUCH BAD EXPERIENCE WAS NOT EXPECTED FROM SUCH A REPUTED FRANCHISE.

The location on the Google map is incorrect. This is right on the corner where the S bahn ledermuseum is.

If you want to waste your time, money and patience do visit this place. I had booked the ticket for the original version of spiderman one week before the show. After work I went and took the covid negative test and went for the movie. They were understaffed, I had to wait in line for 20 minutes while the staff was busy chatting and wasting time. I was late for the movie and they played the audio in German. No one was notified about the error. Everyone were confused and when I went and asked the staff he said they are fixing the issue. I waited for another half an hour and nothing was done. They were impolite and declined their mistake and just gave out free coupons to the people who asked.

*Be punctual or prepared to be locked outside even though you have paid and there are still employees. They will just refuse you.* The movie was at 20:20 and I was there at 20:50. The cinema is completely closed. You can’t reach from first floor, either second floor. My husband was inside but did not reply. There were another 2 people waiting as well, because their friend was already inside. We were so afraid that there is a mass shooting inside and that our friends got shoot dead because everything is locked. We even called Polizei. Later on, those 2 people’s friend came out and opened the door for us. Thanks God! Nothing happened, just Germans doing their “Feierabend”. However, the workers there saw us got in through non-main entrance (because the main entrace is loced by them!), and said we are not allowed to be there. They refused to let us in, refuse to scan our tickets, although we all paid the ticket! The reason they stated is that, “they need to have Feierabend, they dont have scanner anymore so can’t scan our tickets”. Although there were 3 workers literally still standing there, their “co-worker” and “scanner” needs to be in “Feierabend”. One of the employee there argued: “If you go to bank, you also are not allowed to enter after working hour.” Hence, the other two people, whose friend is already inside, who paid the ticket, were rejected to enter. They allow me to enter in the end, although I don’t completely understand their argument, I guess it’s because I mentioned that I have called Polizei or maybe they have kindness for foreigners. However, this is the first cinema I have ever been that does not allow paid customer to enter, even though there are still employees there. And who the hell will know that a cinema’s working hour is earlier than the cinema’s movie ending time? Really unbelievable, upset, and ruin the whole night. You better be punctual or never book ticket for this cinema because they will just lock you outside since they all go for “Feierabend”.

The cinema is great, they have a lot of different movies to choose from! You can reserve in advance a seat if you want, there is even a option for partner seat in which you can be closer to your dear one. The prices are cheap for the movie ticket and everything is very clean, comfortable. The service is very kind and the foods and drinks offered are delicious. Would definitely recommend.

As far as I remember, this multiplex has 7 screens. Screens where I've watched movies, were not so big enough w.r.t. seating capacity (appx 175-200 seats). However, seats were comfortable and clean. Picture and sound quality are good. It screens 2D as well as 3D movies but most of the shows are in German. Off lately, English (Original Version) are also getting screened, but 1 or max. 2 shows daily. What I like most is the cost of tickets. It's very cheap and starts from 5,99€ and the VIP one costs 8,99€. The parking (in the basement costs 2€ for 4 hours. It is also well connected to public transport (bus as well as metro line has stop right in front of it). Snack bar has regular options. The part which I don't like much(not only limited this multiplex, but others too) is that we need to pay additional fee while making an online booking.

The prices for the food were a bit expensive but peaceful during the movie because not many people were there

Well located easy to get there by public transportation to the door of the cinema, affordable, ideal to have fun in groups or alone. The only thing that was not available at the menu was a coffee. So 9.5 / 10

Very clean and modern. The sound in the Theaters is great and the staff is nice. Food and beverages are really expensive. They have OV screening every now and then which is amazing.

It's great to be able to watch OV movies here and really not expensive. I don't understand the complaints about movies advertised as ov then shown in German. Never had that issue. Only thing is sometimes the website is a bit wonky when you're in a rush to order tickets but that's obviously not this cinema's fault.

Don't understand how they can allow drilling and construction work during a movie. This was very annoying while watching a movie

A nice and beautiful cinema in Offenbach and near Frankfurt. Tickets are cheap and snacks are somewhat moderate. The staff are friendly and very kind, too. I would abselutely recommend it.
