Just ominous and massively unfriendly. The woman got loud, we don't need to talk about “the past” now we're talking in the here and now???!!! At the end of the phone call she simply hung up, after not even letting me express my thoughts. I am absolutely skilled. I have a fever of 40 degrees and am totally sick. I've known this woman for years. Just because you're stressed doesn't mean you can't deal with patients the same way.
