By far my favorite place to stay in OKC. Peaceful environment with super comfy bed. Rooms are spacious and newly upgraded. Rooms are diligently cleaned and sanitized always smell fresh. This particular Days Inn is always cozy and inviting, has a homey feel to it. The staff are welcoming and happy to accommodate no matter what time of day. Property well kept, ample parking and doggie area kept clean. There's just a chill vibe to the whole place. 4 stars!!

We get here and check in... We had to stand outside in the cold! Then we get to our room .. it was completely filthy! It had not been cleaned at all! The batteries for the remowe found one in the bathroom floor and never found the other or the back of the remote the refrigerator barely cooled the bed was so old felt like we was sleeping on springs! The bed skirt had what appeared to be a blood stain.... The first lady helped us she did bring batteries and offered to move us but we thought the phone call to them would of helped... She was very kind! The people above us was purposely stomping and moving furniture all night and morning long! We called for a second time and asked to be moved but the lady said she would call them again and hung up in my face! Will never be back save you 76 for a better room! We will definitely be looking elsewhere today!!

This place is horrible. Roaches, cigarette stench despite me asking for a smoke free room. Stained sheets, stained pillows, putrid bathroom. Chirping fire alarm. Literally the motel from hell. The ONLY redeeming factor was a nice front desk employee.

Dirty and run down! First room had bugs and burn marks in a non smoking room. Second room was just gross. My feet were black from the floors. Sheets dirty with crumbs, counters dirty and broken. Breakfast was a tiny muffin and package of oatmeal. If I could give them zero stars I would as they shouldn’t get one star. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I was shocked overall by the patch work condition of the room we stayed in. Hair dryer out of order, lamps worked some of the time. There was trash on the bathroom floor, a quarter roll of toilet paper and burn holes in the bedding of a non smoking room. Convenience of location and fast service when we checked in were pluses but not enough to raise my rating.

Folks this place does not deserve a single star. I could not find availability other than this hotel. Nastiest hotel I’ve ever had to use. So nasty, I had to eat my food in my vehicle. People, THE TOILET IS LITERALLY IN THE SHOWER! Never have I seen anything like it in all of my travels. I can only imagine how many guest have simply just used the shower as the toilet. I am absolutely shocked that the health department allows this. Oh, and the refrigerator sounds like a train…literally. Also, it has a television like advertised but it does not work. Could not eat in the room, and I am absolutely not going to take a shower in the room. Stay away.

Could be a nice place if the rooms were gathered up & updated. Highlight was Stacy the house keeper & her husband who took care of everything.

Location is a good asset for this hotel... right on NW Expressway. The hotel itself features fairly dated and sort of 'tired' rooms, and getting a kitchenette unit got me nice sized room with a microwave, two burner range top and a decent sized refrigerator/freezer, but no utensils or plates, so bring your own. Contactless check-in up front, but no breakfast because the lobby is locked. Comfortable enough, but not much beyond the basics.

No room cleaning and the cleaner comes by at 1am to bring you towels then on top of that they let there child come knocking on your door everyday then they try to accuse you of stealing when you didn't take anything be careful here 1a

Called front desk 4x to ask them to do something about people above us,they woke us up and never stopped moving furniture and walking heavily back and forth across the floor all night. Even knocked on the door asking them to be courteous to us below. We never got any sleep. We rented the room to sleep, having to work in the morning was rough and when I went to the front desk in the morning "he said there was nothing he could do" WOW TWICKERS HAVE MORE RIGHTS THAN THE WORKING MAN AT THIS MOTEL

Get place. The area looks rougher than it is, this is my favorite location. Other hotels we’ve stayed had have bugs, this one is clean clean clean

I'm shocked at how these rooms are. Lobby is closed all the time except for breakfast. There's a windows you pay through. Is this safe???

BEWARE! BED BUGS! ROACHES! UNSANITARY ROOMS! USED DRUG SYRINGE UNDER MATTRESS! AVOID! I booked this hotel through Expedia and checked in on the evening of November 22nd, 2023. The room seemed dirty and the smoke detector was broken where there were just some wires hanging down. I used the bathroom and noticed ROACHES on the ground. This alarmed me, so I checked the bed for BED BUGS. A couple fell onto the floor. I have shared photos and video of them here. I lifted up the mattress and was greeted by a DIRTY USED DRUG SYRINGE and TOURNIQUET under the mattress with BED BUGS crawling by it. At this point I was totally disgusted and just wanted to leave. I informed the front desk and the lady would not refund me and make it right with me. I took my complaint to Expedia and they were unable to immediately make it right with me either and are having to escalate the matter to Wyndham. I've had two previous, unrelated problems with Wyndham hotels in two other cities (2017 and early 2023), so I'm not confident Wyndham will make this right either. I hope Expedia figures out how to refund me. Definitely AVOID this Days Inn Hotel as well as anything related to Wyndham, because they will not make legitimate concerns right, even with proof. I understand a "no refunds" policy for personal reasons, but an UNACCEPTABLE, UNSANITARY ROOM with ROACHES, BED BUGS, and USED HAZARDOUS DRUG SYRINGES should be an exception to this. I hadn't even got in the bed there, yet after I left the hotel, I discovered a BED BUG CRAWLING ON MY LEG. I am extremely disappointed and thoroughly disgusted. I am out $60 unless/until this gets resolved and made right.

