Couldn't
have
imagined
Coco
Cubano
to
have
such
bad
service.
We
made
a
reservation
last
night
for
9
people
for
breakfast
at
10
am.
The
staff
wasn't
aware
of
the
reservation.
They
seemed
baffled.
According
to
them
the
evening
staff
hadn't
informed
them
of
the
reservation
so
the
kitchen
wasn't
ready.
It
makes
me
wonder
if
any
walk
in
customer
shows
up
what
will
they
offer
them??
The
manager
wasn't
there
either.
The
attendant
gave
us
the
menus
and
disappeared.
He
came
back
after
a
while
and
said
I
will
let
you
know
what
is
available
and
what
is
not.
Since
they
weren't
prepared
they
couldn't
offer
the
complete
menu.
Their
standard
service
time
is
25-30
mins.
We
ordered
pancakes
and
waffles
for
the
kids.
Took
about
40
mins
to
serve
pancakes
only.
The
waffles
were
nowhere
in
sight.
Upon
inquiry
we
found
out
the
first
batch
got
burnt.
The
second
batch
came
in
with
the
toppings
even
though
we
had
told
them
to
serve
the
toppings
separately.
The
food
for
the
adults
took
1
hr
7
mins
to
serve.
The
order
Included
two
chicken
Parm
and
pesto
sandwiches,
breakfast
tacos,
breakfast
burrito
and
two
cuban
Benny's.
The
poached
eggs
on
the
Benny's
were
cold.
We
asked
the
prawn
and
veggie
tacos
to
be
replaced
with
chicken
tacos,
they
decided
to
include
beef
taco
instead.
The
french
toast
and
breakfast
were
amazing
The
food
tasted
great
but
the
service
was
super
disappointing.
Seems
they
have
moved
all
their
staff
to
the
Raya
Fairways
branch.
Never
going
back
there
again.
Edit:
HBL
has
a
20%
discount
on
their
platinum
card
as
the
restaurant.
The
staff
came
back
and
said
that
there
is
a
Rs2000
cap
on
the
discount
while
there
was
no
such
thing
on
HBL's
site.
Again
a
misrepresentation
by
the
staff.
Despite
such
bad
service
they
had
the
audacity
to
charge
a
5%
service
charge.
Most
restaurants
have
a
service
charge
for
a
table
of
10+
people.
It
all
just
went
downhill
right
from
the
start
