I had my first ever Brazilian wax here, and for lack of better phrase, she changed my life. Her qualify and professionalism cannot be beat anywhere, by anyone. I have had several waxes since my initial visit here, and they were nothing short of horrific. I can honestly say that there doesn’t exist a professional better qualified in customer service and comfortability. If it was financially possible, I would fly to Kelowna just to see her again. Veronica was absolutely amazing, my first ever Brazilian wax and honestly, while it was painful for me (I'm pregnant and wasn't expecting it to be painless anyways!) I really appreciate how she makes me feel comfortable and safe no matter what I look like that day. She is fast, efficient, and thorough. Her professionalism is exemplary. I am very proud of her for consistently winning gold with Best of Kelowna. It makes sense because she gives the best Brazilian wax around. You would be lucky to get a wax from Veronica, highly recommend!

Veronica is simply one of the best! I’m very thankful for her. I reached out to her seeking some guidance on how to properly wax on myself. She did a private lesson with me. Not only did she take time from her personal schedule but she approached me with knowledge, tools, and skills and so much patience. She’s very knowledgeable and uses the best products to ensure the best quality on my skin. She broke down step by step preparation, application, removal and after care while explaining why each step was important. Having me mimic these steps and fully understood before we moved on to the next, ensuring I understood my own body. Her personality alone offers such a safe place it was so comforting to learn and be taught in a high skillful manner. I’m grateful in her teaching skills and her services!!

This is the best Brazilian I've ever had! Veronica is amazing and does an excellent job at being precise and efficient. It is always so done so fast and I am someone with a medium pian tolerance so I really appreciate it being done so fast. She is so understanding I made a payment mistake and she instantly reached out to me. She is so honest and very reliable for appointments. I will always go to her for my waxing! Definitely book in advanced in the busy season. Veronica is super flexible and will always try her best to squeeze me in. Highly recommended!!!!!
