We stayed 2 nights and had 2 couple rooms. A Cosy hotel, super clean, very friendly stuff, welcoming and a gorgeous view . Parking is next to the hotel. Access to Autobahn is easy. Near the airport, Frankfurt and Offenbach City Center. An awesome view is given. Breakfast is made with love, different options are given and the personal is always offering more. Rooms are bride, lots of light, clean and the Wood gives it a warm & friendly touch Wasn’t expecting such a great experience in Offenbach. Would recommend it 100%.

We have just checked in & it is very hot in the room.The person at the front desk says the rooms are centrally ventilated & not air -conditioned, though it is mentioned in the amenities that this is an air-conditioned hotel.He has suggested us to open the window !! Not able to sleep at all due to the so-called automatic AC not working .The quilts are pretty useless in this heat.

Hotel has an agreement with Lufthansa for the passengers who missed their connection. Nice rooms and fast service. However I will not recommend it for a stay I have locked the doors using standard lock, however somebody opened the doors at 01:00AM and tried to get into the room. I have asked the receptionist but they were not sure who was that! btw there are no second lock/chain to protect the doors.

This was my first time in Germany. The hotel was excellent. We had a view of the river. Our server at dinner was such an amazing host! He went above and beyond to meet our needs. We rented a car and parked in the hotel garage. Everything was safe and secure.

Nice stay. Good hotel. 15-20 mins to downtown. The room (suite) was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. We had the main bed and a rollaway - small, but comfortable. Loved that there is a window that opens. The west view is to the city that you might like, but the east view for sunrise is lovely. Complimentary water is provided. The fitness center has plenty of cardio equipment (note that the morning sun hits them - need sunglasses!) and adequate dumbbells. The path along the river is right outside. The breakfast is ample with great local bread. The omelet was very good. 26 Euros. The only drawback is the location - makes it a better rate and very quiet, but you’ll spend $25-$30 on a taxi to downtown. You can walk ten minutes to the train station and pay $6.50. Or you can walk about an hour along the river. Most of the staff was very friendly. There were always taxis outside and Ubers come quickly. I’d prefer to stay here and spend the time and money to get downtown than stay anywhere near the train station - loud, construction and felt dangerous. Near the opera house could be nice but much more expensive. Thank you for a nice stay!

This was by far the best breakfast hotel I have ever had! This was complimentary given my Marriott platinum status and I would gladly pay for this breakfast! There’s an incredibly wide selection of hot & cold foods; you could also request for an omelette to be made. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. The one thing I’ll say is that the hotel staff doesn’t really use the Marriott app for service requests. After a long travel, I didn’t really want to interact with people and sent requests for toothbrushes and other amenities via the app. I didn’t get them until we were getting ready to leave the next day, and even then, it was short of what was requested. It’s a 10-15 min walk from the metro station. Were it closer to the main train station, I would’ve stayed here for more nights.

The room, the food, the Christmas ambiance was amazing! So cozy and comfy. The bed is one of the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept on. Totally suggest this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort. Veronika M

Travelling as air crew I really appreciated this hotel's concept and design. Rooms are huge, comfortable and silent. I think I've never seen in my life such a smart continuity solution between the bedroom and the bathroom zone. The restaurant has a very elegant looking with an impressive cellar, food is quite tasty with very generous portions. I'm not enthusiast at all of some other details. Room service is illogically unavailable for most of the day time, regardless of the pandemic, I've never seen such a situation in any other european hotel. Fitness centre has a very smart looking but weights equipment is very limited and the multi-use machine is not even working properly. Menu options at the restaurant should be more variegated for a hotel of this level, plus, from the moment we sat down it took more than 20 min for the staff to take the order, and the hall was not even much busy. I would still recommend this hotel but there are some things to improve.

As a cabin crew I have had many many stays in different countries and many different rooms. Delta Hotel definitely won my heart instantly. The rooms are spacious, very light and has a huge bad that can easily accommodate 4person at a time. The design is very sophisticated with exciting elements. Thank you

Delta Hotel Frankfurt is located by the river in Offenbach not far from Frankfurt City Centre and a 15-minute drive from the airport, FRA. Whilst there are some restaurants in the area, it is mostly corporate and business buildings around the hotel, and if you are looking shopping and restaurants and bars then you need to take the S-bahn to city centre. The hotel has a nice open lobby area with reception on one side and seating on the other. The restaurant is situated on the first floor with nice views over the river. Sadly, it's only open for breakfast and dinner at the moment. On the second floor is the gym, which is a good size with both machines and weights. The rooms are big and nicely presented with a modern look and feel. The bathrooms are an open design, making them funky and modern. A nice hotel with easy access to both town and the airport.

A decent business hotel, but not much about its location in Offenbach for a visitor. Rooms are clean, nice restaurant w a limited menu, good breakfast.

