The service was pathetic as compared to other terminals in the country. The driver is consistently on the phone while driving and the attending person is not even registering his bad behavior and manner of speaking. Moreover the bus itself is not maintained as compared to other bus service providers. Really Really disappointed in the service, as i regularly use this service for my travels. I hope my remarks are noted and adequate corrective measures are taken to enhance the quality of journey of other passengers as well. Regards

Daewoo has lost the good value identity it used to enjoy. The buses are dirty and rickety and make a lot of rattling sounds. The worst sound is the horn of the bus which sounds like it is in the bus. It was such a huge nuisance for the passengers, especially the sleeping children who then made it even more difficult for the rest after the very rudely loud horn woke them up. It didn't help that the driver had one hand on the horn which he used liberally. A fortnight ago, on both ways from my home town to Lahore and back home the busses broke down. One time, the clutch malfunctioned, and the other time, the engine overheated and the bus cabin filled with smoke, nearly suffocating the passengers. Daewoo administration needs to wake up and smell the roses. Very disappointed!

This is a small city bus terminal which offer good bus for local and long travels Also. Staff is Cooperative. Water served during the journey. The bus we take was Little Old but comfortable. Driver was efficient. Over All Experience was pretty good.

Worst condition of Buses travelling from lahore to Jehlum. AC was not working and in this 42° my 2 year kid almost fainted. The seats at the end were too heated up. They should have reduced the fare of last seats by at least 50% so the passengers are prepared and chose them by choice to face the heat coming from the generator below those seats.

They should change ore upgrade the terminal building. From front its look like very non professional transport company. They should improve it as per their standard

Customer service is very cheap even after confirming seats 2 times on call they just cancelled reservation on the spot without any prior notification. I thought daewoo is a professional service but found no difference from others. They should priotrise customer commitment if they really wants to create a difference.

Dirty washrooms, Miserable café with incredibly high prices of general goods. Water bottles of God knows what brand only; never heard of those brands ever before. Broken benches and gloomy sitting lounge. Ticket checker in extraordinary rush. No Seatbelts with most of the seats inside the bus I'm traveling. Can't turn off air-conditioning for my individual seat.

They are providing super bad service not recommend at all. Specially fr girls it's not suitable.. like twice it happened I booked my seat when arrived there 20 mins before they said ur booking is cancelled bcz someone else paid ur seat n we given it to that person.. then they don't even fitted m in any other place.. n I had to leave

Buses are too old, everything feels filthy. The arriving of bus is before 5:15 pm from ISB fwz to GRW. Daewoo bus arrived at 5:40 after that, they still wasted too much time in loading and boarding. There is no compensation of wastage of time & money to authorities.If this were we, our ticket and whole money was wasted if we didn't arrived on this so there should be a rule for them also if they don't arrive on time they will have to give us 50% amount back. Further more what a pathetic service, like un-cleaned busses with sub standard services they have started to provide to their customer.

Daewoo terminal is not crowded, even than washrooms were pathetic n too dirty. Waiting area was filled with liter. Could not understand why even Daewoo Staff is able to sit n work at place which is not worthy of animals. Shame on Daewoo....

Really pathetic service. They never start their travels in time. They waste a loooot of time (spend more time than actually designated) at inter-city stops. Canteen pe cheezon ki prices (just like bus fares) aasaamon pe hen lekin tea tk available nae hai. They use their poorest quality buses for small cities like jehlum, gujrat, sialkot and gujranwala. But they use their best quality buses only for big cities like lahore, rawalpindi, multan, faisalabad. People use daewoo express only because they have no better / alternative option.

Attention! I am Warning You Guys if you are going to travel by Daewoo Express from (Lahore to Gujranwala, Gujrat) or from (Gujrat, Gujranwala To Lahore) I'll suggest you change your mind. Otherwise, You'll experience the worst situation. 1:They are charging very much high fares on these routes. My last ticket was 670/-Rs from Lahore to Gujrat. (Normally fares on high-class services from Lahore to Gujrat are between 300-400) (Al-Syed Bus service offering Lahore to Gujrat trip in 300Rs till the date in Youtong luxury buses) 2: Very bad condition of Buses operation on these routes, Their seats & backrest adjustments mostly are not in working condition. 3: (3 hrs. and 15 minutes) routes from Lahore Thoker Niaz Baig to Gujrat GTS Daewoo terminal. 4: In my most recent experience their bus AC was not working on the other hand temperature was 44 C on that day. only their fan was on it was a suffocating environment inside the bus. ( I just called their customer care and talked to the representative and explained the situation. He just ignored my complaint and also dropped the call on his own as I was talking to him. Then I received a text from the company this call was dropped due to a signal issue.) 5: They don't have professional customer care service. Trust me if you'll be encountered a problem while traveling on the Daewoo bus they'll never support you they'll not talk to you about your concerns. 6: I have traveled many times and experienced their buses on GT road between Islamabad to Gujrat and Gujrat to Lahore are out of service. but they are just enjoying heavy fares for no reason. I must say they need a Boycott! They are just a waste of time and money. I pray for your safety and comfortable journey.

