Stayed for 40+ nights. Always greeted each day. Great breakfast in the mornings 7 days a week. Coffee provided in the lobby. The whole staff is outstanding and very welcoming. Can’t say enough about the whole staff. My room was always clean with fresh towels daily. Highly recommend if you need a spot close to the airport.

Check in was easy. Almost all of the staff are super friendly, efficient and professional. The room was extremely clean and a very big. Breakfast was of a very high standard. The porridge could be a little less watery but the bacon and scrambled egg was some of the best I have ever tasted. We highly recommend this hotel.

This place was great. We had a double bed and pull out sleeper sofa. Stayed for 7 days with our 2 dogs and cats. The service was fast and friendly. Free breakfast was awesome. Muffins, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, grits, scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, biscuits and gravy, orange juice and apple juice.

I’ve stayed three times in the last month - and the experience has been consistent. The staff were kind and check in was smooth. The rooms are standard HP. I’ve had my share of buffet breakfast, and this one was above expected! Could have been that I go early, but the place was always clean and full of options.

I have stayed at many hotels. And this one raises the bar. The rooms big and clean ,the service perfect ,all the good channels and more. Save yourself the headache and just book here. Huge props to the night staff. Both the desk lady and shuttle drives hospitality and professionalism has been some of the best I’ve seen in years. Great people ,great hotel all around 10/10

Clean. Conveniently located. Good value. Nice selection of restaurants nearby. The HP-OCA should be 1st on your places to stay if you're flying into OKC for a business trip. Thanks for the solid stay.

Overall the place is clean, it offers a decent breakfast, and it is conveniently located for the airport. There are plenty of eateries nearby for food. Issues we had (we stayed 10 days): -3 towels for 4 people -Asked 3 times for linens to be changed before I asked for the linens so I could change them myself -Vehicle broken into and my 8 year-old's laptop was stolen (my kid forgot to bring it in) and the rest was ransacked. We were parked in the front lot, by the front door. When I said something the employees sounded unsurprised.

Though we haven’t yet stayed at the hotel, I want to send a shout out to the sales team particularly DEVIN! I booked a couple of blocks of rooms for early next year and he was Uber patient and walked me through the process like a pro! Looking forward to an excellent stay!!

My favorite hotel in OKC - always clean, very affordable and Demetrio at the front desk is a real pro. The breakfast is fantastic - coffee is always hot - staff is very accommodating. Stay here.

Overnight stay before early morning flight. Clean, updated, quiet. Front desk staff was a bit unprofessional. On her phone at check in. On her phone anytime no-one was at the counter.

This was an AMAZING experience and place to stay! The staff were TOP NOTCH and very welcoming. The reason I visited was because I was involved in an event for the Oklahoma Trucking Association that my company that I drive for was included.

Leo was the best part about the entire trip!!! I was there a couple days for a business meeting and the moment I walked in they were full of energy and positivity. I asked them for food recommendations and they were so helpful. Any time I saw them the interaction was always up beat. Room was nice too :)

I had very bad experiences during my July 2023 staying at this hotel. 1. Breakfast with a homeless. I could not believe it when I saw a homeless guy walking into the hotel lobby with a paper coffee cup in his hand. He filled the cup with some coffee and left through the front door. Moments later, the same guy returned. This time, he took a plate, picked up some food, sat down at the bar and started to eat. The hotel guests in the lobby are looking at him and looking at each others in disbelief. Hotel staffs were pretending not seeing anything. 2. This is not a safe place. My (locked) bike got stolen at the hotel (backside) parking lot. The hotel manager mentioned that "we are not responsible for the parking lot & have signs posted". I guess it was my fault not seeing the sign and mis-trusting this brand. (follow-up based on manager's response: 1 - there was no semi truck in the parking lot that morning. I personally don't think your parking lot is big enough for a semi truck. 2 - A semi truck driver will dress much cleaner than that guy. That guy was dirty head to toe. 3 - I did not see any security guy around the hotel, do you even have one? 4 - Do you even have security cameras facing the parking lot? Did you even bother to check that out? 5 - The response from the Hyatt upper management was disaster too. )

The staff is fantastic and friendly. We were traveling with my brother, who had a below knee amputation this past December. The staff helped us to make his traveling experience hassle free and his stay enjoyable. We will definitely be staying at this location again. Thank you for everything.

I stayed there for 29 nights, I requested the long term federal rate and only wanted to pay what my per diem amount was. When I booked the person on the phone priced it out and told me a number that was almost exactly my per diem rate, and I said “ even though I’m not staying a full month that is okay right and there won’t be any other fees that’s my total bill” they said “yes”. If I knew that I was being charged tax, I would’ve just gotten another night and pissed it away because it would’ve been cheaper! When I asked the representative about it, they said oh well, “that’s common sense”. Well tell that to the person who told me I wouldn’t be paying any other fees or taxes. You’re right it is common sense. That’s why I asked specifically. Additionally, I asked if I would have a “full kitchen” and was told yes. I guess their definition of a full kitchen is a microwave, and a tiny little mini fridge. Meanwhile, all my coworkers who stayed at the Staybridge across the street paid the same price, and got a full fridge, mini dishwasher, burner, and a microwave. Overall, communication was garbage. The cleaning people were the best part about this place. They always did a great job!

