I brought a bracelet to them for a resize. As soon as my wife put it on, the bracelet snapped immediately. Upon closer look, and if you look at the photo, notice that how poorly they've done to reconnect the bracelet. They basically did a quick soldering / gluing the pieces together instead of doing the wire loop to connect the bracelet in order to secure it, thus ruining the side of the node. This is the sign of poor craftmanship that if you value your jewelry, don't ever do any repair here at all, they will ruin your jewelry. My wife came there again and asked them to make sure it get repaired correctly and they keep on postponing. At this point I am no longer able to trust their work and will be taking my business somewhere else. A little back story, my family members have been buying jewelry from this store, since many years ago, whether it's a wedding gifts, rings, necklaces, so it has been great in the past. But it seems going downhill and I don't feel like they value their customers anymore. I don't mind having this ruined bracelet, but I think what's more valuable was our customer relation that it is no longer existed. It is impossible for me to recommend my family members and anyone to visit this store, and I hope that you guys don't make the same mistake as I am.

There isn't much to be said about this place that hasn't already been stated in other reviews... racist and rude! My experience took place just before Christmas. My mother-in-law (she's Vietnamese) wanted to shop here to find a present for my daughter so my wife and I (I'm African-American) meet her outside the store. It was probably 30 minutes til close that evening so my father-in-law called ahead to inform the owners we three were coming. Some might call it a coincidence that the female elderly owner happened to not open the door for us as I stood outside with my wife and mother-in-law waving at her. I decided to return to my car and my wife's father called the store to let them know it was us outside. Interestingly enough they were happy to welcome my wife and mother-in-law into the store at that point. After several minutes, my wife returned with her mother and stated how she didn't feel comfortable purchasing anything from there after what she perceived to be a racist slight against me earlier. I equally concurred and told her I was glad we didn't give them any of our business. We have since discouraged my mother-in-law from shopping there and would encourage anyone who doesn't want to support racist from doing the same. One or two times might be a coincident but it seems like this place gets a monthly review from someone experience discrimination in the store from an owner!

The guy there (the son) will over charge you a few hundred, talk to the mom if you want a legit price on what the gold is actually worth. I got a quote from the guy about a piece the day before and then I asked the mom about it the next day, nearly a $300-400 difference… I liked the mom and ended up buying a 14k white gold pendant.

The lady there is rude. Instead of handing the necklace nicely, she just threw it. We have asked to see what other sizes of necklace she have and she got irritated and started throwing a fit. She then proceed to say why are we asking for different sizes and started speaking in her language.

The lady is super super rude gets annoyed easily. If she feels that you are a threat she will call her son. Then he comes out pretending to be nice looks at me a certain way since, I am hispanic with tattoo's not knowing that i was going to spend 1,000 dollars that day with them they judge through apearance very bad atmosphere. The lady doesnt even want to show other pieces, she thinks just because i ask to see a necklace that has to be my purchase. When you buy jewelry it has to be the right decison dont have to be in a ruch to sell me something fast avoid this place please

Not going back. Rude and kept us waiting probably thinking we weren’t going to buy anything. They were being unfair also. The customer next to us paid in cash and didn’t have to pay taxes, but when we asked they said no we couldn’t. Took us two hours cause they kept on helping other ppl and stalling on us making sales with the other ppl

I got the engagement ring on my birthday here. Really love the design of it. It is certified in the U.S. and very good quality. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The old lady seems pretty stern and unsmiling to any customer who is not Vietnamese. Maybe she thought I was Vietnamese? I’m Thai. We’ve bought gold jewelry in SE Asia and needed to repair a gold bracelet. Took it twice and broke twice. Paid twice but bracelet didn’t hold up. I am thinking of going to sell it to them armed with the current gold price. I have an idea how many ounces of 22-24K gold my bracelet contains. Anyway does anyone know of another Asian jeweler who buys/sells 22-24K gold jewelry?

Went to have a back replaced on a drop earring and she was convinced that it was not broken when it is broken and pretty much refused to fix my jewelry this was a wasted Drive I don't recommend this place at all

I bought jewellery worth $ 2200.00. My wife couldn’t use one week. The chain was broken. I went to replace. They gave me only option to sell and buy I new one. I had to loose $900.00 for return process. I will never shop there.

I had a great experience buying a ring to put a diamond into. The mom was so helpful, and patiently showed me trays of rings several times. The jewelry is good quality. We went to the back to watch the dad insert the diamond into the ring. He was so friendly and helpful, and even showed us his workshop. This is a great place to visit if you're looking for Vietnamese or Chinese-style 14-24 carat jewelry at good prices.

DON’T BUY HERE everyone in this gem is racist especially the old woman we are all thieves to her, she forgot she took the ring and put it back and locked me in so she could see that the ring was with her

y’all, it’s the ultimate FOB jewelry store Asian locals have trusted for years. of course it’s also gonna have its quirks. the reviews here are 100% believable but it comes with the territory, I would say. so… yeah, a lot of the complaints are true, but I just don’t get how they’re complaints. think of it kinda like how when you go into a shady restaurant with a snappy cashier—and you just know that food finna be fire as hell!! it’s that vibe :) so don’t shop here if you’re sensitive or have 1 million questions, but definitely shop here if you want fine metals sold by weight and don’t care how it’s presented to you
