First time going. Was excited to experience this "sensory deprivation" experience... I was not impressed when I went into the pod. The water was not warm enough to be soothing. The top of my body was cold and I only hoped it would get warmer, but it didn't. There is this neck device that you are supposed to wear and it made me have a headache for 7 days following the float. I tried to remove the neck device and it wasn't comfortable either. As someone with anxiety, I thought this experience would calm me, but I kept hearing doors closing and the subway running every few minutes under me. I turned the lights off then on and I really did try to relax. When the float was over I showered and a smell of sewage was coming through the drain. Talk about ruining your senses. When I came out into the lobby, the person who I went with was clearly uncomfortably upset, as the staff were arguing with her like she was lying about her experience. How can she lie when we had the EXACT SAME experience. The lady at the desk even rolled her eyes and smiled at myself then at her colleague. The guest I brought with me was in her pod for 10 mins and was only offered a 15% discount. She was clearly in more pain then when she got in. I stayed in for the whole hour as I thought the experience would get better. I have a track record of only giving 5 Star reviews, but because of my experience and the way my guest was treated that accompanied me I have no choice but to never recommend floating here. The staff was rude and argumentative. A reminder to you H20 Float Spa... EVERY BODY, & EVERYBODY HAS DIFFERENT LEVELS OF ACHES, PAINS, ANXIEYS. ETC. BE Kinder and relatable is my advice to you.

Really clean place and love the options to choose different themes for your tank experience. The only reason why I give this place 4 stars is because I was expecting there to be more space for tandem floaters. I did not realize that it was going to be the same size as a cabin float. If the person you go with is taller than you, be prepared to bump the walls a lot. The lights system was also a bit hard to gauge. You have to press it once and wait in order for it to turn off. If you keep pressing it, it just changes the colours of the tub and won't fully shut off. We only knew that after we got out and spoke to the receptionist. Other than those two things - I would definitely go back, but be prepared of what previous my setbacks were.

This was a unique and peaceful experience for me! I had a 15 minute head and neck massage by Ryan, who told me what to expect for my first float. Then I was escorted to my salt filled pod and I floated for over an hour and enjoyed some of the different options: rainforest, starry night and total blackness. It was a restorative experience.

One of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences I've had! The process was simple and everything was explained well. Really enjoyed the lights and music (also the option to turn it off). The place was clean and had the best shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Would do this again followed by an RMT massage for the ultimate experience.

I had such a lovely experience! I took my mother here for Mother's Day, this was both of our first time trying float therapy. The staff were very kind and friendly. The atmosphere walking in was nice, they explained everything in detail, you then have your own private room with a shower too. We chose the starry night experience, it was lovely for our first time as we did not want to do a full isolation yet. The nature music playing was so nice and the temperature of the water I found to be perfect, not too hot but not cold. Overall excellent experience and will definitely go again.

LOVED MY EXPERIENCE!!!! First timer here, definitely did not know what to expect. I had heard great things from other people but I was a little nervous. Everything was incredibly clean and organized. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I went with my sibling and we just chilled and listened to Dark Side of the Moon while we floated for an hour, both of us had a really incredible experience. Great vibes, great experience, definitely will be back. It makes a great present to give someone as well, an hour to just zen out and relax never hurts anyone. 10 of 10 will be back again!!!!

This was our first time doing a float. We opted for the new "Journey through the Cosmos" themed tandem float. We didn't know what to expect but you are guided into a room with a small pod (think sleep pods at airports) and a shower next to it. The staff was kind and polite and asked us to shower before heading into the pod. They told us to use the neck rings to help with floating and a small freshwater spray in case the salt water goes into your eyes. This is where the journey began, once we got in it took us about 20minutes to adjust our necks so as to not feel strained (and the strain is real). Getting up to adjust it let's the salt water drip right into your eyes and it burns like hell! So the next 10 minutes you sit there and cry after spraying the fresh water in your eyes. Note we are already 30minutes into the "relaxing" therapy. The pod is not large enough for two people to float side by side as you will inevitably keep bumping into each other or the walls. All this while the narration is going on and the sounds are being played which sounded like a $10 speaker under water, we could barely hear (with or without earplugs) what was being said and by the time you zone into the audio it's back to the interstellar like sounds which are vibrating through a speaker grill and don't sound clean. Shortly after, the audio stops and the underwater light turns on and a jet turns on pushing your floating bodies to the other side (again nothing relaxing about it) and you bump into each other and the walls and get a chuckle at most. At this point we were out and in the shower even though the jet continued inside. Side note: The lady at the front desk said if you didn't like the audio you could've come out and told me. While I appreciate the gesture but walking out in your bathing suit dripping with salt water isn't easy to come out to the front desk and ask for a change. We had an appointment right after ours and were asked to wrap up. Wonder how that would've worked if we would've actually come out to ask about changing the audio. All in all, not at all a relaxing experience and the audio quality was poor. Hope it was a pod issue but regardless doubt I'm returning to this place again.

