I went to this location last Thursday. My son's cheeseburger and my Big Mac both had an overwhelming amount of salt on them. They were totally inedible. I have been eating McDonald's for more than 50 years. I've worked up 2 different McDonald's locations at different points of my life. I've eaten at hundreds of different McDonald's locations in my life all over the United States, Canada, in Europe, Asia, Middle East Etc, and this was totally the worst MCD マクドナルド experience ever. Surely, there must have been many, many complaints that day. For my 10 yr old son not to be able to eat McDonald's, it had to be really, really, really bad.

Good McDonald’s easy access off the highway. Evening was very busy with quite a wait. Tried the Teriyaki burger and there was a lot of sauce on it. Nothing different than other McDonald’s food places around. Easy parking and friendly staff

I know you know McDonalds, but a Japanese McD's isn't the same. In Japan the food is actually really good and the restaurant is very clean and the staff, especially, is super friendly! they have Japan specific food, too, like the egg cheeseburger I had which was unique and really good!

If you've ever eaten at a McDonald's in America, then you know that the food you ordered NEVER looks like the advertisements, to say the least. However, that is not the case here. I've never, in my 36 years of living, at the time of this review, felt it a waste to eat the food I purchased. It was THAT perfect. I wish I took a picture, but, I was driving and felt getting to work on time was more important than showing the world that piece of art that was my burger. Plus, they did this while they were up to their necks in work. As it was their lunch time rush. They definitely have my respect.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to, believe this probably has everything to do with the fact that this is in Japan and not the US, Japan definitely has a much higher standard of food and customer service.

Excellent restaurant within walking distance of the base and the hotel on base. Right next to a nice shopping and food area right outside the gate. Staff was very friendly and helpful to foreigners.
