The credit card reader wasn't working when we arrived, so they wouldn't let us check in, even though our room was fully prepaid. I realize that sometimes computers fail, but they had no authority or contingency plan to care for guests in such an event. After a few computer reboots, we finally checked in. The room was relatively clean, although the bathroom sink was caked with some kind of residue (toothpaste, makeup?). There was a sign by the elevator that stated that they don't have housekeeping, so if you need anything like an extra towel or pillow, you have to come down in person and ask for it. That also left me wondering who cleans the rooms. This wasn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I wasn't expecting The Ritz-Carlton, but it definitely had the vibe of one of those places that would turn you away and make you sleep outside because of something that was their fault.

This place was a nightmare honestly. I could tell it was going to be horrible just from the decor in the lobby. Their credit card system was down when we got there, it took probably 20 minutes to check in and it was just awkwardly unprofessional. Luckily we were only staying a night to see a show down the street (the location was the only reason we stayed here), but I couldn't wait to leave. The room was musty and extremely outdated. Do yourself a favor and pay extra and stay somewhere else.

Mattress needs to be replaced lumpy and no support. Bathtub needs to refinished. Most lights in the room were missing light bulbs and had no way to plug in. TV is TINY!!!!! Front desk unattended. This location is in bad need of updates and renovation. The hall carpets are rippled room carpets are filthy! Advertised airport shuttle but there are none as well as breakfast bar that a notice at front desk said we will give you a honey bun or granola bar. And really!!!! powdered creamer????

Very disappointed. Shower had soap scum and a dirty ring on the tub. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hadn't been mopped. Missing light bulbs in the lamps. Would expect better from a Wyndham hotel.

Awful awful this place is under construction so we expected some craziness and we’re met the most unprofessional and nasty room for starters our room was not cleaned at all there was a used dirty so far left in our shower the chair on the room was filthy and sticky the air conditioner in the room has chunks of white stuff the towel bar fell off of the wall and when we told all of this and showed the manager the pics she said we are under construction but would try to accommodate us and she’s done nothing but take the towel bar off the wall but fix nothing we have pics of everything!!!! Somebody needs to contact us immediately!

They say they serve breakfast but it's a lie. Returned to our room at 4:20pm and discovered room service had not been here yet. Asked for more coffee packets but the front desk person didn't even know what I was talking about. Noisy people upstairs wouldn't be quiet so I asked for another room on the top floor. Ramiro at the Front Desk was as helpful as possible, but the management of this hotel sucks. Will never stay there again.

So 1st off, we booked two rooms. Both bathrooms were not cleaned. We had to ask for clean shower curtains because the ones that were there were black and dirty . There was toilet paper in one toilet plus a bar of soap that was already used. The rooms were dusty. Honestly I wouldn't recommend to stay here unless you have no other options. I'm not the one to give business bad reviews , but I hope this opens the owners eyes and does something about it before it loses more customers. The location was kind of sketchy super dark at night. That appeared to be a abandoned mall. The front door remains locked in the after hours. Make sure you keep your key. **No Breakfast** We were outside trying to come in and the receptionist just sat there and stared at us and didn't bother unlocking the door. We had to get another family member come down the elevator to push the door open!

Called and made reservation on the phone. Specifically asked multiple times if they have a hot tub. Was told yes everytime I asked. Checked in and 1st person at the desk said they had a hot tub as well, but when I asked someone else. They said we just have a heated pool. Only thing they had was an overheated pool room, pool water was cold. The lighting in the pool room didn't seem to be working. Vending machine didn't work. Then she said they would serve breakfast starting at 6 am. Which didn't happen they hang a sign saying not serving breakfast due to covid. Does look like I received the extra 25 fee they were charging. Nobody at front desk when checking out. Would not recommend this location.

When reserving the room we were told there was a hot tub in the room. There was not. There was a jetted bathtub in the bathroom. There was water dripping from the ceiling all night splitting into the carpet. Most likely mold in the ceiling as it seems to have been doing this for quote sometime. They refused to refund any of the 299. We will not be going back to this hotel.

Horrible selection for breakfast. The toilet in the room barely flushed. Denied a 30 minute grace period for late checkout. Will never recommend this place. I have stayed previously in the past year s and it was Amazing! These new owners are THE WORST!!!

It's pretty comical to see a sign posted outside the building saying "smoke free building" when as soon as you walk in you smell weed comimg from the check in desk. The room was disgusting and wasn't very clean when I walked in. Carpet wasn't vacuumed, the walls had brown and black stains, and the the mirrors we not clean.

staff was friendly, rooms had lots of space and they were at a good price. There was a movie theater right next to the hotel and many places to go eat near its location. outside of the hotel looks very nice and the inside always warm great for the winter I was very pleased on how the pool was heater. I noticed the front desk is always taking security serious.

I haven't stayed here but whoever is working front desk is very unprofessional. I've called more than seven times just for them to pick up the phone and hang up. Great way to make business πŸ˜’πŸ‘Ž

We went in and found food on our floor and seen bugs like roaches. The bed was uncomfortable and the lights was not working.

For the price it was better than most! I booked on priceline and I believe the total cost for my room including fees and taxes the total came to right around $68.00, for a Saturday in Okc that's not bad. Front staff was very polite at check in and check out room was decent and clean and the pool was open.

There were numerous issue but the major one is the fact they collect a deposit when you check in and they do not give them back. They will give you every story there is, but this is the new scam to steal money. Besides that, the rooms have no fridge or micro, and the ownership will not air condition the hallways or the common areas. It’s miserable to have to stand in an elevator or hallways that are 20 degrees hotter then the rooms. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP, that’s the motto here.

Any one heard of paying a 25 dollar deposit for a room at midnight with maybe8 cars in the lot to hold the room for the night. Drove 55 minutes as required payment in person. What a racket.

A little way from the interstate, but worth the effort to get there. Room was very clean and the desk staff was friendly. Not as much vending as most and was lacking a guide to TV, no menus and no info on food delivery restaurants, but...that's not what counts. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Rooms were very clean, I enjoyed the stay and the front desk was so very kind. It is located near a movie theater and a Texas roadhouses. Front desk gentleman was very helpful through the night. Next to highway so very easy to go around places in the city, definitely coming again.

Everything was great! Only doen scale is my card was charged twice! I've emailed management and talked to multiple staffmebers about the situation. Still a few weeks later I still have not been refunded 377.66 for the double charge. And the management team has not emailed me back
