I have purchased jewelry three separate times from Diamonds Direct and they have exceeded my expectations each time! Everyone I have worked with is extremely friendly and seem to be trying to help me out rather than just make a sale. Today I was in with my wife to add onto her wedding ring set and Michelle helped us out. She was extremely patient, friendly, and as I told her, not at all like a used car salesman. She wasn’t pushy or trying to “sell” us anything, just wanted to make sure we were fully informed and had explored all of our options. I bet we tried on 12 different rings until we found the perfect one, but looked at 100. I won’t shop anywhere else but Diamonds Direct!

Let me just start with saying Gena is the only employee that we will trust in getting the job done and done correctly. We got my engagement ring made and it came out perfect. We went back a year later to get bands for the wedding and when they arrived I noticed they were made wrong. I wouldn’t have time before the wedding to have them remade, so I had to just purchase something to wear for the wedding and then come back later to figure out the issue. My husband had his re made as well because he ended up not liking the style or the fit once he actually could try it on. Since he wears an 11.5 it was hard for him to get a visual since he couldn’t try anything on that fit. Since our wedding was out of state Diamonds direct said they would overnight us his ring once it came Into the store. It was getting down to the wire and cutting it pretty close but they guaranteed it would be at the store 2-3 days before the wedding. I had to call the store the day before the wedding because we did not receive it and when I called it had not even been placed in the mail yet. Thank god I called that Friday morning so they could get it in the mail to overnight to us by Saturday. Needless to say it arrived 1 hour before the ceremony. And we had to have it shipped to our wedding venu. After the wedding I went back to settle the issue with my bands that were made wrong. We decided to have the original ring that was made wrong be made directly from the designer instead of using diamonds direct designers. She said it would arrive mid October and I placed the order the last week of August. It’s now October and we just received a message they received the band but it was not made as an eternity band like we had discussed. What a mess we have had such an awful experience with this store. I truly hope this ring is made right seeing all the issues I have had with it being made. And the delays we have endured throughout this whole process. I guess now I won’t get the ring until November. Lesson learned if you want stuff done right go to Gena.

Ray was absolutely amazing!! She helped me every step of the way find the perfect wedding band. She was thoughtful and kind, never pushy, always helpful. I’m just so thankful that I got to meet her and she was with me every step of the way on this adventure! I couldn’t recommend her and diamonds direct enough!

I had a great experience at Diamonds Direct in OKC. The service and selection were excellent. My sales rep Ray was very attentive, helpful and patient. Update 5/14/22 We picked up my wife’s rings today, To my surprise Ray was able to work her magic and get the rings earlier than expected. My wife was so excited and surprised with her rings. Ray exceeded our expectations again! She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality that made that made for and excellent experience!

We came to Diamonds Direct looking for a wedding band for my now wife. We had the best interaction with Gina. She was extremely helpful and has a great eye. She helped us pick out the perfect band. She even offered to bring it to the house after I finished paying it off because I hadn’t been feeling the best. We will definitely be going back because of her customer service and the amount of options they have. Highly recommend!!

I’ve gone to a few other stores in the area to compare and there is no comparison to their prices and customer service. Cindy has a special place in my heart because I went through some issues with my personal situation causing my first purchase to not work out and she went above and beyond to make sure I came out alright. Michelle was amazing. My wife and I both got rings. Mine was fully custom designed and we added a custom design band to my wife's ring as well as making a few adjustments to the ring we already had. Will definitely always use diamond direct.

The showroom is beautiful. Walking around and taking it all in was mesmerizing. But the real jewels were the employees. We have been to several diamond directs and have had good experiences, however, James Harrison in OKC went above and beyond to give us excellent service. We walked out with the perfect wedding bands and had all rings adjusted in more than a timely manner. We can never thank him enough for getting us ready for our big day! Went in looking for a Christmas present for my wife. I was greeted by Carlos Montoya and he helped me select a perfect diamond necklace. He has been in jewelry business a long time and is very knowledgeable. Even though they were very busy the general manager even made time to come introduce himself. In July, I lost my wedding ring and of course, it wasn’t turned in at the hotel I was staying at. It took me 2 weeks to tell my husband. So my venture started looking for my replacement ring. We went to 2 other jewelers as well. We came into Diamonds Direct several times meeting several staff members including Dana, Ibrahim and Yehuda. I spent at least 2 hours at each visit and not once did they make me feel like I was wasting their time. Yehuda is the one who pulled my dreams together by getting me the setting I wanted and getting at least 20 diamonds for me to choose from. I picked up my ring yesterday and I am in love! Great place, great service! Once time I came to just look around. Motoko took care of me and "I made a big mess" :) I introduced my mom, my sister and my sister-in-law there. I went in to diamonds direct a little while back to purchase a diamond for an engagement ring! I was welcomed in and Jared quickly began to help me. Jared was very knowledgeable, he listened to what a was looking for and showed me several options. Once I picked the stone, Jared explained how the process would go in great detail. Then Jared informed me that they were having a sale…that i didn’t know about when I went in! He asked what I was thinking about for a wedding band. I explained to him what I was thinking, he then showed me exactly what I had described…so I got that as well. Diamonds direct had both rings sized, stone set and rings polished by 5pm the next day it was very impressive! Thanks for all the help Jared and Diamonds direct.

I came in nervous, not knowing what to expect but she was so sweet and helpful that finding the perfect ring was a breeze:) You could easily tell she loves her job and really knows what she is doing. UPDATE : I left the below review, and the general manager, Ibrahim, reached out to make the situation right and was very kind and helpful. As he mentioned it seems that they truly value their customer experience and it sounds like we had a fluke timing issue, and I appreciate them working to make it right. I will further update this review as our conversations continue, but wanted to provide a realistic update for those looking. Reading some of the positive reviews makes me wish we had maybe had a different consultant with us. The person helping us really just made it seem like she wanted us to make up our mind and get out. Was not receptive to any of my questions, and argued about the size of ring that felt comfortable to me. She had asked me where I got sized only the day before, just to inform me that I “shouldn’t trust them”, even though I was only saying what I was comfortable with. I did not feel like I was being educated or helped in any way, and it made what is supposed to be a happy experience into a stressful and overwhelming experience. This would not be a place I would recommend going if you do not know exactly what you want or how you like it. My boyfriend had been without me a few days prior to us going together, and said he had a similar experience even with a different consultant. It was unfortunate for this to be one of our first experiences together in this process. Sorry for the novel, just wanting to help anyone that is in the beginning stages and needing assistance, would not recommend going or starting here!
