The Five Guys at this location exceed the standard for the Franchise. I love the bacon cheeseburgers here and the peanut oil French fries. This is a busy location at lunchtime, but well worth the wait. They have peanuts to eat while you wait so if you are allergic, stay far away. This place is a must if you are looking for a good burger and better fries.

This is the first time I've been to this five guys, but I can not believe how outrageously priced it was! $20.74 for burger fries and regular size drink!! Outrageous!! And the fries were terrible it seemed like they were probably sitting there four or five hours before I got them. they were overcooked and most of them were Brown. Yet because they were sitting there for so long they were very soggy and disgusting. The burger wasn't bad but it certainly wasn't great either!! And then the bathroom was absolutely disgusting I couldn't use it I had to go to a Publix in the shopping center nearby. The stall with a toilet was was completely flooded, the toilet was nasty and unflushed. Several of the table tops at the restaurant were dirty as well. The restaurant was not busy at all but the staff didn't seem to care one bit about keeping it clean. I will never go back to a five guys again!

Red hair manger was very Nervous and screaming high pitch in the store highly likely Drugs. I love the food but the the Bright red hair Manager she thinks can run the Show. Never go back. A tip Train the young manager how to be courteous and respectful to customers. Dangerous to be on drugs at work.

Got them to kinda put together a Chicago dog. Good dogs, fried style. Fries and drink way overpriced.

Really good burgers...amazing fries! The free peanuts in the dining room was a cool touch. The service was very friendly and the place was clean. Our only complaint was both of our bacon burgers came out with no bacon. We brought it to the staff's attention and they said the bacon is really small and hard to see. I opened my burger and showed him before he brought us some bacon.

The place is totally empty yet there are 5 people working... it took a few seconds for someone to even acknowledge that we were there The girl basically whispered that they we're out of French fries. Without making a decision yet she walked away and started cleaning again. I guess I learned my lesson... The girl had braces.. Took a photo as I was leaving at 9:32pm wonder why the place is so empty? Hhhhhmmmmm

Wow, this is the worst five guys I’ve ever been to. I’ll never come back and it’s my local one. I get here after the order is “ready” to find the fries are not ready, not even dropped. I go sit and wait…they forget about it and let the fries sit. They then give me a cold burger and cold fries. Thanks. Great lunch today. Gross and mushy and cold. Just what nobody wants from any burger ever, especially one as expensive as this garbage.

I order my food. I added extra bacon on my burger,then I ask while it's getting made make sure there is extra bacon on it you guys changed me for it. Even though every other five guys I've gone to never charged me for extra bacon before. So this time I wanted to make sure before I left it was on it. The girl tells me if you paid for it it'll be on there. So I said well I hope so cause in on my lunch break and would hate to be charged and it not be on there. The girl making burgers gives me a look. So before walking out I open my burger and I have one piece of bacon cut in half on it. So Im already wasting my precious time on my 30 min break, so I tell the other girl well there's definitely no extra bacon on it. She proceeded to get one more piece and ripped it in half and threw it on my burger. To say I'll never go back is an understatement. But hey you live and learn.

Would NOT BUY FRIES HERE again. It’s a Rip off. At other locations, i get a cup plus a scoop. Not here. They just do the cup. Maybe because I come later on the evenings and they are not willing to make more fries? Idk. But if you’re going to charge me $8 for fries, make it worth it.

Some of the best burgers you can get. A little pricey though (fortunately, my boss paid). Other than that, good food and great workers. Only issue was we couldn't find napkins anywhere, and the soda fountains were almost out of everything. But those are really non-issues. Oh! And free peanuts!

Just ordered off of UberEats at 9 pm and you guys substituted my cajun fries for a coke? Are you guys always out of fries an hour before closing? At a place that only serves burgers and fries? Maybe put a disclaimer on the menu saying you stop making fries at a certain time if thats the case. Unbelievable.

As soon as I walk through the door they are saying hello. The staff are very pleasant. The food takes your breath away. The restroom is very clean. My first time there and I will return. They cook in peanut oil make the fries delicious. And you can take some fresh peanuts home it's wonderful.

