Great location, however the guest service needs improvement. The cards to open access to the hotel, pool, and our rooms did not work even after being reset several times. The guest service people acted like it was our fault the cards didn't work due to them being by our phones (even though they weren't). We rented 3 rooms. This happened with all of our room cards. 2 of our rooms did not have working TVs, and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower containers. I typically don't leave negative reviews, but for the price, there are so many other options with better service and amenities close by.

Dimitri made my stay worth it! He greeted me with a smile EVERY single time he saw me. That's hospitality!!! Even the the Security Guard (Jerry) was super friendly! My room was clean and comfy, and the lobby was nice and spacious. I'd recommend this hotel to my friends!

I know some of the service issues has to do with covid and people getting back to the way that they used to stay at hotels. I had a couple problems with the service but not the people who were actually working. They were great. However, we did not get the room clean once when we were there despite us asking more than once. We continually had asked for towels. The sheet to the bed was ill-fitted and on top of that the bed was just kind of uncomfortable. The location was great. The people are friendly. It could easily move up to a four-star eating if they get their housekeeping situation in order.

Dmetri greeted me with a smile every single time I saw him. He always made me feel welcomed when I would come and go. I also enjoyed the Security Guard who was very friendly, and he came outside each time I arrived with my Uber. He made me feel safe. I would stay here again when I am in the state/area. The rooms were very clean, and I enjoyed having a balcony with chairs and a table, that was a plus!

For starters Shane Combs who prepares the breakfast set up made me very impressed. Food stations were organized and in order where people were not running into each other. She had enough utensils, trays, cups, which made for a pleasant breakfast. She greeted everyone and would periodically ask people if they needed anything else. She had trays set up so you can put all your food on at one time so you didn’t have to backtrack or drop anything. The manager Teri Pinkerton was also very vibrant and greeted you with a warm welcome. It’s the little things that I noticed at this hotel which should make someone stay again.

The staff went above and beyond to help us out for our bridal party weekend! We chose this place because it’s central to downtown bricktown and it worked out for us perfectly. The bride had a blast so I definitely recommend this as your rest stop for any occasion!

I would definitely book here again. Very very clean, and breakfast was impressive compared to what I expected. Everyday they had eggs and breakfast potatoes, and they would switch out a protein. One morning they had Canadian bacon, then breakfast sausage, then andouille sausage the next. They have an oatmeal bar to make your own (toppings like 10.options), yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, bagels, make your own waffle station, several kinds of coffee, cold brew coffee, muffins, three types of juice, regular and chocolate milk, fruit..... So to the people here saying that the breakfast was mediocre haven't eaten at a lot of three star hotel breakfasts..... It was way more than I expected, it wasn't white table cloth like the Four Seasons, but then again I didn't book the four seasons. I loved having a kitchen, We could see the canal from our room, and the staff was very friendly.

Teri went above and beyond to make sure my booking process was easy and efficient. She answered all of my questions and she greeted me with a huge smile. Thank you for making my stay safe and welcoming! I’ll definitely be booking again.

This place is just fine for the location it's in. Rooms are ok. Nothing scary to report but also pretty standard. The bathrooms need major upgrades. The breakfast is pretty solid also. The location is nice which is next to the canal and you can step right outside for a walk. Friendly enough staff. The only negative other than the bathroom scene was the cleaning staff opened my door around 840am trying to tidy up! I was awake but didn't think to put my sign on the door so early! And they apparently knocked but I didn't hear it. No harm tho.

Absolute worst hotel experience ever!!! My husband and I had just gotten back from our wedding, and was told we couldn’t get a key to our room for 30 min. That was fine but I needed to change so the man at the front desk had the security guard take us to our room. They let us into some random persons room and a woman was asleep in there. How terrifying for both of us!!!!! I went back downstairs and told them what had happened, and they were so disrespectful even though they just let me into someone else’s room. Then they proceeded to put us in a ADA room on the first floor which was pretty gross. The floors were totally soaked in the bathroom when we got there. Will never be back and if you go there, be prepared to have someone randomly walk into your room!!!!!!!! Our whole family had stayed there so for them to not give us a nicer room not on the first floor is completely ridiculous for how much business we gave them that whole weekend. Ruined the whole wedding evening for us. Do better.

Planning a trip? My mantra is always to cross-reference. Sites like HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm have often given me the edge in securing affordable rates! We contracted with this hotel for rooms for guests attending our daughter & son in laws wedding. The hotel staff was excellent to work with and accommodated our requests and needs. We came early to set up welcome gifts and they allowed us to organize them in their lobby, we had some parking issues for guests and they resolved them. The rooms were in great shape and our group enjoyed time out by the pool in the evenings as well as the walking trails around Bricktown. It was an excellent property in an excellent location with attentive staff! I wish I took note of all the front desk staff as they were all excellent. I have Teri’s name on the card I asked for, and she, along Will the others were customer focused!

We travel through OKC a few times a year to see family, and for business. Our stays at the Residence Inn have been wonderful each time! From the initial experience of check-in with the front desk, to the cleanliness of the rooms, and having everything we need available for an extended stay, onwards to the service of breakfast the next morning. We’ve always been 100% satisfied with the care and courtesy of the staff. Definitely will return!

