The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The cleaning ladies are spot-on and very generous people. Unfortunately, that's about it, now I'm going to reflect on why this hotel is just disappointing and over-inflated in price. First of all, front desk customer service is overwhelmingly bad and rude, especially Arica. She's a black older age woman who gets easily frustrated and is always on the phone. Especially when you interrupt her, she will raise her voice. I had a problem in the laundry room, that the door lock became inoperable, thus it won't open with your key card, I had left my laundry bag inside. I kindly let Arica know of my situation, and she looked annoyed about it and waited for maintenance to come, which took almost 2 hours to arrive. Finally, I came down to check if the issue was fixed, and Arica expressed no interest and started to get annoyed again because she had to put her iPhone down. I asked kindly, how long it would take for the device to charge (which unlocks the door lock,) and she said "I don't know." I asked again kindly, if I could speak with the maintenance person, and told me to go find her and if they were not there, that is not her problem. I needed to know how long it was going to take for the device to charge and Arica started to get frustrated and raise her voice. Thus, I immediately left, hoping this inconvenience situation would resolve soon. However, I did not appreciate Arica's attitude, and I was becoming stressed, because I could not leave the hotel until I was able to get my laundry bag. I had to postpone family lunch and other errands which greatly encouraged me to write this review. For the price of the hotel room, breakfast and dinner items, and other services, are not worth it. I had to bite my tongue hard and not retaliate because I knew there were guests in the lounge room, and I did not want to disturb them. Lastly, I still have multiple unfortunate occasions that question the hotel's customer service and I could publish another paragraph about it, but this is the most recent disappointment of the hotel service, and I hope you don't have to go through this.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location... However, we were disappointed that the hot tub/spa was out of service even after we were told it was working. There was a sign up that showed considerable age indicating the hot tub was broken. We asked about an expected repair date and were told it was unknown. Our experience with Hilton hotels and hot tubs is starting to replicate that of McDonald's and their ice cream machines. No matter what we do to verify the working presence of a hot tub ahead of time, it is inevitably broken or out of service when we actually arrive. Quite disappointing despite and otherwise pleasant stay.

My husband and I flew into Oklahoma for business for 3 days. We were greeted by Sandra who was so professional and nice! She even gave us some yummy cookies! I wanted to shout out to the entire staff. Everyone was so approachable and friendly! The restaurant was great! The rooms are very clean and spacious. Thank you Leslie you are a doll! If any of you want a job in California my husband and I will hire you! Thank you again for a lovely visit. Mr & Mrs Baker

I had a nice stay but it wasn't the best. I wouldn't stay here again simply because I did not feel welcome as a valuable guest. The hotel itself was fine. The room was very clean (no complaints about that at all.) The bed was great. The hotel was nice, everything was modern, clean, bright, etc. The shuttle drivers were very nice. Shuttle driver Anita (I think) provided a great ending to my stay. Really no complaints about anything except the front desk. I'm just not going to stay where I am not welcome. There are too many choices to go where I don't feel valued as a customer.

This hotel stay was pretty good and a had no issues. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not free and from what I saw from outside not the breakfast area it doesn't seem to be worth any extra charge. I would stay here again though if I was visiting in the area.

Very clean hotel, great lobby entrance with a well stocked market area for different items. Bright lobby with a restaurant, and a decent sized bar that was staffed appropriately. Comfortable room and comfortable bed. Great place to stay if your flying in and out of OKC.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in a while. Very much enjoyed the staff, how clean the room was, the extra space in the suite, the comfort of the bed, and how quiet it was. Will 100% stay here again and recommend it to others. 5 minutes from the rental car return and 8 minutes from the airport. No brainer.

A five-star stay! I cannot say enough about the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Oklahoma City Airport. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout our stay. My room was well-appointed, my bed was very comfortable and the place was spotless. The gym was far better than I expected and the breakfast buffet offers plenty of healthy options. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay in Oklahoma City, this is your spot!

The staff were not super friendly. coming into town for a wrestling tournament and making the kids leave the lobby by 10pm. bar tender did not like her job and did not want to be there. service was slow and rude. Took forever to get food and drinks, but we weren't allowed to bring in a pizza for the kids. front desk staff was rude and consistently getting on to team and parents. hotel policies were not consistent with other double trees.

The rooms were clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly really good. Love the jacuzzi! Great hotel to stay at.

This started out bad with a "1965" room decor and a banging heater that was really intolerable. But we called the front desk and an angel named Sandra saved the day. Not only did she give us another room, but it was a suite and same price. Best customer service we have had in a long time. My husband is down in okc visiting his terminal brother.and if it wasnt for Sandra, the trip would have been depressing all the way around. You need to hire more employees like Sandra Doubletree and we will definitely be back.

