The very first visit I had was a pleasant one. I was looking at engagement rings to show my boyfriend what I like. I was passed on to a very nice older lady with an accent, who was very patient with me. The 2nd visit, I was attempting to purchase me an anniversary ring but the system wouldn't accept my card and I had to come back the next day and still wasn't able to purchase my ring because they were too busy. So I was told to come back a third time! I had used my new credit coupon for 100 dollars and it wasn't returned nor was I able to get the ring because of systems issues. My 3rd visit, I brought my boyfriend in to see if he wanted to exchange a watch I purchased from the Quail Springs Mall location, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCES THERE ALWAYS, but they didn't have time to show me the watches because they were having a diamond event and the watches were under the tables. They sent me to Quail and didn't offer to help any further. My 4th visit was the LAST STRAW! I went to purchase some diamond earrings for my boyfriend's Christmas gift and found the PERFECT PAIR! I specifically said I didn't like the illusion look or square earrings and found 1/3 prima solitaire that was on sale for 399, plus I had a 25 dollar coupon. When I got home, I immediately put the earrings up until Christmas. Opened the box today to find they gave me the wrong pair of earrings! I AM LIVID! They are the illusion earrings in a square setting! Needless to say I'm RETURNING them and NEVER visiting this particular store again! They appear very snobbish with the exception of the older lady with the accent and the college age ladies. Penn Square Mall location will never get my business again, not that they care. Quail Springs Mall will be my go to from now on even if it takes me longer to get there from where I live. Customer service and satisfaction should always be number one and being nice gets you further than being snobby.

Horrible service, I baught a ring and paid a head of time for the engraving and they said I was all paid up to just come back and get it done and when I come back the lady tells me I didn't pay for it. So they stole my money. Place is a joke!!

I’ve purchased from Helzberg for years. Remember my face because when I come back it will be to show the company the business you’ll never have again. The lady Merrin she was great I worked with her in April but the lady tht helped us on 26 May could use a lesson on proper etiquette and decorum. Also when people are looking we don’t need every other sentence to be are you ready and we certainly don’t need to be offered financing. Two stars is for the helzberg name and the great service received in April.

Our experience has gone horribly, I sent in my ring to get fixed and they said it would be ready in 6-8 weeks it’s been over 3 months and my husband called multiple times to check on the progress. We called 2 weeks ago and they said it was ready and we had already paid for it to be sent to our house and they would arrive at our house in 2-3 days. It has been over 2 weeks since I called and they said they’d call me back tomorrow.

Just got my engagement ring! The store manager was amazing, transparent, and most importantly not forcing anything on us.

We love this place. My fiancé and I went ring shopping back in November 2019 to find an engagement ring. I loved the selection of rings they had, and even the clearance area. They offered a great payment arrangement for the ring my fiancé purchased. He said they were really flexible. We returned in July 2020 to pick up my ring and my fiancé proposed to me right there in the store. It was magical and amazing, and we didn't even think to take off our facemasks, lol. I highly recommend the Penn Square location. I was there nearly 5 consecutive days because my fiance and I were both being indecisive. Sarah helped every single day. She never got frustrated with us, insisting that she just wanted us to be happy in the long run. I mean I was frustrated with us.... so it was nice to come into a helpful, welcoming environment.
