Tea / coffee was no good. This place can be maintained little better, and also it would help by adding more signs and facilities for the customers. Washrooms were clean and they also have people cleaning it all the time. They definitely need to add more trees and greenery to this place and also educate employees how to interact with customers.

I want to share my personal experience today on 05 May 2022. Counter staff intentionally count returned amount loudly and then they drop some Cash during handing over to customers. Fraudulent staff works very smartly. Please make sure count your returned cash at counter twice. Through this platform please tell your friends and family members also be aware about this type of practice.

On the motorway M-2 the service area of Makhdoom service Area is the best Service area, where we able to eat and take the food items on good quality, but the BBQ not Available at this service area, the baby’s enjoying the food with fresh environment.

It's really awesome 👌. All worldwide food chains are available here. Desi Pakistani food is also available here. Washrooms are available for both ladies and gents. A lot of parking is available here. Wheelchair entrance is available here. ATM machines are available here. Mosque 🕌 is also available here for the prayer. The atmosphere of the service area is really great 👍. People who travel through the motorway 🛣 love ❤️ to stay here and enjoy themselves.

It is one of the cleanest bus stand which offers washroom, mobile, tuck shop along with other facilities. This station also offers verity of food options which includes BBQ, Brost, Burgers and many more.

Sial service area is also a good collection of almost all well reknowed names in food industry. Besides that, the place is well maintained. Plenty of restrooms and stores with a bit high rates but not much high.

Beware about the prices they charge. Also multiple reports (on more than one visits) of wrong bill making (oversizing the bill). If you catch or disclose it's being Labelled as clerical mistake. So beware as it's true for most of the food outlets and stores established there.

Location wise, it is a good place for photography etc. It is comprised of Masjid, take away and dine in restaurants, bakeries, petrol and cng stations, and house of toilets. It has numerous chain of foods. Quality of burgers is very poor. Overall, it is expensive in all kinds of products, even they charge higher than the listed price products.

Sial service area is not a very good place for a stop over during your journey from Lahore to Islamabad or the other way around. Yes you can stop over here if it is lunch or dinner time but mostly people avoid having a main meal here due to very less time to reach the main Islamabad or Rawalpindi City. Yes it would be a reasonable choice if you are traveling from Lahore to Peshawar or otherwise. This service area consists of very basic facilities. Yes washrooms are maintained. Small bakery, some restaurants and rich shops. Fuel station and CNG station is available. Food is mostly just of average or below average quality. I recommend a stop at Bhera instead of Sial service area. Yes a stop for tea, coffee or snack or just to take some rest during a long journey could be a good choice

Its good area for quick refreshments for famlies and friends while on a journey. The sitting placement is also well in accordance with the view. The only thing that bugs me is their over price menu of almost every eatery shop. Although govt gave them commands to settle food stuff fare according to standards but they're not co-operating with respect to it. Otherwise a nice area to enjoy hot cup of tea/coffee and chit-chit with your journey fellows.

Situated on Lahore Islamabad Motorway. A nice place to have rest while you are on journey. Very sad to observevthat no SOPs for covid are being observed which is very dangerous for tge visitors.

I found it the most beautiful alongside the M2 motorway It had very soothing environment tbh

Can't say much as it was a very short pit stop. As usual used the fancy restroom. The gentleman who opens the door and receives payment was super polite, he even said 'Bismillah' when I stumbled on the step. Then he offered me a chair when he saw me waiting by our locked car. I would happily give him 5 stars. It was a very quiet afternoon with hardly any traffic and we didn't visit any of the food facilities.

Nice place to stay while traveling but government or law enforcing agency ie. Food department police and quality checker should be visit here time and again to control the prices at hotels and marts as the prizes are very much higher than normal

It is neat and clean you can buy fast food of good quality. Excellent rest rooms. But you must know one thing about Pakistani people as soon as they get recognized they drop their performance so some times you feel it is all fake.

Very average as compared to Bhera and very high prices. Staff here harrass females moving around. Very bad experiences. Govt. should make some credible food chains here as all substandard food items are only here.

Bathrooms were not good. Need more cleaning staff and they need to be given better cleaning tools and detergents. I would be happy to pay a small service fee if the facilities are well maintained.