Whoever the group working today when I went at about 11:10 AM, you guys rocked. Great service, great food, very kind, and funny. You can tell when a team goes above and beyond and this one certainly did. 10/10. Thank you for a great meal. Best Regards- order #6

Burger was good. Tables and Floor were dirty. No napkins. There are no paper bowls for peanuts. How are you supposed to eat them, just throw them on the table?

Come on now...basically a restaurant is just another place to eat depending on what you feel like eating at the moment. We all know...Five Guys is vastly overpriced...Upper management is not going to lower the cost. If...the burger was in the 4~5 buck range...We'd eat their more often as would many others.

Just like most Five Guys that I’ve been to, this one hit the spot. I just got a small burger with lettuce onions mustard and jalapeños and it was amazing. The burger was cooked to perfection as well as being cooked super fast. I also got a strawberry & chocolate milkshake with Oreo pieces mixed in, which was also great. Very smooth consistency with real strawberry pieces mixed in which is unusual fast food places. Overall, this is a great location !! Highly recommended.

Ordered for 2 people, cheese burgers, and I guess we got exactly that. A bun, burger patty, and cheese. Was a little disappointed as I expected it to come with at least some tomatoes and lettuce. However, the fries were perfect.

Firstly let me say these are some of the best burgers I've ever had. Then the service and energy were great. Definitely has my vote for a go to burger spot.

DONT ORDER TAKEOUT OR DELIVERY!! They are horrible!! I never receive my order correctly. But TODAY, my wife was hungry and we decided we would try them out. She ordered at 9:15am on DoorDash. I order delivery in app and they sent food from this location which was far from my home. I called to try to cancel. When I called they transferred me to a call center and the lady had not clue what to do. After she messed that up. The “manager” chantel said she would send a shake for my inconvenience I gave in. When my food arrived the did not know what apt #. And the bag was wide open. That’s is a CDC problem and if I do not see my refund like she said I would get then I will be contacting the CDC.

It literally took five guys to make 1 burger in 15 minutes. Their efficiency was snail speed. The lobby was spread out with upset people waiting forever for food. The manager could care less as he paced over fries and aprons all over the floor. This place looks doomed unless they over haul the staff and management.

burgers were not good. I got regular and Cajun fries. And they both were in one bag. Mixed so kids couldn’t eat it Bcuz Cajun is spicy.

37 minutes between ordering and getting food is absolutely excessive for a fast food place. Also of the two fountain drink machines- one was turned off and the other only had diet drinks. Staff weren’t in any hurry to fix, and overall weren’t in any hurry.

2 times that we order something in this 5 guys and the 2 times the order was wrong. I even had a burger without any toppings despite the fact that I asked for some. The waiters were nice but forgetful... I can only advice not to order to take away or on delivery because you can't complain directly to them.

Really disappointed yet again… have called my order ahead multiple times now and every time it’s never ready when I get there. 30 minutes early this time, I get there and the order not ready…. I like to see people working at an establishment that are happy/smiling and attentive to the customer. Me and my wife were very happy with our experience at this 5 GUYS. If you find it in you to complain about a wait in line you should order ahead. Because everything is made fresh.

Regular service, typical time to get the burger. Doesn't seem like they wanted us to dine in. No ketchup on the pump. Very difficult to navigate to if you are not a local there.

Employees were great but food was very disappointing. Fries were cold and soggy... They're usually the highlight of the meal. Had 2 burgers, hot dog and fries. No drinks.. Almost $36!!!.if I pay $10 for a fast food burger, I expect it to be better than a whopper.

This location is very convenient for me. My grandmother was craving hamburger so I mentioned these, she liked them in the past. No one in line when I got there, it took them about 10 minutes to give me the order. I had ordered fried no salt and the put salt. Another 5 minutes to correct. Mine was all the way with bacon and I thought it was pretty good, my grandmother's was cheese burger with tomatoes it looked pretty good. For almost $30 it better had been good.
