I had a booking in this hotel and due to train in Germany was late since it was a train for a Refugee, I couldn’t arrive to this hotel on time. I tried to reach them but nobody picked up the phone. And I was sure that I can come next day but apparently Administration canceled my booking and took 50€ fee for “No show” however I clicked in booking that I still need that reservation. Wouldn’t be so pity if at the end when I called them and told that I’m refugee and I was expecting to have that room and didn’t expect at the end to find myself on the street with -50€ they just dropped the phone and refused to refund fee….and at the end I had to sleep in train station. Bravo! Great support!

The hotel was good. The room I was in was pretty big for the price and it was clean. The bathroom was a little bit small but acceptable for a few nights. The service was nice and had no problem answering a few questions. It is located directly next to the main station. It is not in the nicest of neighborhoods, but you can live with it. All in all I would recommend it if you only stay there for a few days.

This hotel stands close to the train station Offenbach central. The neighbourhood is not well maintained. A lot of empty shop windows and liquor and cigarette shops. The hotel it self is in an old style. Wood and pictures with gold frames give it an antique look. Which is not bad if you like that kind of thing. The hotel staff is nice and professional. The rooms are clean and well maintained. A alectric kettle, coffee maker and television are present. The beds are nice and the pillows are soft. Breakfast is really good with a wide choice of options. English, french and continental.

The surround of the hotel was not so nice (not too fancy pubs everywhere...) but the hotel was great. 3 in 1 cafe, cafe powder, tea, water boiler, refrigerator, cafe maker were in the room. I did not eat breakfast in the hotel because I bought meal in aldi in the near, but it was no problem because the refrigerator in the room. The staff was nice, spoke the English well.

Service was good and easy. Also the rooms are pretty clean and have a good view outside. I'm also impressed with the bathroom you get. It feels pretty luxurious. Only disappointment is that you have to pay €10,- each per person to get breakfast.

Good place. Nice room. Understanding and helpful staff and they speak English. All in all nice. Didn't try their restaurant but seemed good.

Old German houses are all around. Clean rooms, cozy environment with normal pricing. Not similar to classical hotel buildings. It is far from central station.

Nice restaurant, nice rooms, friendly service. My biggest complaint is lack of air conditioning, which means in the hottest part of the summer you will open your windows. The problem here is noisy neighbors drinking and playing loud music. On Saturday night this will last until the sun comes up. No kidding! With open windows you hear everything.

A good hotel in a run down part of town. Clean and comfortable. Good value.

Do not expect perfect service, but absolutely normal hotel. It's clean, and you have 15min. free WiFi every day, for more you will need to pay. There are about 160 nations live in the city, so you can expect music and noise 24/7, which you can hear at this hotel from the outside.

Room was ok, the heating equipment only the 1 of the 3 was working with outside temp. -3 degrees!!?? also the toilet flush was not functioning good! Dust was almost everywhere!

- honestly more like a 2.5 star hotel than a 4 (general feeling, amnesties, details) - good pricing - 10 minute walk to the sbahn to get to frankfurt - paid parking across the street (8euro per day) - they were working to refurbish some rooms on second floor and were carrying things away when i arrived. Had some luggage but didn’t get any priority at the elevator and it was also quite dusty - the back garden is quite abandoned. Just some metal chairs and tables thrown. Too bad, it could have been nicer

Good location near Frankfurt, convenient train connection, good price. I recommend this place when there are exhibitions in Frankfurt.

The hotel is alright and I really appreciated the friendly staff. However, before booking, I would recommend you check the location. I know this is in no way for the hotel to influence this but the surroundings are very messy, and noisy (we were woken up twice a night by people screaming in the streets). I didn't feel safe being out there after dark. Fortunately, it is very close to the train station so you don't have to stay out for too long if you don't want to.

In my opinion, one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen.