Our first tandem float experience as a couple - we had no idea what to expect but we went on a Sunday morning with an open mind! We selected the ocean float for the first time. The amenities are clean and well kept. The girls at the front are lovely and professional and provided us with instructions. We got our earplugs which we took home with us so we can re-use in a future experience. There are 3 main float pods in the facility and you get to change and shower before entering the float tank. The tanks are on the smaller end however both of us fit comfortably. I can see how it would be more difficult for larger individuals to do tandem floating. The instructions are to wash off with body wash and shampoo before entering the pod. You get this neck float pillow device which supports the head while you float. The pro-tip is that you have to fully relax and submerge your ears beneath the epsom bath or else you end up straining your neck. It took me about 20 minutes to fully adjust to the tank and I was then able to fully enjoy the floating and peaceful sounds playing in the background. We also tried turning off all the lights at the end and was still very peaceful and relaxing. At the end, you shower off and there are warm towels and bathrobes waiting. There is also a drying station outside the pods for you to rehydrate and dry off with the dyson hairdryer! All in all, we enjoyed it so much we got the 3 package float so we can return to try the sensory deprivation package. We were also told each float gets better each time. Excited to return.

Great sensory experience. I felt super relaxed/zen & clear minded after my float session. The Dead Sea experience did wonders for my skin, I am still experiencing the benefits of my soak a week after my skins still feels very soft. Overall, would recommend this to anyone that’s just needs a TLC after a hard week or looking to escape the stressors of daily life. Highly recommended this experience to anyone.

My husband and I decided to have a relaxing staycation for our 5 year wedding anniversary. What better way to start our day than with a relaxing float. We experienced the tandem: salts of the world (Himalayan pink salt). Wow what an experience! Service was on point. Lady at the front desk was kind and informative. The whole experience from the moment we walked in, until we left was amazing. We were so relaxed that I almost walked out with their slippers and forgot to change back into my shoes lol We will definitely be back to try other floats!

Great experience overall even though I didn't particularly like the floating. I would still recommend trying but I didn't feel that relaxed after it and I got a little cold during but that's just me The massage was amazing though! Lily was great, found all my sore spots in seconds, even the ones I didn't know were tight. She adjusted the pressure and always made sure I was confortable. 10/10 Would definitely go back for the massage And the whole team was great as well as the space, very clean. They even have deodorant and moisturizer for after your shower

I don't usually write reviews but I had to leave one. My fiance and I both got a couples massage package that included a float bath. We really enjoyed the float spa and our massage but there were a few incidents we were not happy with. Upon arriving we had to fill out forms for what our concerns were. My fiances concern was her back but her legs were mostly concentrated on. After our float, it felt like we were rushed to change despite mentioning we were almost done changing. Also, while we were leaving we noticed a parking ticket was left.. it was totally our fault becuase we thought we parked before the loading dock sign but due to salt and snow on the ground you could barely see the lines. If you do decide to go here I recommend asking the employees which section is okay to park. I am left having to pay for not only parking but a ticket too.

Great experience, massage was masterful, my partner feel very relaxed. The only downside to the experience was a bought a couples experience but the massage were done separately. For the amount of money being spent on a couples experience, I would have expected this to be a thing. Besides that, I highly recommend 👌

Massage was nice. However, they did not tell us it was not covered by insurance in the beginning. We had to pay for the full price even though we went there to use our benefits. When I asked the receptionist to help to apply for it, she did not even try to do anything.

Great experience! It was mine and my best friend’s first experience here and we loved it! Blessie was my body practitioner and she helped me about my back pain, thank you Bless! I’ll visit again for sure

Always a great experience here. This was my first time doing the float tank alone & it was a little nerve wracking but they make the space feel so nice that you eventually turn into yourself & relax. I would only suggest turning down the volume in there as it’s a little scary haha. Though I understand it’s in case you fall asleep like I did the first time. Massage therapist was lovely Blessie Gerundio was her name! She had strong yet soft pressure & she communicated at the right times to give you a chance to make some adjustments but also enjoy the peace & quiet. Front desk is always very welcoming no matter the staff. Enjoyed the take home tea & Epson salts gift at the end too. I haven’t seen that tea in a very long time it was a pleasant surprise!
