Not sure where to start. I travel frequently for work and have spent 60 nights at this location so far this year between trips so I’ve had time to see almost everything here. The property is showing it’s age tremendously. From the stained hallway carpets to the holes in the walls in the rooms, worn beds and broken latches, there’s a lot that you’ll notice. Towels and sheets you’ll want to inspect as half are usually dirty. My first room had a sagging door, which prevented the deadbolt from engaging. Hot water is a hit or miss depending on the time of day you need it and the water pressure drops whenever someone nearby uses the sink/toilet. Service is severely lacking. Earlier this year during one of my stays there was a 1 person/1 family rule on the elevators and staff would not give you priority. One housekeeping member yelled at me when I walked up to the elevators as she was getting on. Speaking of housekeeping, it was always a hit or miss as well. Never consistent on the days or times. Laundry is no longer free and you’re better off finding a local laundromat. The washers and dryers here are absolutely disgusting and the dryer won’t dry your clothes. There was only one working ice machine during my stay in January for the entire hotel. Now that marijuana is “legal” in OKC, expect the hallways and elevators to occasionally stink. People will even smoke it right in front of the main entrance which is always a nice welcome. My last stay I was one of six to have their window smashed out in their parking lot. Hotel staff couldn’t have been more inconsiderate. When I asked the front desk clerk if they had notified the police he said “you do that on your own” and that was it. No apologies, no discount on the room now that I’m spending $400+ to have a window replaced. Nothing. I decided to check out early and the desk clerk says “well they hit other properties nearby too” as if that makes things better? Do yourself a favor and stay off Meridian Ave if you can. These properties are all showing their age and the area has gone downhill drastically. There are better options a few minutes away.

This one is a bit more easier to pen. The staff was great, the room excellent, (Didn't know they were this size. Would've been nice to have one of these when we stayed at the one in Euless for 70 days, but I digress). As usual, there are flaws in a hotel that I find need attention so the next guest can enjoy. Ceiling - the ceiling tape used from a repair is coming down. Wallpaper - Coming off wall. Paint - Needs to be retouched Bathroom - Better than expected. Just a little rust and mold around/under the edge of the sink. Vent - Just a little dust. Pocket doors - Love them. Wish there was an easier way to open. Water - Took too long to warm up. That's all I could find which is phenomenal considering my previous reviews of other establishments.

Hi. The hotel was nice and the area is nice, but please add cameras around your hotel. Our truck was hotwired and broken into and due to a lack of cameras we were unable to provide any evidence that could help us. The hotel staff said nothing could be done to help. We now have to get rid of our truck because it is completely busted and the automotive place cannot provide any parts to fix it because of a lack of demand for said part. I appreciate the staff and the work they do and I am not angry at them, but to the owners: there are many break-ins around the area. We passed several active police cars assessing crimes on the way to the hotel. Please do your part to take into consideration how your hotel can prevent future incidents like this. Thank you.

Cool area surrounding the hotel that tucks you away from the busy streets of OKC. We were only here to sleep so not much can be said about the amenities at this property. We did find roaches in the room which was a first for us at a Hilton property. Parking felt secure and no issues with leaving a vehicle overnight. Rooms were spacious but felt old.

Was in town for soccer tournament.. got this room because it was close to outlets and had indoor pool for my daughter .. the pictures on their website and Hilton app looked good but once we checked in the hallway to our room smelled of smoke and stunk… our room was the same way .. Pool was closed which was not disclosed on app when booking.. needed to use guest laundry to wash uniform and they smelled like mold. It’s probably one of the worst home 2 suites I’ve stayed in.. the lobby was nice but the room I stayed in was not.. someone even tried to steal my car tag sticker off my car while I stayed there . Breakfast was pretty gross also.. the only thing really edible was the waffles .

Absolutely love this location. I stay here 4-10 days a month and it's my home away from home. Staff is impeccable and extremely friendly. It's always very clean and welcoming. Even the guests here seam to be more inviting and social.

Was there during a business trip back in July of 2020. Height of COVID so they had all the protocols in place to keep guests safe. Was there a few days and the place was really quiet and very clean. If I had to stay in OKC again this is where I would book.

I really enjoyed this hotel room. I had no issues with the room or staff. The room has bowls, cups, mugs and eating utensils. This makes it very easy to feed my child without having to buy fast food when out of town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable too.

Before going to our room we were informed that we would need to turn the hot water on to the sink for the water in the shower to heat up. What? If breakfast is from 7am to 10am why at 9:00 is there no food?!?!?! Worst stay with a Hilton I ever had.