I became ill on a business trip. Everyone here went out of their way to make sure I was OK and that all of my needs were met. The staff is amazing! The hotel is nice too but the staff really deserves the credit.

We stayed one night as we had a 6am flight the next day. After checking in we went into the room and noticed there was no soap or shampoo. Went to the front desk and was told the entire hotel and all of Hyatt’s are out of soap. That is great to know that NO ONE in the hotel is washing their hands. I called and spoke to the manager and said that maybe you should inform people prior to check in so they can make the decision if they want to stay or not. She said thank you and we will take that into consideration. That was it- I understand there is a supply chain issue, but I called all the hotels around the area and they all had soap. My advice is to call and make sure they have soap prior to booking. Unless you are ok with the person checking you in not washing their hands during their shift and the person serving you drinks not washing their hands. Or the other guest not washing their hands when they touch the elevator buttons. When you start to think about it that way it is a little unsanitary. I wonder if they are even up to the Oklahoma Health Dept standards………..

Very comfortable room. Plenty of lighted parking. Safe. The staff thought it was more important to mop the floor behind the bar area than to help a guest with the evening purchase from the store. I politely ask, 3 times to help me purchase the items. 3 times he said let me finish mopping the floor. I let him mop his floor & I put the 3 items back on the shelve & returned to my room. I truly hope his floor is clean.

I left the same review on trip advisor, but I guess reiterate it here: From the moment we were picked up by the airport shuttle, until we left two nights later, the staff was a pleasure to be around! Genuinely friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and generally quiet, while the location itself was very convenient for an early morning flight out. And, for a weekend trip, I didn't have a problem finding an Uber to get where I needed to goh--thankfully avoiding having to rent a car.

Very large rooms in a decent location near the airport. My room had a fridge and the TV was HDMI accessible with sleep and real TV remote. The Wi-Fi was decent at 11mbps up and down. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. My only complaint is that the doors to the hall allowed too much sound through; 8:30am came fast after my late night and housekeeping must have assumed everyone was awake by then. Otherwise very nice hotel close to the airport.

I frequently stay at Hyatt throughout the country. This location was okay at best. When I arrived I was ignored, never spoken to while waiting to check in. The agent was right at the front and never even looked up. Then the room we were in had no ac. We were told we would be in another room on our floor by one young lady, then when moving told it would be on a totally different floor by someone else. The second room we were moved to didn't have a microwave. They weren't able to sale certain items because they were not in their system to sale yet. We were extremely disappointed. Thankfully the bed was still comfortable.

The room was nice the bathroom needs some attention. My biggest concern is why is the morning person's kids allowed to run around the breakfast area. One about ran me over and spilled my coffee...

how does this place have such great ratings? It’s dirty. There are smirnoff ice bottle caps everywhere on the floor of the room. The couch has brown stains. There is only one roll of half used toilet paper in the bathroom. Do yourself a favor GO ELSEWHERE!

Great complimentary breakfast. Clean rooms and comfy beds. The shuttle service was terrible though, The hotel was only 20 min away and it took the driver over an hour and half to pick me up. I called 3 times and was told he was in the way. That was ridiculous! Other than that it was good.

We were totally surprised! Spacious clean room, fantastic price.. and the best free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. (Jessica whips up a great buffet!) 😀

Perfect location if you're a sports fan and wanna watch the games.. A parking lot walk away to the frosted mug sports bar. Hotel was beautiful! We love Hyatt places! Staff was awesome and very friendly!! Nice on the outside as well as inside! They have a bar that was open until 10pm. Our room was SO spacious and lots of mirrors! (perfect for us ladies.) The bed was awesome! Nice view of OKC skyscrapers too. Shower was great. There was a kitchen in there but we never used it. Looked nice though. Breakfast was good...not much choice but still good.

The rooms were filthy the service late at night was horrendous location is right in the flight path to World Rogers World Airport. I would recommend highly that nobody go there until Hyatt has done a proper review of the rooms and regs that are not being followed, and the fact that something is simple as a catch a bottle was watered down so they could save money. If the owners of this franchise cannot sustain Heights high standards then they should be removed as owners of the hotel. First I'd redirect somebody to review them once a month via hidden guests, Hyatt Personnel reviews, and blind reviews while the owners are put on probation for a period of 2 years to correct all the deficiencies. The breakfast bar that you can have all you want you don't want any of. Avoid at all costs. If they offer to you for half price of say 50 bucks a night don't do it.

Most important thing they could do is have soap available in guest rooms especially during a pandemic. Never have I been told by any hotel that they are not receiving soap for some reason so they can’t provide soap in guest rooms. Does corporate really not provide a hotel with such basic things? They should have wifi that works for guests in their rooms. The heating systems in our room was so loud that it sounded like a truck was running through the wall. Understand its an airport hotel but big disappointment.
