Tait explained everything in detail so I left with no questions but left with hope! He prepared me for the Shockwave treatment so much so that I felt relaxed. I was really impressed and will certainly recommend him to friends and family! I needed to add to my review because I just saw Garrett for a massage and I have not had my shoulders this straight in as long as I can remember. He made me feel so comfortable and I feel like a new woman! My daughter also comes here and sees Connor for physio and has fixed things that no other physiotherapist could. Love love love it here!!

Front desk friendly and easy to communicate with. Austin was very professional. Heard me when explaining my issues and followed through with first class care that is working. A welcoming feeling from the front desk to Austin's chiropractic work. Tait stepped up to treat us while Austin was away and we experienced the same top shelf level of care. Very professional and modern clinic with attentive and well trained practitioners. I'm extremely grateful that after only 3 sessions Dr. Austin van den Brink was able to diagnose & treat the root of a serious imbalance which was significantly affecting my lower back (QL/Psoas) for more than 2 years after my MD, Physio, RMT and a private out of pocket MRI provided no cause or fix. Dr. Austin's knowledge and approach to identifying and correcting this imbalance has returned my full physical mobility to do all the activities I used to enjoy, from the gym to the mountains. I had an amazing experience at my Physio appointment with Connor! He was very kind, very knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable and safe. I have been to many Physio’s throughout my life and he gave me knowledge about my repeat injury that I’ve never been told before! Treatment was amazing. Job very well done. The reception at the clinic was also so kind and helpful. The clinic was very clean and felt very sanitary. Connor provided me with excellent physiotherapy service. Through a series of sessions and exercise/stretch recommendations he was able to resolve the pain in my shoulder. He is also very personable. I would recommend Connor as a physiotherapist!

Rio was great. It was my first time going, she was super informative and made the entire process very easy. The space is nice, clean and relaxing. She was very skilled, thoroughly walked through everything and checked in with me regularly. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend! Vanessa has been amazing on getting me back to competing at a high level after a bad car accident, incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and talented. ***UPDATE, have started treatments with Dr.Tait Cuthill for rehab work on my Achilles injury and 1st appointment was phenomenal, highly recommend.

I was fortunate to find out about Pro Motion clinic from a friend, as I had injured my MCL and was putting up with it. Found them, had shockwave treatment, and within a few treatments, problem solved. Recently the right knee, same problem, shockwave again and it's already feeling better. Don't wait in pain is what I learned. Excellent, thorough, hands-on assessment and treatment prior to the shockwave treatment. Exercises provided to do at home.

Connor gave me an excellent experience as usual. It was my first time to have needling done and he explained everything related to the procedure , was gentle and I have found him to be very professional and informative. Have seen improvement in my condition.

I had a post-race treatment from Garrett that was absolutely amazing. He made me feel as good as new after the granfondo- no sore muscles the next day! Garrett was great with communication to make sure I was getting the best experience. I would happily book with Garrett again!

Thus far I have been treated by 2 massage therapist at this office (Vanessa) being the most recent. If all the folks are as skilled as these ladies, you can be sure to see results quickly (reduction in pain instantly) and also give you proper exercises to strengthen and therefore eventually and hopefully eliminate the vary cause of the pain in the first place! If you are looking to add an awesome massage therapist to your overall wellness team to finally “fix” that nagging ache that comes and goes, but seems to stick around longer and longer as you get older (this me and my theme for 2023) then gives these folks a chance and hopefully they can help you as well!

I’ve been going to Promotion for almost 3 years. The staff is exceptional and you can really tell how much they love what they do. Rio and Austin are the best RMT and chiropractor in the city. They’ve helped with the aches and pains that come with age. They’ve got me feeling 10 years younger again.

This place has all you need for getting you back to your normal self, with massage, chiro, physio, and even a naturalpathic doctor. All the practitioners are very friendly, and they all talk to each other to help you get the treatment you need. The front staff is very nice and helpful. Both me and my wife go here once every 3 weeks, I see 3 practitioners and she sees 2, the front staff does their best to get us in around the same time so we don't wast too much time with our day.

Great experience. Dr. Cuthill spent lots of time with me and explained things clearly. He listened and was very thorough. I am very happy with my decision to try this clinic and will definitely be a returning patient!
