Worst hair salon experience. Do yourself a favour - DO NOT book with Kia. I came 6 hours before a wedding, I asked for espresso brown hair, which is literally one shade off my dark brown hair and he managed to give me RED roots. When I saw my hair and said I want one colour throughout my whole head he said “you don’t want red?” Gaslighting me as if we didn’t go through the colour chart. He started applying a new colour on my scalp which at this point was burning. I mentioned that it was burning and can’t take much more but he continued applying colour and was rough separating my scalp with the back of his brush. Finally I had enough and asked him to wash it out with cold water, he said responded “MY GOD” and took me to wash me hair. I had to remind him to condition it, he said he was planning on applying a serum before he blow dries it??? Worst blow dry ever - he ended up charging me $75 for it (my hair reaches to my armpit) when I had to take control myself with a flat iron. On top of that, the man was sweating profusely from the beggining it made the whole situation so much worse. I asked to speak to the owner he said he is the owner when at the start he mentioned he’s a contractor. It took this man 3 hours to dye my hair one colour, failed at that, and gave me a bad blowout. There are tons of better hair salons in the area, please don’t waste your time.

Kyra aka Kiki was absolutely wonderful. She cut & styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. She’s amazing & I will definitely be back soon! Highly recommend. The service there is incredible!

I absolutely love coming here! I got my hair coloured a while ago and the colour is still PERFECT. I thought I would be needing a toner soon but its still the same colour I wanted, yay! I even come to get my nails done, clean and perfect every time, and also come for many other services like waxing and laser. The girls are amazing and so friendly to talk to. The services are even a great price for being in downtown Toronto. Never going to a different Salon or Spa, you can expect me here for life!

Amazing experience! I went for a manicure and upper lip threading - the lady who did my nails and threading was so friendly and did everything with perfection. I ended up getting a trim from their hairstylist, Farah. She was so sweet to notice my hair being completely out of shape and offered to trim it. Absolutely LOVE my new look. Farah is a sweetheart and so passionate about making you look good. Highly recommended!

The team at La Jolie Femme went above and beyond to support our wedding, opened up shop just for me and my wife on a day they're normally closed. Kianosh did gorgeous work with both of our hair and for graciously retoned some highlights to make sure things were exactly what we needed. Elham helped both of us felt very relaxed during our visits and provided a lot of support to us emotionally during high times of stress. I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the skincare work and waxing. Tinisha is a gem of a person with such a bubbly personality. Her makeup and nails made the wedding night a truly gorgeous affair.

I went there yesterday for the very first time to have a facial done. At first I received such a warm welcome greeting, they are so friendly and polite. I love the warmth, cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere . I had an excellent facial service, my skin feels renew and glowing. Overall, it was an Amazing experience. I will definitely come back for more.

I booked purely for convenience when I went to Toronto for a gala event with my colleagues - just wanted a hair cut and undercut touch up, and it was down the street from our hotel. Once I explained a bit about why I was there and asked if they could pop my hair in a bun or twist because I had an event to go to, the stylist spent almost a full extra 40 mins with me doing a spectacular up-do, it was so unexpected and stunning. Both esthetician & hairstylist who provided services were just lovely and attentive - it made the night very special, and I will definitely be going back.
