お店に行って食べた事もデリバリーで注文した事も何回かあって美味しいイメージしかなかったけど…
凄く残念でした。
今回はデリバリーで注文したのですが、ナンを包んであるアルミホイルがしっかり閉じられてなく開いていたので
ほぼ冷めてる状態で生地は固くなり場所によっては焼き過ぎなのか変にパリパリになっていて最悪でした。
あと注文して届くのを待っていてもなかなか届かないので不思議に思っているとSMSで配達員の自動マッチングが時間内に行われなかった為キャンセルされたとの事でした。
再度注文し直すという手間がありました。
電話でその事を伝える事はしないんですね。
あと細かい事かもしれませんが、お手拭き普段は付けて下さるのに今回はありませんでした。
最後の2点に関しては別に目をつぶりますが、注文して届いて食べようとしたものがそんな状態ってどうなんでしょう?