The rooms a spacious, clean and well designed, with a big wardrobe and a comfortable sitting area. The higher floors have good views of Frankfurt and the Main River. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an industrial area close to Hyunda and other i offices. A parking garage is onsite (22 Euro per day / 3 Euro per hour) but limited (free) parking outside. The restaurant was closed the night we stayed. We didn't opt to go for the breakfast (around 25 Euro) per person. There is a McDonald's within walking distance.

Great rooms, friendly reception employees. But no room service, no airport shuttle they only give you water and the restaurant was closed in the 9 days I was there

Great hotel. We arrived here after missing our connecting flight to Cancun and 4 hours at the airport. We had a very nice specious room, the restaurant was already closed but just around the corner there was a food truck with THE BEST 👌 turkish kebab we ever had. The breakfast was delicious. A bit far out from the city but there is both bus and s-bahn service nearby. Would be great if you have a car. Overall the hotel was spacious, quiet and relaxing over the weekend. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was great. There is a bar/lounge available Mondays through Fridays.

Very nice room! There were a few hairs in the bathroom area that were left from the previous guest. 😯 But other than that, I had a great stay!

This is our 1st hotel when we reached Germany. Room was so spacious and the bed was so comfy (which we are more certain whenever we travel). Breakfast was great aside from its early which is actually good since we had jet lag , their coffee is also something to look forward to. Their attendants were welcoming and with good service.

Opted for the digital key to save time. Unfortunately this doesn’t work here, because of the elevator. So instead of a speedy checkin, I had to wait 15 minutes while the one reception employee dealt with a difficult guest, without even acknowledging my presence. Finally got up to the room…there was someone else in there. Very awkward. Got some points and breakfast to make up for that mistake, all good, can happen. In the new room, the fridge didn’t work, there was no hotel info in the room and the temperature couldn’t be turned down. Who can sleep in 20C?? If you really want to help the environment (like they want you to believe the reason is for asking you to reuse your towel), allow guests to turn off the heat. Went to ask for toothpaste, but they didn’t have any because “they had been so busy”. That’s something a hotel can plan for, I assume? Coffee machine at breakfast didn’t work, no one available to help. Ended up figuring it out myself and cleaning the machine before getting my coffee. Subpar experience.

Very rude personel. Especially the guy that was attending the breakfast area. I think he was Portuguese. He was insanely rude when we asked some questions regarding the breakfast. He scoffed at us, ive never witnessed this behavior at a hotel before, let alone a marriott brand.

Lovely hotel. Its not really in the center which is why its cheaper. Rooms were amazing for a good price. Breakfast was sadly overpriced (26€) for what you get. However, would go there again simply because the room was superb.

Staying 1 overnight only but experiencing excellent example of customer service specifically from employee at the breakfast restaurant. Spacious rooms with very friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to go out of their way and help you. Close to the bus station as well as metro but cab aggregators are much more accessible. Loved the huge and spacious rooms the most.

Lufthansa put me here to stay a night after a flight problem. I was very happy with the experience. The room was very large and very comfortable. The service on the front desk was truly outstanding - the guy who worked the evening 26/27 August was fantastic - customer service at its best.

We were staying at neighbouring Leonardo Hotel which sadly is ‘no go zone’ where staff is rude and although kitchen was still open they refused to serve us late dinner due to being overwhelmed with orders. So we ended with local choices fast food and some place name I can’t even pronounce. Completely disappointed, we thought we would have no chance of eating a good meal until we saw a ‘light in the tunnel’ big neon of Delta Marriott Hotel. We approached reception staff who had been very accommodating and with no hesitation hearing our story offered us place at hotel’s restaurant (although late hours and policy of only hotel guests). The food as absolutely delicious, staff well mannered, prices of wine not of the ‘high street’ so surprisingly fit any pocket. Marriott in Frankfurt Offenbach restored my faith in German Hotel industry.

Had a flight cancellation and was booked in the hotel by Lufthansa. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean. Only one complaint....I was only there for 5 hours and couldn't stay for breakfast due to early flight. I bet it would have been awesome.

Very pleasant and professional staff. Good ambience, quiet and decent sized rooms. Views are not that great but considering it’s location, one wouldn’t expect much. Otherwise pretty decent.

This is a really nice, clean and luxurious feeling hotel with friendly staff. We got placed here after missing our flight in Frankfurt airport. After a long day of waiting in lines trying to get rebooked, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Frankfurt under better circumstances!

Very very nice hotel. Was very impressed with the interior design of the room. Despite the building looking a little old on the outside, the inside is very nice. They also have free parking which is a nice bonus. Located only a few minutes from the city center so quite convenient.

The staff is really courteous and helpful. I would like to thanks Ismael, the night audit. I had missed the dinner time and went down to the lobby to buy a sandwich around 1 am. My international bank card was declined and I tried to call them back home but I was unsuccessful and Ismael found a solution to charge my card. He would not let me go hungry. I couldn't believe how nice he was . Thank you.