The days inn on Nw Expressway is one of the best hotels around. They make sure your accommodated and have everything you need. The breakfast is good every morning and the staff is helpful and friendly. They have rooms with stoves and full size fridges too, Pet friendly 🐕 so my dogs were with me. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

Dirty rooms. Sheets with cigarette burns. Staff started cleaning adjacent rooms at 3am. Missing smoke detector. Broken door. Dirty fridge. Loud and noisy with no concern for those trying to get a nights sleep. Cleaning person had a loud and angry argument with another person just outside our room. Grounds have not been kept up for some time. The place is just dingy, in poor repair and in need of a lot of attention. Worst place we have ever stayed. We are used to Day's Inn not being the best but this place does not even rate a 1-star rating.

For the price it was a little better than Okay. The Rooms was large Clean, not a 4-star hotel. But it was a clean, quiet, place to chill or stay on your journey or pleasure. Now,, even though I was just visiting a friend, who's traveling through, on Business. I would stay the night there and would recommended it anybody was on the expressway needed a place to stay

I do not understand how there are anything but low ratings for this place. It fails on literally every metric. Break ins and begging are relatively normal in this area, the hotel itself is poorly kept. It would make you sad to see any property in such poor shape. The customer service is even worse. I would recommend you sleep in a car at a Wal*Mart before sleeping at this hotel. Here’s a picture of two hotel employees (blurred out for privacy reasons) who sat for about an hour while I tried to get some basic information about my reservation status. These people should not be allowed to run hotels in this state.

I'm very disgusted I was there maybe 10 mins. She would not give me my money back. The TV did not work. The air did not work, someone used the bathroom and the toilet would not flush it was disgusting, there were burn holes in the blankets and what look like blood splatter on the walls. I have never seen a hotel room that bad. Then there were the most sketchy ppl running around I felt if I stayed I would probably get robbed or worse.

They lie online. There is no breakfast, the pool is closed, and even the lobby is locked. We checked in anyway. The floor was nasty; the toilet was nasty; the room smelled horrible. We immediately checked out and got a refund. Would have been 0 stars if possible. Spend your money elsewhere!

I attempted to obtain a room for the night. When I asked for a direct location, address and stated I will not give my information over the phone I was hung up on. Do not spend money with the available phone numbers here. They are scammers after credit card information

Pictures are not updated. Rooms are dirty. Pills, chips and empty soda bottle found in one of the drawers when we arrived to our supposed "freshly cleaned" room. Pool wasn't open even tho website stated it was. Lobby was completely closed so no breakfast like advertised.

The room was pretty shabby - phone connection was staticky, no coffee pot or hair dryer, VERY thin walls & the door had a visible gap all the way around it. Even when it was locked, the door giggled loosely. All it would take is a hard shoulder push for someone to get in. Even with it latched. People were loud & up all hours. Trash was all over the exterior. WAAAAAY over priced & doesn't offer much in security. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I'm not sure why they even have ratings for this place, I made reservations through Priceline worst experience ever on the hotel part for false advertising. The pictures are deceiving, the amenities don't exist, the elevator is out of order to customers and the room was something out of a horror movie. The Day staff was nice and very convincing but once you accept the room and the sun goes down, you enter the Twilight Zone. So be very careful and cautious because it is a business transaction between you and the hotel with no refund even if it is false advertising.

I absolutely love this hotel!! I've stayed here twice in the past year-year and half and both times were a great experience, never had anything bad to say about this place. Room's are clean, the staff is excellent and courteous, and everything you need is always available. Lovethis I've hotel. Highly recommend.

Awesome customer service!! The bathrooms are always extra clean in any room I have been in for the reviews saying its dirty. Not true in my experience. This is the only place we come to when needing a quiet, clean, bug free, peaceful getaway while working. Also the staff here is absolutely the sweetest. They are very efficient and get you right into a room quickly at any hour. And their prices are also awesome. Highly recommend!!