We had to book a hotel at the last minute due to an unforeseen change in plans. We made reservations at this location because the cost was a little lower than others in the area. We were extremely pleased with the size and condition of the room and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't have been more pleased.

The staff is beyond reproach, and in particular Terran at the front desk. When I arrived she always greets me by name and with a smile on her face and when ask for anything makes sure my needs are taken care immediately and professionally. When you travel as much as I do then you know How important it is to have people like Terren you can count on to help make your stay a comfortable one and like a home away from home.

I stayed at the hotel in October 2022, from a Friday to Monday. The front desk personnel was very friendly and accommodating. I had a two queen bed room, the room has much larger that I was expecting and clean. The location of the hotel at the end of the riverwalk was perfect. The parking lot on Friday night and Saturday night was very crowded (OK football game), make sure you have the parking pass from the hotel displayed in your car. I did see one car being towed from the lot. They had one of the best free breakfasts I have seen in the past couple years. I would definitely stay at this hotel next time I come back to OKC.

Our room was clean and spacious. We were only staying one night, but it would have been feasible to stay an entire month. We had everything needed to live comfortably. The breakfast buffet was delicious and every staff member went out of their way yo make us feel comfortable. It was convenient to walk to Toby Keith’s, the movie theater, Bass Pro, and the Centennial monument. We will definitely book another stay in the future.

Close to everywhere we needed to walk. Our room was bigger than expected, nice kitchen area and snuggly pillows. Very clean. Every staff person day/night/breakfast/housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast!!! So many options and everything was delicious. This is the best over all place we’ve stayed downtown. Had a great night away from the kids, nice n quiet on the 2nd floor. Will definitely be coming back.

Every time we stay here (which is a lot) we are SO satisfied! The staff is great and friendly. The breakfast is amazing! Oat milk is on hand and I don't have to ask for it - which is a big thing for a vegan. My husband, baby, and dogs always enjoy staying here and will continue to do so every time we pass through!.

This hotel is one of the better ones I've stayed in. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The housekeeping staff and kitchen staff are beyond reproach. You can readily see that each of the staff employed here enjoy their jobs. There are always smiles, always a friendly "Hello, how are ya" I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Ladies and gentlemen, Keep Up The Fantastic Work!!!!!

Bree was absolutely PHENOMENAL! We came from another property with issues and was beyond frustrated at 8:30pm. She was patient, helpful, and swift with check in and anything we needed. She had a bright smile on her face the entire weekend and was so helpful. We are now forever customers of this property when we come to the area! Give this young lady a big bonus and keep her on board. Room was clean and beds were as comfy as they could be. Five stars for sure.

The 2 room suite was spacious. The furniture was a bit worn, the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom was very loud, disrupted our ability to sleep, and we were unable to control the temporary which was to low for our liking. The air was set on 70 degrees and 72-73 degrees would have been more adept to our comfort zone. The breakfast was not bad, hot and cold options, waffles, bagels, english muffins, muffins, oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage. They offer real plates and silverware to eat in a common area or to-go containers to take with. I would have liked to have access to the coffee throughout the day like most hotels offer.

I've stayed at this hotel twice before and had a good experience both times. This time was quite the opposite. Our room had not been cleaned very well. There were food smears on the table, food on the floor, crumbs on the end table, dirty utensils in the cabinet and the tub had something on the side wall. The person traveling with us had a separate room and the one they assigned her already had someone else in it. She actually walked in on him! I would have thought the hotel would have offered a discount to make up for this, but nothing was ever said. And the $18 parking charge seems ridiculous. The cost of the hotel seems high enough without the parking fee. And to pass that fee on to your customers just because you're in downtown seems pretty unfair. The best part about the place was the staff at breakfast. I did not catch the one woman's name, but she was very delightful!

Always a great experience and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom suite so the beds are full size. It would be nice to have one room with a king and one room with two full sized beds. That is the only change I'd make with this room size.

Huge room that was clean and well appointed. Had a kitchenette but unfortunately, there are absolutely no grocery, drug or liquor stores within a mile. If you need anything you will have to drive. Great location at the bottom of Bricktown. Easy walk to the convention center or downtown. Staff nice, excellent breakfast options.

Our family of 6 loved staying here. It felt very safe, the breakfast was good, and our kids had lots of options for places to hang out. It’s within walking distance to several things. Our favorites were Fuzzy Tacos, Starbucks, and River Boat Cruises. If we ever come visit OKC again, we will be staying here again.

The location is great, central, in walking distances to many places. The hotel staff was pleasant, but the facility needs some repairs and better upkeep. Our room had an issue with one of the toilets and a door that was difficult to open/close. Overall nothing to be amazed by, but nothing to be insanely disappointed in either.

This is a great hotel. Close on the Riverwalk, clean and spacious. The pool was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Liked that they have the front door locked and need the key. Felt extra security. Breakfast was good. Wide selection.

Great location in brick town. Tons of restaurants and the few I’ve been to have all been great!! This hotel is very clean and the breakfast is better than other hotels. The little quiche were tasty. Flaky and light. All items at breakfast were stocked and they even took my plates when I was done. Doesn’t get any better than this at a hotel. Huge room like a 1 bedroom apartment. With full kitchen and separate bedroom. I’m very impressed!!