I was told I could have a late check out no problem. Then apparently an hour later the owner needed my specific room and told the front desk to tell me they didn't need to provide me a late check out because I'm not a gold or diamond member anymore. The front desk employee came up to me in the lobby and told me that exact thing and I needed to vacate the room. The co worker I was traveling with could stay in his, but I couldn't stay in mine. There were other open rooms. Not sure why they couldn't use one of those.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed at in Oklahoma. Rooms are clean and quiet (walls not paper-thin). Extra blanket in the closet is a nice touch. It's just 7 min away from the airport (OKC) and hotel shuttle is available. There is a restaurant on property and several others in vicinity. This hotel actually has a roomy and functional gym with variety of dumbbells and several machines as well as an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff is great and welcoming. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Trust me when I say if you can find a different hotel please choose one. The staff apparently does not like their job. I had to reach out to make a complaint ice cream was left in the ice box that was not cold. Paid for a suite got a king. Check in took me over an hour. The carts need fixing and the elevators are slower than snails. The sink didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom. The cleaning crew just goes into your room so early knowing the people has not checked out. It was 9 and check out is at 12 you should have a list of rooms that has already been checked out I’m sure mine was not on the list and didn’t give mw time to get out the bed before I greeted them at the door in my pjs

The hotel is situated so that there is easy access to most anything. The room was very nice but...my phones didn't work for the first 4 days and no ethernet access despite being wired for it. My work computer requires wired access for security reasons. 1 of the elevators out of 2 failed the last couple of days. House keeping only comes when you request it. Since no phone, I had to go to front desk to get it also no wake up calls were available to me without the phones. Bed and sofa were comfortable. Breakfast was optioned no better than a Hampton Inn free breakfast but 15$. Very limited. First time I was disappointed by a Double Tree stay. Staff was nice and helpful and again the location plus room comfort made up for alot.

Always a friendly staff clean rooms, and delicious cookies! Though at this stay, someone be it in parking lot ot close by had car stereo at full blast for well over an hour after 10 pm on Fri. Except for that minor inconvenience that kept me from sleeping. All was well!

The toilet would not flush. Literally would not flush. I was told there were no other rooms. Maintenance could not fix the problem. Staff did not want to give me a new room. When I finally moved to a handicap room, it was dusty and the bathroom stunk. I was told it was gases from the sewer. I was provided breakfast voucher ($15) for my dissatisfaction. The oatmeal was cold. The terrible breakfast just furthered my displeasure with my stay.

Booked and paid for the room online through Expedia and our bank account was charged. Arrived very late (1 in the morning) and the physical card we presented for the deposit was declined. We found out from our bank in the morning the CVV code was entered wrong for the deposit. When we were told we would not get a room we requested a refund and were told we did not provide 24 hour notice, so no refund would be issued. After a long trip, instead of sleeping in a hotel room we already paid for, we basically worked all night to get a refund on a room we were denied due to staff error.

I stayed there back in October for work. Brian, the manager, took care of me during check-in he was great. Customer service is very friendly and professional. The room was a bit outdated but spacious and clean. Definitely I would stay there again

Room not clean there were blood stains on the bathroom door and vanity stand. The extra bedding in the closet wasn't clean. Toilet ran constantly. The pull out was springs covered with sheet. I considered it unusable. No Hair dryer. Phones didn't work. Was not offered chocolate chip cookies. Was not given food vouches.

The hotel and rooms are very clean. I stayed two nights and they did service my room after the first night. This room was a nice size and the facility is well maintained. It’s just minutes from the airport. I did buy breakfast for $14. It was good. It’s 10 min from Bricktown. I’d stay again. The service was friendly.

Brian and J.R are the best. Professional during check in and you can tell they love their job and taking care of their guests. Props to Brian for wearing many hats including driving the shuttle and checking us in. 5 star service

Room is nice but not what we pre-paid for. We checked in online per our email the night b4 but got to hotel and room was not available. It was given to someone else. So front desk person found us another room(not as nice), then charged us again. He was too busy to figure out what was going on with 5 other people behind us and he was the only other person working counter and asked if we could call the help line. Not starting off our 6 month anniversary getaway on the right foot.

