The staff was so friendly and helpful my bf, her mom and I all went in. They answered all our questions and helped us all get the right combo. The place was clean and you can tell they change the bulbs in the beds often. Definitely would recommend.

This place is amazing. The customer service is top notch. I feel like I am special when I come in,everyone knows my name and what I like already. No hassle service. They are knowledgeable about the products which is a relief and they offer products I do not feel like I am being pressured but rather persuaded into trying and buying. I wish more businesses had the customer appreciation that they offer. It seems effortless as well. The packages are a great price.The store is always clean and the beds are available. The re has not been a time that I have had to wait an unreasonable amount of time,no matter what time of day. Everyone knows that at the end of a long day, getting some me time is important and I feel like this is a nice way to end it.Definitely recommend .

We went during rush hour on a Sunday so we had to wait a lot. It was my first time and registration took forever. I don't understand why it would take so long to sign up for tanning but whatever. Corporate needs to speed us the process on registration, it's ridiculous. It's just tanning people not buying a new car or house. The poor manager was working her tail off because she had no helpers. Just her doing everything, checking people in, cleaning rooms and beds, registrations and everything else. It seems like they might need more red lights and spray machines. They do have really nice facilities, beds, and spray equipment once you get to use them. I got great results after one time and can't wait to go back. I will be tan for the summer, woohooo.

Absolutely shocked at my experience here today, which will be my last. Graison was extremely unprofessional and literally YELLED at me in the store. I have tanned at At the Beach for almost 10 years, & I have been happy with them. But this new buy-out to Palm Beach took away Red Light therapy and now I can’t tan after work then at lunch hour the next day, and their prices are going up. So I went in today to literally ask questions to figure out what will be best for me, as a paying customer, and she was very very rude, short, and didn’t even answer my questions then when came to cancel, she literally went off on me. I left shaking and upset. Absolutely unacceptable. Thank God I cancelled.

Staff are amazing, helpful & friendly. FIVE STARS FOR STAFF!! This company needs to hire more than one employee per store. I went Saturday to inquire as a new customer & purchased a package. Took almost 30 minutes to get computer to work. One employee. 2 computers & neither was working. Employee stated problems ongoing w/computer, and I witnessed for myself what he stated is valid. Went Monday after work & same issue with computer not working & the employee having to do everything. Line of people, computers not working. Waited 20 minutes on computers - INVEST IN AN UPGRADED COMPUTER system - not fair to employees. Also noteworthy an employee stayed late to help & most likely she is not being compensated. Do better! Your employees are your BEST ASSET.

Lot of cool new improved beds! Red light therapy, spray tan, you want it they got it! The girl working the counter the night I purchased a plan stayed open late for me so that I got to use the bed for the first time, very impressive!

Be careful with payment options. After letting them know I was moving soon and only wanted a month of tanning, I told there would not be any reoccurring charges or payments. However, I soon realized I was being charged monthly and when I tried to resolve the issue they refused to issue any type of credit despite their system showing that I hadn't been there any time after the first month. Additionally, the the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned and the tanning booth fan was so out of balance my head was vibrating against the bed, which made it too uncomfortable to finish the session.

I love Grayson!!! She is the best. She takes her time to help with any questions. She has the most electric enthusiasm! I highly recommend this location. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been a member of At The Beach for two years and wouldn’t even consider another tanning facility. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and very welcoming. During busy times customers are served in a timely manner. Staff are more than happy to help find the right products for the results you want to achieve. Absolutely love ATB!!!!

At the Beach Tanning is a wonderful place to tan! I just became a member last month and since then I have recommended so many friends to become members as well! They’re staff are so incredibly helpful and do the best job of explaining the in’s and outs of tanning to all of the customers!!!! Recently, Gracin has been assisting me and I she has been so much help in the process of building a great tan! The workers at this store know what they’re talking about and know how to help their customers! They also always have great deals which are a plus! I like that this store does not require that you are “locked in” for a certain period of time. This was helpful in determining which tanning store to choose because I was worried about being locked in to other stores! Once again, highly recommend!!!!!

5 stars for the service. Grayson is always smiling, and helpful. I thought she was the only person that worked there. She schooled me on the Red light machine. She was very knowledgeable. Talking of the Red light machine, the one at this location must be the step child of all. Its always got at least 4 to 6 bulbs out, and the rest of them looked tired. The one on 122nd is much better. But, I prefer Graysons service, than driving ALL the way to 122nd. Hopefully get a new Red light machine. 😁

Beds are impeccably clean, and the staff is the nicest you'll ever meet!