Horrible, absolutely horrible busses on this route. The seat backs have gone black, the AC vents have a mind of their own. The bus itself is 07 registered. Have had the misfortune of facing all of the above in three successive trips spanning 3 months. Would strongly advise against using these people. Everything shakes. Everything rattles. Everything squeaks. And the seat leathers are hard as rocks. These pictures are from two different trips. I thought the first one was a one off. This third trip settles it. Never again.

I have travelled from Gujranwala to lahore on August 28, 2021 on Daewoo Express Bus. At the Daewoo Express Bus Terminal Gujranwala AC was not working but in the BUS AC was working excellent. Bus condition was also good. Overall journey was also comfortable. The bus leaved the Gujranwala on Time. We arrived at Lahore Daewoo Express Bus Terminal on Time. We recommend you by traveling on Deawoo Express Bus Terminal from Gujranwala to Lahore.

Good place. You can use it to travel different places but they need to upgrade their old busses. If they cannot afford it they should at least check what is missing or what they can improve they just upgrade the ones those that will go to lahore or somewhere like that.

Poor services including sitting environment to entertaining on desk then vehicles are in pitty conditio specially fir this Gujranwala station. Buses are late most of the time. They dont wait for 1 mint of you traveller but you make you wait even for more than ½ hours to about 1 hour n there is no compansation in that..

Probably the only bus station which is short of Gujranwala city itself. Has basic food and drinks chips juices etc. secure sitting place outside reach of taxi vendors. Steel chairs not comfortable. Bathrooms for emergency use only

Have to travel once in a week.Now its easy to travel to Gujranwala from Lahore. Connecting gujrat, jehlam, Rawalpindi. A good initiative from Daewoo express. Providing a reliable transport with economical fares. Anyhow, need to replace all old buses on this route with new one's.

It was good but It's the worst service I have ever experienced in such a big fair. Busses are dirty and seats are broken, windows are leaked and smelly busses. I travelled from Rawalpindi to Gujranwala and it stays more than 7 times on different terminals like a local bus. I have ordered a gaming motherboard from lahore and the shopkeeper used to send my motherboard through Daewoo express and the experience was good. Their services are good and will more better. If you want a same day delivery then you may consider it.

Travelling through Daewoo has always been a good experience for me. Their regular and in time bus service for us who live as in small city like Gujrat is really a pleasant experience. Daewoo must sync their app with real time bus shedule.

The biggest inconvenience is that if you have luggage with you, you are suppose to carry it all the way from the road to the terminal by hand as they do not allow cars to come inside the compound. Pathetic rule. No trollies even. Condition of buses are even worse and charging soo much.

Relatively smaller terminal of daewoo bus but very comfortable place. Its very calm place, no rush, no noise. Its very easily accessible from GT ROAD. The terminal is located in exclusive compound. All facilities are connected to passenger lounge. Praying place for both genders is available. Wash rooms for both genders are in easy access and well maintained.

My family kids normally travel from Gujranwala to Faizabad Rawalpindi and Gujranwala to Lahore The A.C. of Buses are not too good and drivers are also avoid to on/Use the A. C. Further travel time all other transport takes 3.15 Hours from Gujranwala to Faizabad Rawalpindi but daewoo takes 4.05 hours which requires time adjustment as per other transport. Please snap check the arrival timing of all buses you will found all buses are being reached late from given schedule time

Daewoo Pakistan is the only transport service that has not yet disappointed in anyway possible. Always been above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

Daewoo is only big transport service in Gujranwala . They have a terminal near Pindi Bypass . Terminal is optimal. There is nothing fancy here but have all the necessities a passenger want . They have a quite big network . You can go pretty much any where you want to go in Pakistan . Mostly tickets are sold online . So please manage to book a prepaid online ticket before you arrive to the terminal . At least reserve your seats before arrival .

They need to make it cleaner but daewoo service itself is fine. It isn't anywhere as good as it was when launched but still fine.

I took this bus from Lahore to Islamabad. The bus is luxurious, comfortable seating and aircon is good. Punctuality, four thumbs up! The only thing I didnt like is the bus driver. He ruined my entire journey by pressing the horn far too many times even that I wasn't able to relax my mind, I was seated in front so I can hear the horn loud and clear. Dunno why it seems the driver is rushing. irritating...!

Daewoo Gujranwala terminal is located near Attock Petroleum Pindi Bypass. It have cooperative staff and the services are good but little bit expensive. Timing is also accurate.

It's getting better, only thing is limited edible food options. There is this good book shop though mainly providing typical urdu literature genre of wars and history and local fiction. One good feature is availability of charging booth, one can charge his/her phone. I really like the toilet/washroom which is acceptably clean always and for ladies washroom it's Indian toilet which is ideal at public places/spaces. Though they need to install commode seat for wheelchair bound and elderly travelers.