This was my first time staying at a double tree and I won't stay at another double tree again. The breakfast they serve is literally the same breakfast a person would receive at a Hampton Inn & Suites except it is not free. As a gold member, I did receive $30 credit toward breakfast and the snack bar so it was free. If I wasn't a gold member, I would have been severly frustrated at this and I don't like the idea of how this affects non gold or diamond members. The pool and hot tub are small. The TV channels offered are limited in the guest rooms. Also the Ice Machines on every floor are broken and we had to get ice from the 1st floor. The room we stayed in did not feel very clean and there were no trash liners in the trash cans. I love Hilton hotels but I won't stay at another double tree. I'd rather stay at a Hampton Inn & Suites, Home2Suites or Embassy Suites.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite with 2 king beds for 6 nights. I made this reservation 3 weeks in advance. After I checked in I walked up to a 2 queen room with a pullout sofa bed. Went back down and showed the staff my description showing it was a 2 bedroom suite with 2 king beds and 2 separate rooms. Figured it would be an easy fix and they overlooked the room description. Supervisor apologized for the inconvenience but stated that since I booked through a third party (workperks) I would have to take it up with them. Explained I paid almost $200 a night because it was supposed to be a 2 bedroom suite. I could have easily booked a 2 queen room for $100 a night. Asked to speak to her manager and she stated there was no one else I could speak to. Asked her if she owned the hotel and she stated she did not. Asked again to speak to her boss and she stated he was busy. Asked for a room rate reduction and she said no because of the third party situation. Asked if a suite would become available in the next 6 nights and she said no without even checking her computer. She then went back to the office and spoke with her busy manager that would not even come out and speak with me and stated that there was nothing he could do. She ended up giving me breakfast vouchers. Will never book with any Hilton hotels going further for my family vacations and they lost a corporate account as well for their utterly poor customer service. My girls were looking forward to having their own room and now we are all in one room for 6 nights.

This was my second visit here. My first visit was five years ago and I have to say that it was a better visit. I will begin with the good. The desk staff is awesome; pleasant and attentive. My room was clean and I slept well. The hotel has several issues that they need to address! I had to call the hotel for the shuttle despite website and phone notification. Most are not big issues at all but they play a role in your overall impression. The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was fair at best. One and done. I could not get the phones to work to report an issue to the front desk; but that could because of something that I was required to do to get it to work? I fear the implications in an emergency. The sink drains are awful! They need to change them immediately. Despite a maintenance call my bathroom sink drained poorly and I had to turn to the tub for hot water. I found this matter to be the most frustrating during my stay. The ice machines on the third and fourth floor were down. The third floor machine was never repaired, so I had to leave the floor for ice. There was also a leaky ceiling in the ice room on one morning that the housekeepers overlooked. It was immediately addressed. I feel like I deserved a daily cookie for the inconveniences, lol. I will definitely read reviews before considering a stay in the future.

I have stayed at this location for over 10 years with 45 plus nights a year and 2 rooms along with all of my clients staying here as well. Our truck was broken into last Thursday Nov 12. No cameras, no security, no anything!! Not even a “sorry this happened” from the hotel. I asked for a call from the manager and got only crickets! Five nights later our truck was broken into again!!!! They have zero concern for any clients never mind those that have been continuously loyal year after year. Shame on me. I will never be back.

***I started writing this in the van on the way to the hotel and waited until I left to publish it incase the staff didn’t like what I’d have to say. *** I haven’t even gotten to the hotel and I’m giving it 1 star because the driver AND the hotel shuttle smell like cigarettes. 1st impression… Disgusting and totally outside of the Hilton brand!!! I have asthma and I’m gasping for fresh air. They have a no smoking policy, but the van driver SMOKES IN THE VAN. The smell of cigarettes is VERY POTENT on him and the van. Call an Uber instead! There’s also a white towel on the hotel shuttle seat behind the driver. Now who do you think is going to sit in that? The room was ok. There were crumbs on each nightstand and an old sticky spill. Only here for a few hours, but this is still ridiculous. Will definitely be avoiding from here on out. P.s. the morning driver who is a nice little lady was MUCH BETTER! she was very friendly and she DID NOT smell like cigarettes. She wiped the van down with Clorox wipes and let it air out. I would give only her 5 stars.

Surprisingly nice property on a main thoroughfare, but set back enough for a quiet stay. The room was a well-appointed mini-suite. The shuttle driver, Anita, was punctual in getting us to the airport on time

Great staff! Good breakfast (not complimentary) and clean accommodations. The bed was amazing. Great value w good location close to the airport and also just a short distance from I-40. Would definitely stay here again.

I was put in the furthest room from entrance, room was ok,all lights went out! Definitely not up to Doubletree Standards i have stayed at before! Highly recommend staying somewhere else! I planned on staying in January but will definitely Cancel!! You will be mistreated by Black Employees and made to feel funny when you attempt to go eat Breakfast!! A Truly Disappointing experience!! The lady present when I checked out was the only employee whom was Professional!! The Manager should check his people and get some employees whom actually know their Industry!

The room is large and cozy. There is ample space to spread out with two TVs, sofa-bed, king sized bed and desk. The staff is pleasant. The pool and gym areas are clean and well appointed. As a gold member, the food credit and water are always great. The cookie...always a hit.
