The
very
first
visit
I
had
was
a
pleasant
one.
I
was
looking
at
engagement
rings
to
show
my
boyfriend
what
I
like.
I
was
passed
on
to
a
very
nice
older
lady
with
an
accent,
who
was
very
patient
with
me.
The
2nd
visit,
I
was
attempting
to
purchase
me
an
anniversary
ring
but
the
system
wouldn't
accept
my
card
and
I
had
to
come
back
the
next
day
and
still
wasn't
able
to
purchase
my
ring
because
they
were
too
busy.
So
I
was
told
to
come
back
a
third
time!
I
had
used
my
new
credit
coupon
for
100
dollars
and
it
wasn't
returned
nor
was
I
able
to
get
the
ring
because
of
systems
issues.
My
3rd
visit,
I
brought
my
boyfriend
in
to
see
if
he
wanted
to
exchange
a
watch
I
purchased
from
the
Quail
Springs
Mall
location,
EXCELLENT
EXPERIENCES
THERE
ALWAYS,
but
they
didn't
have
time
to
show
me
the
watches
because
they
were
having
a
diamond
event
and
the
watches
were
under
the
tables.
They
sent
me
to
Quail
and
didn't
offer
to
help
any
further.
My
4th
visit
was
the
LAST
STRAW!
I
went
to
purchase
some
diamond
earrings
for
my
boyfriend's
Christmas
gift
and
found
the
PERFECT
PAIR!
I
specifically
said
I
didn't
like
the
illusion
look
or
square
earrings
and
found
1/3
prima
solitaire
that
was
on
sale
for
399,
plus
I
had
a
25
dollar
coupon.
When
I
got
home,
I
immediately
put
the
earrings
up
until
Christmas.
Opened
the
box
today
to
find
they
gave
me
the
wrong
pair
of
earrings!
I
AM
LIVID!
They
are
the
illusion
earrings
in
a
square
setting!
Needless
to
say
I'm
RETURNING
them
and
NEVER
visiting
this
particular
store
again!
They
appear
very
snobbish
with
the
exception
of
the
older
lady
with
the
accent
and
the
college
age
ladies.
Penn
Square
Mall
location
will
never
get
my
business
again,
not
that
they
care.
Quail
Springs
Mall
will
be
my
go
to
from
now
on
even
if
it
takes
me
longer
to
get
there
from
where
I
live.
Customer
service
and
satisfaction
should
always
be
number
one
and
being
nice
gets
you
further
than
being
snobby.