We have stayed at this location multiple times and it was always our go-to up until these last two visits. First time they didn’t have a luggage cart…. The lady at the desk said someone stole them all. She said we could see if there was one at the hotel next door… We were staying over a week so had packed a large hard-sided cooler full of ice and food we had to carry ourselves to the room. The last time we were put in a room on the corner of the building and the floor was cracked, had visible shifting and was at a slant. We were just hoping the corner of the building didn’t collapse during our stay. They definitely need to get an inspector out there. Also the bathroom door is a pocket door and the latch to pull the door shut was broken. We had to use the tips of our fingers to get enough suction on the door to pull it shut. Very inconvenient.

From the moment we got there we received nothing but first class treatment. Our receptionist made sure that we were happy with our room and went overboard in helping us get settled in. She was still there in the morning when we checked out. We arrived about 8:30 p.m. that evening and left about 10:30 a.m. the following morning. She was still there checking people out and helping to fix the breakfast that was complimentary. Hands down the hardest working crew I've ever seen. I work for a major Hotel chain.

I needed somewhere near the airport, great location. Rooms clean. Upper hallways is a little scary-looking. Breakfast is great, I love the hot choices. One of the washers is broke, but I haven’t had to wash clothes. The gym is nice. Great view of the OK river, if you’re lucky enough to get a room on that side of the hotel. Cold AC in a hot summer!!

You will need to join a waiting list for a hot-plate and might not get it. The room I was in, had a curtain as a "room" divider. The pool was under maintenance for at least 1 week. The dryers DO NOT WORK. When it is freezing temperatures, do no park near the street, the sprinklers will spray your car and freeze.

A lot to be desired. Fitness room has very little, the pool is old and dingy(no hot tub or outside pool that they boast having), the breakfast this morning(730am) consists of frozen breakfast sandwiches, cereal and waffles and apparently they let homeless people come in and eat along side you? If possible, stay somewhere else in the area. This place clearly used to be a run down old hotel that was purchased and had a light coat of paint thrown on it and called a Hilton Home 2. Also, not sure if this is a normal thing but you have to specifically request housekeeping?

The rooms were nice and clean Staff were friendly And helpful, I would like to shout out Tony in the kitchen he was very Accommodating. Great location next to the Oklahoma River so you can take a walk or ride But my favorite part was that the pool stayed open 24 hours and was also clean We stayed in Oklahoma City a week and it was great. That's why its named Home 2

I really liked the free breakfast, indoor pool, and kind staff that I encountered during our stay! The hotel is right by the Oklahoma river, which has walking/biking trails, and is an overall pretty area to be in!

Rooms were nice and reasonably priced. Hotel is starting to show it's age. Breakfast was fair, no hot pans of items at this location. Family was disappointed that the pool was closed during our whole stay. Wish they had posted the pool closing on their reservation page, it would have affected our decision to stay.

Room have big fridge, microwave, utensils, kitchen ware, which is amazing. However, restroom door is terrible design. Somehow it in between wall? Cannot be closed! Water take forever to heat up, then get super hot after 5 minutes, and can't be adjust. Either using super hot ones or luke warm or cold. When you flush the toilet, water splash up. Been using home2 suites almost everywhere we go, so far this one not my favorite.

Are you kidding me? This place is absolutely disgusting. I don't even have the words. Our room smells absolutely AWFUL. It's filthy and it looks like it's under construction. It's oddly shaped, had virtually not storage and did I mention it smells? We stayed at a Home2Suites in Albuquerque and it was WONDERFUL. Clearly they are not all the same. We drove all day and are only staying here 1 night...Thank God! We got here and needed to get dinner. My kids said "We don't even want to eat. We just want to go to sleep so we can wake up and leave." DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Perfect location as its quite easy to get to the airport and to get into Oaklahoma City Centre. Everywhere was very clean and tidy, our suit was clean, tidy and fresh. I'd definitely recommend. The breakfast options was also good. Staff are quite friendly. Good amount of parking space too.

Great location on this hotel you can see downtown and a river out the window on the back side. Guest services were great and checked us in early. That part was nice after driving 6 hours to get here. The rooms were ok. Seems like there needs to be a little fit and finishes looked over. The pool was dirty but at the end of winter so understandable.

Great stay! Enjoyed the kitchen and the natural light. The bathroom mirror was awesome and bed was really comfy. Super affordable and we had no issues with someone breaking into our cars.

Overall it was a nice stay, first night check- In could have been a bit more upbeat but yes clean rooms, bed was a bit uncomfortable needs work and a nicer mattress. Good breakfast, nice showers, nice kitchen area and TV, etc..... will recommend and a good area with a decent amount of parking. Pool could have been heated better.

CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL !!! I travel often And have stayed at several properties throughout my travels. This hotel exceeds my expectations in cleanliness and professionalism. My room was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel While visiting Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Well managed and operated property. Thank you for a great experience! Great location too.

Fit and finish left a lot to be desired. Both pocket doors for the bathroom had broken latches, difficult to pull out the hooks to close the doors. The fan in the bathroom had a pulsing sound, but there was no way to turn it off, so it ran all night. The bed was clean and comfortable, but being on a metal box spring with metal sides meant that it squeaked and banged every time you moved. Indoor pool looked like it needed a good scrubbing, but we didn't look that close. The complimentary breakfast was good, better if you get there earlier. Staff was friendly and efficient. We had a non smoking room on a non smoking floor, but still left there smelling like weed from someone who used the elevator for a "recreational vehicle", but that's no fault of the hotel.

I went to visit a friend and after I was done it was too cold to wait outside for my ride the lady basically kicked me out. Absolutely rude. It's not like I am homeless or even bothering anyone

Close to airport. Nice walking trail right by hotel and indoor pool with great view in the evening. Very clean and some of the best bathroom lighting I have ever seen. So, super great to use to do my makeup (or use if you are selfie person). One issue for me were the walls are thin. I could hear children screaming and TVs at 7:30 am and there were some homeless people fighting outside around midnight. Could hear the entire situation going down.

I love this hotel, it is always clean and it always smells so good. I have never had a issue with my hotel room. Shawn and Toya are the best!!!!!!! My only complaint is the unfriendly rude night auditor. This guy will not speak to you and it doesn't matter if you speak to him, he will not respond This guy never smiles. Life is short sir stop being hateful

I have never seen a more unprofessional and unqualified hotel manager in my life, Latoya. We visited this hotel to pick up a friend's dog to take care of it while she worked all day. Our friend arranged with the Night Auditor to have a hotel key issued to us. Upon arriving, the Night Auditor had not communicated to the morning Front Desk Agent. The Agent was polite and apologetic and stated she needed to get her Manager for assistance. Her Manager, Latoya, came to the desk and was extremely rude right off the bat. She immediately attempted to push the blame off on us and/or our friend. She stated, with a condescending tone, "it's our policy to verify identity for room keys." We understand this; that’s why we attempted to properly arrange things prior. As it took some time to get a hold of our friend and resolve the situation, our body language apparently was not pleasing to Latoya. She laughed right in our faces and shook her head - we had not even voiced our frustration! We had every right to be upset - we were on a time schedule and her front desk didn't communicate properly. She continued to be very passive aggressive and pushing off the issue like it was our fault - never apologizing for the mistake her front desk made. When we finally said, "you know, we have a right to be upset," she said - "well, of course you do! I can't take that away from you." Well, apparently what you don't have the right to do is have a private conversation with your spouse in this hotel. When we walked away from the front desk - and were at the elevators at this point - I told me spouse, "man, she was a b**ch." Apparently the manager could hear me. She screamed after me "Get out! I will call the cops on you!" And ran after us and made me get off the elevator and leave the hotel. We had certainly not done anything to warrant being removed from the property. I called up later to ask to speak with someone over Latoya, and Latoya refused. She told me she was the Hotel Manager, she doesn’t have a boss, and she works for herself. Our friend said she had multiple issues with Latoya, as well. So word to the wary – don’t stay at this hotel because, if you have a problem with Latoya, you’re out of luck. Side note – Latoya said she would try to get a hold of our friend’s employer and get her in trouble. Very vindictive! Especially considering – again – it’s her employee that messed up and her complete lack of customer service and poor attitude the led to the situation. Let’s take a minute, though, to consider this entire situation. The core of hospitality is to provide refuge and service to travelers – to help make their travel easier and more exciting. We were there to assist one of the hotel’s guests. Had the Night Auditor communicated properly, the entire situation would have been avoided. This is a training issue, which falls on the shoulders of Latoya. When it was discovered the Auditor made a mistake, Latoya – the Manager – only escalated the situation. She never apologized. She took a mistake her employee made and created a worse situation. This is the antithesis of good management style. We all know service culture starts at the top – Latoya clearly sets a “my way or get tf out” service culture at this hotel. There are far too many great hotels in this area. Go somewhere else.

This place is top-notch! The staff and workers are the best! The cleanliness of the lobby and our room was superb, coffee was fresh and hot, and the breakfast was awesome! This is where I'll stay if I ever need a room again in OKC!

Stay here for 2 months for work. Beautiful hotel and wonderful amenities. Staff was very accommodating and always fixed whatever issues came up. Clean property, good breakfast selection, and plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. Only issue, parking was a bit tough late at night and had to park by the Hampton Inn a few nights.
